The test drive didnt include me going on the highway to test drive because the sales man gave me the directions and im not from the area Well.... the tires needed to balanced because the truck shakes while on the highway. I really feel like I was dooped into buying it I asked them to remove the charges but they said it was too late. They had already done it and it cost too much to take the device off I paid 12k for a truck advertised at 8900 no mention of the extras The woman never called me back. I am so disappointed with the employees there I would never buy another vehicle from them again and dont recommend them to anyone. I in a text to richard asked to have a full tank of gas and he said yes. Yet when I got into the vehicle to come home it only had an 8th of a tank and it was too late to complain. The ac needs to be repaired because there a loud noise coming from under the dash. Im so disappointed in the salesmanship it this car lot. However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! Most importantly, there was never any pressure. JM made the entire experience comfortable and easy, and after dealing with several other dealerships, nobody provided the level of service he did. Ultimately, JM is the reason we chose to purchase our new Camry from Toyota of Orange. The one area where I think the dealership itself could improve is the financing and checkout process. We arrived around 7:30 PM to complete the purchase, so the late hour may have contributed, but the process took considerably longer than what I've experienced with previous vehicle purchases. As a first-time female car buyer from San Diego, I had a difficult time finding a dealership in my area that had the 2026 Toyota RAV4 I was looking for and that I felt comfortable working with. After doing extensive research, including CarEdge.com and their YouTube videos, I discovered that the Toyota dealerships within Wilson Automotive Group have an A rating. Toyota of Orange is also one of their largest, highest-volume dealerships. I found out that Toyota of Orange had an incoming RAV4 in exactly the configuration I wanted, and they made the entire process--from reserving the vehicle to purchasing it--seamless. If you're unfamiliar with reserving a vehicle before it arrives at the dealership, don't be nervous like I was! With these 2026 RAV4s being difficult to find, many are sold before they even reach the lot. I checked inventories throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County, and Toyota of Orange had some of the most incoming RAV4s in transit. Super pleased with Fullerton Ford, especially their service department! I was having transmission…read moreissues in my F-150. Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!
