Bought a truck here with tags that expire in 1 month for 32,000 they assured me the dealership would handle the registration and title and everything I recieved the title in the mail and a bill for 500$ registration they didn't pay for it or handle it they sold me a vehicle top dollar with bad tags I'll remove the review if it gets resolved read more

I went to go look a vehicle here and it took them an hour to shuffle it out of the back because it was stacked 4 rows back after they knew we had an appointment but also the car wasn't starting the battery was bad and overall t was just a very negative experience for me this dealership needs to do better! read more

These sharks will stack fee after fee on their cars. They tried selling me a car priced at around 25k and out the door price was 33k. On top of that when I went to test drive said car, one car had trouble starting and another made noise from the engine bay when they were moving cars to get the one I wanted out. read more

In 2018 I purchased a car from this dealership and felt welcomed from the start. The staff is great and I felt like family. The prices are decent and their vehicles are good. Good selection too. Just last year my wife and I purchased another vehicle from them and again feel we made a great purchase. If somehow we did have any issues, they found a way to make it right. Absolute worst place you can ever step foot into if you're a first time car buyer these guys are money hungry scammers they're textbook car salesmen, they tried screwing me over with a 28% interest rate which is beyond ridiculous and when I didn't agree they had some other guy come in and try to convince me to bite. I decided to leave the place and once I was home I got a call saying they could give me a 18% interest rate. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone and especially not young first time buyers because they will try to play you for a fool with ludicrous interests rates thinking you won't know any better. This place is seriously not even deserving of a single star read more

I needed a work truck, and I couldn't find a good used truck privately. I was scrolling on OfferUp and came across a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with only 101,000 miles at a very good reasonable price. Extremely competitive with private owners price, and I was surprised it was from a dealership. They provided me with service records, clean Carfax showing 2 previous owners, and the truck overall exactly the way it was advertised. I made an appointment to check out the truck, and I came in, drove it, and I decided to make a Cash offer on it. Buying cash they were open about negotiating, and made me a great deal on it. Very pleased, and a great experience. Thank you to Nicolas and the dealer's manager for their time and excellent service. Keep in mind I bought my truck Cash, I've seen people complain when they're buying financed. I can't comment on that, but my best advice is better up your credit score for better rates, or saved up your money and buy cash. As far as buying a used car, is the buyers responsibility to do extensive research on the car you're buying, bring your trusted mechanic over, go over the Carfax, use common sense. Can't blame dealers for selling you a used car, a used car will have its defects from poor previous ownership, if you want a car that won't give you problems, and will come with a good warranty, go buy it new. read more

Made a mistake in buying a car here but oh well, I'm stuck with it due to my impatience. These cars are WAY overpriced (check the Kelley Blue Book value first). They also get you "approved" but realistically not until after you've already made a down payment and spoke to their lender. The lender called me a few days after I bought my vehicle to tell me they still were not sure if I would get approved. The dealership gives you two days to return your vehicle for a $500 restocking fee..but if you made a down payment, they keep it... very shady. With a 678 credit score, I still got an 18% APR.. yes I know, I was impatient because I just wanted this car and should've shopped around. Please learn from my mistake. read more

Buying a vehicle out of state can be difficult and I will say, their willingness to video call so I could inspect the vehicle was great. But then they screened my calls for a few hours while I was heading to the airport to go get the vehicle. After I made it through security they finally called back and let me know they had just sold it. This was right after talking with them all morning and planning on my trip to go get the vehicle and how they wanted to make payment arrangements. Very frustrating, never going back here. read more

I bought my car a year and a half ago.. knock sensor from the start. Filed a case with dept of automotive repair when on the freeway changing lanes the under cover flys off and does $5,000 damage.. or did it? They claim they take the cars to a dealership when there's a problem like "knock sensor" not true.. clear the code, give BS paperwork "replaced knock sensor". I just discovered what the problem is... they spliced some of the harness wires together and zip tied the bundle. Now is that how they do business? Yes! I will be contacting the Dept. Of automotive repair AGAIN with my findings. read more

Despite telling them upfront that I would pay the sticker price plus standard taxes and DMV fees--and absolutely no dealer add-ons--the finance manager presented an "out-the-door" price of **over $40,000**. When I called the dealership and spoke to Sam about a truck that I was interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about myself on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. Ben Auto offered a very competitive and fair price below market value for my car and no negotiation was necessary. This was my first solo serious car purchase for me and I'm very happy I found these guys. Since I bought it, the car has run beautifully over 1000 miles in the first month and there were no issues at pre-purchase inspection. Also had a clean title and AutoCheck report before purchase, and no recalls. Only a fuse and couple of light bulbs needed to be swapped in and Henry took care of that immediately with no appointment necessary. Made me feel like I owned the place. The negative reviews about alignment seems to me are more of people who generally don't know much about vehicles and claim things are a scam when they need "new parts" I also feel they don't know how to properly explain what is going on with the car. I came in, Anthony got everything to spec. My steering wheel was a tad off, he fixed it on the spot. Everything is extremely straight now, we both took the time to see where the issue may lie and resolved it. Will come back again. Take it from me, a person who works on their car 99% of the time, this shop is legit. Just know what is wrong with your vehicle, and listen to what they tell you. It's a recommendation they're giving you if they say something is bad. You can always say no but if the part is bad, your alignment will be thrown off in no time. Will be back again.

With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

i wish there was a way to only give 0 stars, nothing went right here. I saw a Caliber on craigslist for 6499 and call and confirmed with them that I needed financing. Should have told me then that was the cash price but they didnt. I get there and test drive ready to fill out the paper work and George (who is supposingly a born again christian) and Carlos (who is a welder that does car sales til wielding picks up again) tells me the car is now $9,999 w finance price and fees is $11,700!!!! what NO! we go back and forth and I leave. Called them and was like I dont want to pay $11,000 for everything and Carlos quotes me $9499. I go back up there (1hr drive) and was like ok lets talk. We sit down and hes like 9499 like i said PLUS FEES Im like what the fees. He says let me go get that paper work HAHAHAHA "ITS 11,500$!!! IF YOU DONT GO GET YOUR FIRE TO METAL BUTT (would love to cuss) ON!!! He says there must have been a misunderstanding! Then tries to tell me its BC of my credit. Im like dont go that road with me Im much smarter than you. He then get his manager that knows a hand full of english words "No" and Im sorry" to explain to me why the price is high. Most places just promise and promise but at the moment of truth, they don't even come close to what they advertised. When I went to ACE Motors, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I picked the car I liked. I was given a straightforward answer, from car history (Carfax) to the financing numbers step by step. They sell used cars not new, but they are in decent condition. My whole family has bought cars from Ace Motors Anaheim, which has been in the same location for over 15 years. It's great that they're expanding to more cities! What I like most is that they explain everything clearly; they don't hide numbers or pressure you into buying something you don't want. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on November 1, 2025. Within about three weeks (November 26), the vehicle began having serious issues and had to be towed to a mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a major engine problem and estimated repairs at over $10,000. Since then, the vehicle has remained at the shop and has not been usable. I tried contacting the dealership multiple times to speak with a manager, but I was unable to get a response or assistance. I also attempted to use the warranty that was sold to me, but my claim was denied. They were unable to answer any questions and just repeated everything I commented on about the vehicle. 2) the cars are straight junk. They take good pictures but when you get there, in person, the cars are thrashed. Certainly used and not pre owned. Was looking at one car and (I'm not kidding) the door handle was hanging off. It's clear that this "dealership" doesn't take the time to detail or even fix minor issues on these cars. Who knows what condition the motors actually are in because the employees cannot tell you.
