Instead of cancelling auto-pay, customer service instructed me to contact the previous management company and ask them to stop taking my money. This was an hour I'll never get back.

Although we started late and had issues with the app allowing me to connect my account to Samsung Pay and Google Pay, Daniel tried his best to get things done fast so I could leave before my lunch break ended. Not only was he able to think on his feet and try several solutions simultaneously for me, he was quick on asking other associates for clarification so that he could deliver fast service. I did end up a few minutes late past my lunch break, but we were able to finish what I needed. His sincere attitude and competence is what really made this such a good review. I can see why others may not have reviewed this Chase location so well, but if they keep hiring and retaining staff like Daniel, it can help make up for circumstances outside of their control. Thanks Daniel!

Bizarre experience at Chase Bank on Beach and LaPalma, Buena Park. Has this happened to anyone?…read more I went to Chase Bank yesterday to cash a check drawn on their bank. Since I'm not a customer, I clearly asked and made sure they could cash it before I endorsed it. The teller, Jesus promised it wouldn't be an issue. After I signed it, the teller ran it through their machine. Suddenly, he looked at the asst branch manager and told me it was actually "over the limit for non-customers" and refused to cash it. Here is the sketchy part, when Jesus handed the check back to me, it had a bank stamp and what looks exactly like an account number printed on the back but they did not process or cash my check (see picture). Now I'm stuck with an endorsed, stamped "Cancel Endorsement " check that looks already processed. Has anyone dealt with this before? One of the managers Kevin tried to help and cash the check but he was called to the back and I never saw him again.

Went into this branch. Safe to say, I'll never be back. There's a separate "Business Clients" line…read morewhere if you pay for a business account, you're supposed to have priority in a separate line. However I can tell you that they don't honor it at all. I was standing in this line and they let other people cut in front from the other line. And then it took so long that I could have stood in the regular line and people who came in after me got service before I got to the counter... And I was the first person in line. Stood for over 25 minutes. Not sure what the purpose of a "Business Clients" line is when they don't honor or appreciate their business clients at all. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BANK HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE VALUED OR EXPECT DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Closed my account.

Drive-thru atm available!!!…read more I love the convenience of having a drive thru atm at Bank of America! Who wants to park, get out of their car, and walk into the bank? No one lol That's too much work! Lol Also, there's a safety issue with going up to an atm and withdrawing money. So the drive thru helps to make it safer to withdraw money out. Especially for women. I feel a lot safer doing a drive up atm versus getting out to walk over to the atm. When you walk over, you have to keep a lookout for your surroundings and make sure no one is gonna mug you. It's a constant worry. So the drive thru is just safer and easier. It's a win win.
