If you're looking for place that will take care of you zee motors is the place . great customer service , Jamal aiman took care of me with my trade in and to get one of my dream cars ACURA TL TYPE S . He made the process very fast . If you're looking for a great deal on a car or looking for a specific car you don't see anymore I'm sure they have it in their inventory. Thanks again for taking care of me definitely telling my friends and family .

Had complete brake failure while driving due to improper maintenance. Also, I discovered the oil drain bolt and filter housing was waaay over torqued, the PCV housing was failing, but the big issue was the damaged brake caliper and improper brake job. They did not have the right scan tool to put it in "parking brake service mode" and forced the piston back into the caliper breaking the parking brake motor. In order to re assemble it, they put the old pad on the inside of the rotor and new pad on the outside so it seemed during inspection like the job was done. I send evidence, photos, and receipts to the owner who eventually denied responsibility and ghosted me. I was very patient and gave him the benefit of the doubt, requesting only the cost of the caliper to be covered, as it was his mechanic's fault, but failed to act reasonably.

We were looking for a great deal on a used SUV and saw a KIA Sportage for a good price at Zee Motors. Alex handled all of the negotiations and sold us the car without any hassles or excessive upcharges. I will note that their vehicles are retrofitted with a GPS system that they will add to the cost of the vehicle (and that is not necessarily advertised) but it comes with 3 years of monitoring after which, you can continue for like $100/year, so keep that in mind. Zee Motors allows you to send the car over to a local shop, Firestone, to do an overall inspection of the vehicle, before purchasing for $150- which we did. Overall, Alex was very professional and patient, and we were very satisfied overall. I highly recommend Alex at Zee Motors.

I have been searching for one of my dream cars for over 2 years and happened to come across this G wagon. Called and was greeted by Alex Nazer, who was very professional. If you're looking for a great customer service, Zee Motors has it. I was just at House of Imports in BP, they were very rude and condescending. So working with Alex took a lot of that stress away. I've purchased many cars in the past and this by far has been a great experience. Thanks Alex and Zee Motors for helping me get my dream car. Plan on doing business with you guys in the future.

best place to get a car no doubt. my family and i bought a Mazda MX-5 Miata 2008 from Alex a few months ago, and we have not regretted it since, my whole family is obsessed with this car. Alex was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process of this purchase. at first we put in a request to see a red 2012 MX-5 that had incredible miles and good price. we were planing on seeing the car in person on saturday but had changed our plans to see it wednesday and Alex was flexible which was super helpful. going in to see the car was exiting and we met up with Alex and he handed us the keys for a test drive. my dad loved the feel of the car while driving so we decided to talk about getting it with Alex. we loved the car but after leaving we definitely had some doubts about it, we put in a down payment and went to go pick it up on saturday. saturday rolled around and this time we went with our mom for her to see the car. after looking at it we still weren't fully convinced, but my mom went to look at all the other Mazdas for sale and she loved the look of this incredible Gray 2008 MX-5 with a pretty good amount of miles considering it's age. Alex seemed like he knew we liked this car and asked us if we wanted to switch, which i'm assuming he dosent do often. but we switched out the car and are truly so happy. Thank you to Alex and Zee Motors for being so kind and understanding with this, my sister and i drive this car all the time for our job and we couldn't be happier, it brings a smile to our faces every time we see it. I had a chance to work with Ehab and Alex recently. My family was shopping for a 2Gen Toyota Sequoia and Ehab let me examine the two they had in the lot. Ehab was incredibly helpful and had intimate knowledge of the model and trim. He also knew the individual history of each vehicle and shared how his company seeks to find and sell unique cars. We ended up purchasing one of their Sequoias and Alex handled all the paperwork. I also worked with Alex via text / phone to set up an appointment to see the vehicles. It was a smooth process. Everything was explained beforehand. The process was as simple as it could be. The only thing to keep in mind is their vehicle inventory is split between different lots and their offices for paperwork is also in another location. It's all minutes from each other but there are still a few extra steps. It's not a traditional dealership experience and is tailored for online / by-appointment sales. Make sure to plan accordingly.

Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

I understand I don't look like the regular customer there but that shouldn't matter. I couldn't get one salesman to help me, not a single one. I shouldn't have to show them photos of my house or my 4 other cars to be taken seriously. Years ago my grandfather (Ignacio Bruno) showed up after work in his uniform to buy a car for grandma. They laughed at him and asked what he possibly wanted (referring to his dirty uniform, ignorant to the fact he owned the company he had patched on his shoulders.) He laughed and walked across the lot to the Jaguar dealership and bought TWO cars cash on the spot (gramps only dealt in $100s). He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Today I get very rude, very snide texts from the House of Imports because I didn't want the unnecessary appointment they were trying to make for me. Not a good look....maybe it's time for a Jaguar?

Hello, this is the experience I recently had at AutoNation Toyota Buena Park…read more I came into the dealership with financing already secured through Navy Federal Credit Union. I'm a veteran and long-time Navy Federal member, and they have consistently handled my vehicle financing without issue. My intention was simple: provide my trade-in, use my outside financing, and complete the purchase. During the process, I was repeatedly asked to complete a dealership credit application for their "internal process" and identity verification. I made it explicitly clear multiple times that I did not want my credit run through the dealership because I already had financing secured through my own lender. Despite that, I was told they would not move forward unless I completed their credit application. What bothered me most is that this runs completely contrary to my previous vehicle-buying experiences using outside financing. In most cases, dealerships simply verify the lender, confirm funding, verify identity, and complete the transaction. A separate dealer-arranged credit application is generally not necessary when the customer already has approved financing in hand. Let's also be honest about something: dealerships absolutely make money from financing relationships, finance reserve markups, and lender partnerships. That is a normal part of the automotive business model. Because of that, it's difficult not to question whether the pressure to complete a dealership credit application was financially motivated rather than truly required to sell the vehicle. I refused to authorize an unnecessary credit inquiry and was effectively denied the opportunity to proceed with the purchase. I can't speak to the motivations of every individual involved, but I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and like my business was only welcome if I agreed to enter their financing pipeline. My advice to buyers using outside financing: clarify upfront whether the dealership will attempt to require its own credit application before spending hours negotiating a vehicle purchase.

The salespeople as well as the managers have always worked with us. Our most recent experience, we actually started going to different dealerships to see what others could offer but ultimately came back to Premier because they offered a better deal. The end result came out better than we expected. We got a better vehicle with a lower monthly payment. There was also a mishap on a fee that we were not supposed to pay but had to. Premier reimbursed us for this fee. Ask for Chris Esquivel or Herm. They are awesome!

Beware/ Bait & switch…read more Extremely disappointed with this dealership experience. My wife found a vehicle online yesterday and scheduled an appointment to come see it today. We spent over 4 hours at the dealership going through the process, discussing pricing, finalizing monthly payments, agreeing on the final numbers including GAP insurance, and even completing/signing the credit application. Only AFTER all of that, when we were finally sitting in the finance office ready to sign the paperwork, the finance manager suddenly informed us that they could not sell GAP insurance on the vehicle because it was a lemon-law buyback. We made it very clear that we were not comfortable proceeding without GAP coverage. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the finance manager tried to sell us a different warranty/insurance product but openly admitted he could not confirm whether it would actually protect us the same way. He then spoke with the sales manager and came back saying the manager "THINKS" it should work -- but nobody could actually confirm it. Even worse, the sales manager either could not or would not simply call the GAP company directly to verify coverage before asking us to move forward. That is completely unacceptable. Do not spend hours negotiating and signing paperwork here only to have major financing details changed at the very end. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic and a complete waste of our time. Buyers beware.
