During my visit, I had a very positive in-person experience. I was assisted by Domenica Sanchez, who was professional, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He answered my questions thoroughly and created a comfortable environment--exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to work with when making a major purchase. Due to prior commitments, I had to leave quickly, but I made it clear that I intended to follow up and move forward with the purchase. As a veteran, I take my word seriously--when I say I'm coming back, I mean it. I fully intended to return and buy the vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly when I called the dealership afterward. The interaction I had with someone in the finance/loan department was disappointing. I felt rushed and dismissed, which was a stark contrast to the excellent service I initially received in person. Good customer service should be consistent across all departments, especially when a customer is ready to move forward. It's unfortunate because the in-person experience set a high standard, but the follow-up interaction did not meet it. Without going into great detail about the convo, I was later told that it had approx 10k in upgrades that weren't included in the online price. This was AFTER I had submitted our info for financing. When I explained that this created a sense of falsehood I was told "well you just didn't read the whole thing". BEWARE ... We purchased a Ram Big Horn diesel truck from Car Castle in Fullerton. Our salesperson, John, was extremely kind and reassuring, promising that everything we noticed on the truck would be fixed. Once the deal was done and we drove off, the truck was on empty, needed DEF, and had multiple warning lights on. We were told this was just because "the levels were low" and everything would reset. We called more than 10 times trying to get the maintenance department to help because the truck was throwing codes and needed an emissions filter replacement costing $1,500. They constantly delayed, stopped returning calls, and never scheduled repairs. Because we had an out-of-town trip and the truck was not safe to drive, we took it to an actual Dodge dealership and paid out-of-pocket. When we called back to let them know (since these issues were present at time of purchase), we were handed off to a manager named Eddie, who was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. He tried to claim nothing needed repair, refused to take responsibility, and argued instead of helping. Meanwhile, John--who knew this was an issue before we purchased--just said Eddie was the only person we could deal with. End result: we are $1,500 out of pocket for repairs that should have been handled BEFORE the sale. They cleared codes to hide issues instead of fixing them and had no intention of standing behind their promises. Do NOT buy a car here unless every promised repair is completed BEFORE you leave the lot. Once they get your money, the support disappears. Beware. read more

Absolutely terrible experience -- avoid this place at all costs. I drove 2 hours to this dealership specifically to look at a truck I had confirmed with the salesman John was still available. I even called him before I left to make sure. When I arrived, not only was the truck already sold, but I was left sitting around while John told me he was "too busy" to help. Complete waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. Here's what they don't tell you up front: 1. They install cheap $1,500 lift kits and then mark the price up by $10,000 -- total scam. 2. The wheels and tires are no-name brands that don't match the premium price tag. Do your research before buying. 3. The price you see online is NOT the real price. After a test drive, they hit you with a "build sheet" full of overpriced add-ons you didn't ask for. 4. They lowballed me hard on my trade-in, offering only $10,000 -- I took that same vehicle to a Chevy dealership and got $18,000 without hassle. To top it off, I ended up purchasing a brand-new HD from the Chevy dealership for less than what this place was asking for a 2021 HD with 40,000 miles. That alone says everything. DO yOUR RESEARCH! The two gentlemen working were incredibly easy to work with- they allowed us to bring in a 3rd party inspector, have the vehicle we were interested in looked over by someone we trusted, and when a small problem was found they immediately remedied it at no extra cost to us. There was no hassle, no rush, just excellent customer service. We did not experience pricing issues or any of the complaints made here on yelp. The vehicle we bought is in incredible shape and was well taken care of by Car Castle LLC. I am usually hesitant to give a full 5 star review on any car dealership but Car Castle LLC is different. Please read all the reviews before going in. Many people have mentioned that the advertised online price doesn't match the actual price, and that's true. I went in this morning to check out a Ram ProMaster, and the vehicle was already in rough shape. On the test drive, the check engine light came on. When I pointed it out, a technician came over and popped the hood--there was liquid everywhere around the engine. They did a quick patch fix to get the light off, but the bigger issues were still there, and most of the parts on the vehicle were damaged. When I asked about working out a deal, they told me that if I buy the car, then they would fix it--but not until after the purchase. That makes no sense. And honestly, who wants to drive hours back to a dealership just to get parts serviced and repaired? I've also seen plenty of other reviews describing this exact situation, and it seems they don't always hold up their end of the deal. So keep that in mind before you waste your time. read more

They let you inspect the vehicle and test drive it. He did not rush us into buying or anything. We were buying a car for our teenage daughter. Her first car will be a manual vehicle (Two thumps up.) Like previous reviews have stated don't believe the listed price & to be honest i highly recommend going to a reputable dealership rather than going to these scammers. Listed price 5k but its really 14k & a lemon? Problems right from the start battery wouldn't start, had to replace, windshield wipers went out 1st week & it started raining to top it off. On the second week the car went completely dead had to tow it from work to a shop which said they don't know what is wrong with the car so we surrendered it back to car castle. It reeked of cigarettes and so we offered $50k. He told us to basically go kick rocks. We left the dealership and looked at the listed price on their website and it was listed for $53k!! My husband and I were on the look out for a family van. We went to a few other places before we found car castle. The salesman John came out and won my husband over with his personality. He told us he had a great van it was in great condition. It would make a great family car. We tried to start it and nothing. Embarrassing moment. He jumped it and started it right up. I told him we would think about it. He called my husband back and said they did a full inspection and put a brand new battery. He said it's running perfectly. My husband went back and purchased the vehicle. When he got back home he had 2 white pills in his hand and said that John gave them to him because he saw him walking with a limp. They were called Ajo King a product of Mexico that is banned in the states for having hidden harmful ingredients. We threw them away. When did salesmen become pharmacists. 6 days later the check engine light came on and the car stalled. My husband took the car back to John who had maintenance reset the settings and turn the check engine light off. Guess what 6 days later it was back on and stalling. I brought the car back because my husband was in Florida. John blamed it on me. He said I didn't know how to close the gas cap. I said the car doesn't have a gas cap. Then he blamed it on the auto start. I said the car doesn't have auto start. Why don't you do your job and run a diagnostic. After sitting for a while I asked John the return policy since it hadn't even been 2 weeks. He told me to deal with it. I bought a used car. I was livid. I told him he could keep the car. After a crazy exchange of explicit words I went outside to call the police. My phone call was interrupted by my husband calling me. John had called him and told him he wanted a fight. He is from the old school. He told my husband to check me before He would. Not to add the race card but John is a white male about 5'10' 220 pounds. I am a black female 5'5'" 140 pounds. Luckily Chris, Sam, and Dominica were there. Who came outside to treat me like an actual paying customer. Chris promised me that he would completely fix my vehicle. Sam gave me a loaner car so I can pick my kids up from school and get to work. Dominica poor thing, offered me everything in the office that wasn't nailed to the floor. They called me today to come pick up my car. Unfortunately John was still there to smirk at me like he won. But God doesn't like ugly. So buyers beware!!!!!! read more
