Vehicle has been "listed for sale" by current dealer (Castle Cars) according to CarFax & confirmed by "salesperson" since 4/15/22...I called on 7/8/23, well over a year since taking ownership. Salesperson claimed that vehicle had been "held hostage" by RAM dealer because of safety recall & hasn't been back on their lot since being turned in for regualr maintence on.... whenever???. CarFax report shows multiple visits to local RAM dealership for regular maintenance visits since CK took ownership. 2. Has open safety recall (issued 2/16/23) from NHTSA that has not been corrected. Vehicle was last at a RAM dealership on 5/10/23 according to CarFax for regular maintenance & issue was not corrected...for free!...why wasn't issue addressed?!?!?!?! Doesn't sound like RAM dealership was holding vehicle hostage?? 3. Mileage listed in ad was 29,340...actual, current mileage according to CarFax is 30,842...1,500+ above stated... Bought a Chevrolet Camaro and the mirrors were crooked so the dealer guy ART promised to change it for me since I already bought the car. Fast forward to three months, it's still crooked! He said Chris guy would take care of it but surprise, he did nothing! He kept on telling me that they were buying the wrong mirrors and it wasn't gonna fit. Then, two weeks into buying the car, the air filter is dirty. It smelled like dirty socks so I bought it over there. They said they cleaned it but my o my it still smells the same. I have to drive with my windows open if I want the ac to be on. Called Chris for the update of my mirrors today and he said, "oh yeah I sent you a picture that is an update" NONE WAS SENT TO ME. I'd have my lawyer make them sell me the vehicle at the ad price with the extras but its obvious they take trucks with questionable history/hidden problems, add a bunch of "cool" accessories and then overcharge people for a piece of junk. maybe their cars are ok but I wouldn't buy an air freshener from these scam artists. read more

My husband I purchased a car from here a year ago and even before the year the car has been giving us nothing but major expenses. Fuel pump,oil pump, transmission, injectors and now the alternator. I came here because I was staying nearby that place and read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't get the same treatment in regards my vehicle. Got a used 2018 Chevy Equinox from this place. Completely trash of a car. I cannot drive it anywhere without the alarm going off on me. I leave for a few minutes and the alarm goes off again. I can't keep the car with the battery on or the alarm goes off every other hour. And for some reason this happens late at night or when I'm at work. Next issue is One of my tire sensors stopped working (they fixed that) but within a week from that the other tire sensor has lid up. The stability track alert comes out every other day. I have no clue what to do or how to fix this. And All they offered me was a "courtesy inspection" I will definitely be getting a lawyer to help me out with this case. Bought my jeep Willy with them a year ago We agreed they were suppose to fix a fuse so the car usb charger can work properly bcs it does not have proper voltage Also agreed on a new coat for the car bcs I bought it with scratches and made them take off the Willy sticker so the outline of the letters show to this day. Within a week the back speakers stopped working They never followed up with me They never fixed any of the issues Allen/ alley made all these promises just so when the time came I had to talk to Chris (maintenance) and alley together talking to them like they are teenagers trying to figure out where the miscommunication went and seeing who can help No one was helpful and the customer service is so bad after you buy a car from them. I had such a great experience that I'm trying to figure out where to start. Service- in all my years I've never been to a car dealership where the service resembled a family environment. They were very friendly, patient and accommodating during the process and best of all my-year-old daughter absolutely loved the staff especially Ali. Environment- The environment was great because they had every vehicle readily available to be viewed and test driven. In the lobby they have a pool table and a foosball table which came in handy when my daughter got bored. Process- I understand that everyone has a different process when it comes to buying a vehicle but when I told them exactly what I was looking for in regards to price, vehicle am I overall needs, they did everything they could do until they found the perfect truck for me. Their patience allow me to be patient and hopeful. Financing- The finance processing was just as easy. The finance manager was amazing, thoughtful and most of all hard-working to get the right number. Conclusion- I can tell you for sure is that this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I couldn't be happier with our truck. We walked in feeling like family and we left feeling like family but that wasn't the best part. I drove off that lot very emotional because of how excited my daughter was to be a part of the process. The overall experience is something she'll never forget and when it's time for me to buy another vehicle I will for sure be returning to Car Castle without a doubt.
