He asked me what I needed to do when I walked in and I explained to him that I wanted to do a change order for the amount that I needed. He said to get in line and they would be with me shortly. 25 minutes later, it's my turn with the only Teller Crystal, for her to apologize continuously because she doesn't have access to the vault and the person with the keys just went to lunch. I refused to pay the fee, so the older lady ripped the check and my ID out of the tellers hands and told me to leave then... Once I started to leave, I walked passed the security guard and he started yelling at me to "Just get the F**k out of here" he then came up behind me when I was opening the door to leave and kicked the second door open and told me to "get the F**k out" again, this time he threatened to taze me. And then followed me to my car, the whole way he was talking trash trying to egg on a fight, when I got in my car to leave, he actually said "That's what I thought Pu**y", "I'll kick your a** right now"... If your looking for a good place to start a big payday lawsuit, just go to this bank, the bald headed security guard is looking to assault someone... We didn't make an appointment so we waited about an hour to see someone. Luckily my son didn't mind (he was to excited) Nadia helped us, she was fantastic. She was very welcoming and communicated with my son (brought him out of his shell) went above and beyond helping us. The employees there are patient and kind. Service is fairly fast and the place is clean. There are Spanish and Vietnamese speakers for those who need them, though I am not sure if they are staffed around the clock. I usually come in and do things, and go out within 5 to 10 minutes assuming there is no long line.
