4 months later I did get my registration but I had to file a complaint with the DMV. I had to get DMV Investigator involved because Fahad Alsammarraie did not file the registration with DMV and did not report the taxes I paid so DMV wanted me to pay again. This process is far from over. Sucks that he scammed so many people. And his worker Sam Hammad who kept answering the phone to tell me the problem will be fixed on Monday you sir are another POS!! read more

Ran the engine for 15 mins everything seemed great. Employee came shortly after to shut it off. It was only after the purchase that the van started making rattling noises. Purchased 2 months ago. 3.8 General Manager Fahad and his team were straight forward detailed, and fair with the process. Only con I noticed was when. I went in to buy a vehicle that was on a "promotion" on offer up over the weekend, I waited till Monday to go and check out the vehicle but when I got there they told me the vehicle was no longer available for that price. Nonetheless I still bought the vehicle with no ridiculous markups or fees. The only thing I'd suggest is to have a mechanic check out the vehicle before purchase for any underlying issues. Since buying the vehicle I've spent 900 dollars on repairs nothing major just wear and tear parts. Other than this the place is quality if you're in the market for a fairly priced used vehicle. read more

I had spoken with the salesman about going to look at a vehicle. I'm from San Diego, so a drive there is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. We agreed on a time and I even called back to give them my exact ETA. On the way over, only 30 minutes away, I got a call that they just sold the vehicle that they had brought out of storage so I could look at. No sense of integrity, which is surprising given that the reviews seem decent. Shameful. read more

I bought a car from these guys on August 1 2023 and September 16/17 my car broke down. I took it to a Kia dealership for them to tell me that my engine is blown. When I spoke to Fahad he informed me that Kia was full of bs just trying to get money and told me I was outside of my 30 day warranty. I would not reccomend purchasing from O Cars Group. Car broke down less than 1 day and a half later. They told us we were at fault for the car damage because it was "fine when it left the lot". When we towed the car back to the dealership they told our tow truck driver to send it to the nearby shop so they could do a diagnostic check. We decided to wait for what the shop had to say and probobly get it fixed elsewhere since they were rude, shady, and had many other reviews online complaining about their car purchase. But when we got a call back they already did work on the car. We are going through really hard times and decided to pay and just move on and take the loss. They told us it would be just the clutch to be fixed. That wasn't the only thing they fixed. After financial loss and lots of stress I couldn't stomach writing a review because of all the negativity. But now we got a letter in the mail of unpaid toll road fines for our car the days where O Cars did test drives on it after the fix. They don't care about people. Not sure if what they do is legal or illegal but point is they don't care. That is all I have to say. Protect yourself. Protect your money. Protect your loved ones. read more

They advertised a car that had a manual transmission, and after we drove 2 1/2 hours to see it, we saw the automatic shifter through the window. These cars are hard to find with a manual transmission. They did not put a photograph of the shifter on the online listing. As soon as we asked about the shifter, the salesman said "yeah it's automatic" and quickly made himself scarce. Shady! read more
