Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked about the warranty, his response was basically, "You're buying a used car." That did not answer my question at all. Asking whether a used vehicle comes with any warranty is a completely reasonable question, especially before spending thousands of dollars. I had already seen several negative reviews about Car Sho, which is actually why I decided to call and get information directly from them before judging the business. Unfortunately, after that phone call, I can understand why some customers have complained. I also noticed that some of their vehicles appear to be priced higher than KBB values. When a vehicle is priced above market value, I would expect the dealership to be even more transparent about the condition, warranty, fees, and what exactly the customer is getting for the price. Based on the way I was treated over the phone, I did not feel comfortable doing business with Car Sho. A potential customer should be able to ask basic questions without being talked down to or made to feel like they are wasting someone's time. I'll be looking somewhere else. I recommend anyone considering buying from Car Sho do their research, compare the vehicle price with KBB, ask for all warranty and dealer fees in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

Today the owner cussed my son out and didn't want to give him a loaner even tho the car has now been in their possession more than it's been in my sons at this point. It hasn't even been a month and it's there the 3rd time. I filed a report with the dmv and opened an investigation of their dealership and also opened a complaint with the FTC. The fact they "fix it" and a few days/ week later it's in their shop again is crazy and the owner is taking crazy to the wrong kid, PERIOD! IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY- U ARE SKIPPING OVER THE WHOLE FACT THAT IN JUST 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE IT BROKE DOWN, U OBVIOUSLY DIDNT FIX IT BECAUSE IN 5 DAYS AFTER YOU "FIXED" IT, ITS BACK AT YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!!! In just 11 days since purchase it's back at your dealership for major issues where the car isn't even drivable. It shouldn't be having problems, PERIOD! U sold my son junk!!!!! BUYER BEWARE -- DOCUMENT EVERYTHING My son purchased a 2019 Nissan Kicks from this dealership. Two days after taking possession of the vehicle, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Multiple warning/sensor lights came on, including the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. We immediately contacted our salesman, Omar. Instead of taking accountability for the fact that a vehicle they had just sold was already experiencing significant problems, we were met with excuse after excuse and attempts to minimize and deflect from the issue. The dealership took the vehicle back to supposedly "fix" it. My son was without his vehicle for approximately two days, causing him to miss work and lose money. He received the vehicle back, and only FIVE DAYS LATER, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN. Now the vehicle is also shaking when driven above approximately 35 MPH. At this point, this is no longer a minor inconvenience. We have serious concerns about whether this vehicle is safe to drive and whether the underlying problem was ever properly diagnosed and repaired in the first place. I contacted Omar again and told him the dealership needs to arrange for the vehicle to be towed back and properly diagnosed and repaired. His response and attitude have been unbelievably unprofessional and passive-aggressive. That approach might intimidate some customers into giving up. It will not work here. For anyone purchasing a used vehicle in California, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. California's Car Buyer's Bill of Rights imposes specific requirements on licensed dealers, including disclosures and additional protections applicable to used-vehicle transactions. Dealers must also provide buyers with an NMVTIS vehicle-history report. If a vehicle is represented as "certified," California imposes additional inspection and disclosure requirements. Vehicle Code §11713.18 addresses California's certified-used-vehicle requirements. If this dealership qualifies as a buy-here-pay-here dealer, California Civil Code §1795.51 requires a written warranty lasting at least 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and provides remedies when a covered vehicle does not conform to that warranty. California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, including Civil Code §§1793.2, 1795 and 1795.5, may also provide protections depending on the warranties accompanying a particular used-vehicle sale. And when repair work is performed by a California automotive repair dealer, Business & Professions Code §§9884.8 and 9884.9 and California Code of Regulations, Title 16, §§3353 and 3356 impose documentation requirements. Repair documentation must identify work performed--including diagnostic and warranty work--and invoices must identify supplied parts and state whether those parts were new, used, rebuilt, or reconditioned. So this time, we will be requesting complete written documentation of the diagnosis, trouble codes/findings, repairs performed, and every part replaced, including whether each replacement part was new, used, rebuilt, or reconditioned. We will also be preserving every text message, repair order, invoice, warranty document and communication concerning this vehicle. What concerns me most is the pattern: problem within two days dealership "fixes" it vehicle returned check-engine light and drivability problems again within five days. That does NOT inspire confidence that the vehicle was properly repaired. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here have it independently inspected before signing anything and keep copies of every document and communication. .

If you're looking for a used Tesla in Riverside, CA, understand that the best-priced Teslas sell quickly. I actually think that's why some people get frustrated. OC Chief Auto prices their Teslas competitively, so it's not unusual for popular vehicles to be gone by the time someone comes in. I looked at several dealerships, and they had some of the best pricing and one of the nicest selections of used Tesla Model 3s and Model Ys that I found. Like any busy dealership, they don't always answer the phone right away. But what impressed me most was what happened after the sale.
