NOT LIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. I'm in the process of buying a 911 and have reached out to a lot of dealerships. Ehren was superlative and the gold standard on information and just talking about cars. He took his time and thoroughly explained the ins and outs of different generations, what to look out for etc. I even inquired about a ppi and he not only was very forthcoming, but also gave me some places that do it well around the area- one of which, auto strausse, was reccomended by my friend's dad who's a big porsche guy. In less than 3 months the car experienced a complete breakdown due to faulty car parts that the owner, Jamie was AWARE of. His assistant Patty was complicit and even sold me a bogus extended warranty that was near impossible to utilize for the vehicle. The specific defect of the car was purposefully omitted from all reports provided by Car Mart OC. This is fraudulent and unethical business practices!! I spent roughly $33,000 for a vehicle that requires nearly $10,000 to be functional. Both Jamie and Patty are fraudulent car salesmen who have no remorse in scamming their consumers. I read the one (1) negative review about CareMart before I decided to buy a car from them sight unseen. I believe the person who wrote the review had some type of ulterior motive. My experience with CarMart was extremely positive. They work fast, answered all my questions, helped me through the paperwork, was very professional. I do not have anything negative to say about the experience. This was perhaps the easiest way to purchase the car I wanted. They were very accommodating and provided all the information I needed before making my decision. What other used car dealership would do this: 1. Send you the Carfax report and tell you to review it before purchasing 2. Send you the car window sticker so you can see the complete description about the car so you can make an informed decision on what you are buying 3. Give you the option of not going through the bank, but pay them directly (I ended up paying cash since the price of the car I purchased was priced reasonably)/ 4. Although my car was priced slightly higher than other cars on the internet, I have to say my car is worth EVERY penny. My husband saw the pictures and said "I would pay a premium for that car as well". PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE COMMENT!!!!!
