I am not going to write long review and explaining here to waste people's time and my time…read more all places have good and donw side. no bitching, not back stabbing, or no dung behind the curtain type of place so far. I stop by here frequently. and i tell my networks to do so as well. Cheers

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

If so then go to Carin Auto and talk to Tony and Kiya. They were fantastic to work with. My daughter and I came prepared, and left with the perfect car for what we needed at their listed price. It was a great experience and when it time for Mommy to get a new "used" car, I will be calling Carin to see what they have in stock. Best Susan 4-16-25

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the purchase of a vehicle from Carin. The vehicle was…read morerepresented as having approximately 56,000 original miles and being in proper working condition at the time of sale. Shortly after purchase, multiple mechanical issues were identified. A full diagnostic inspection was performed by both an authorized Audi dealership and an independent reputable repair shop. These inspections revealed multiple fault codes and indications that the vehicle had prior mechanical issues before the sale. During my attempt to address these concerns with the seller, I was directed to take the vehicle to a specific repair shop associated with the dealer. I declined due to concerns about impartiality. Additionally, an individual associated with the dealer accessed the vehicle and cleared diagnostic codes, stating that the issues were already fixed. This action interfered with my ability to accurately assess the vehicle's condition. Further, an Audi technician indicated that prior repairs or issues had existed, yet no documentation or receipts for such repairs were disclosed at the time of sale. When I requested a second key fob, which was indicated in the vehicle history, the seller became uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. Pushed me away and said, have a good day. Based on these facts, I believe the vehicle may have been sold under false pretenses, with known issues not disclosed at the time of sale. I am requesting a formal resolution, which may include repair compensation, partial refund, agreement. I am prepared to pursue further action through appropriate legal and regulation channels.
