Sam and Bassam helped us get an amazing deal on my 2018 toyota tacoma trd pro and made sure I left with it fully detailed! He offered amazing service and made the entire experience a breeze. If you want to feel good about buying your vehicle Sam and his team at OC AUTOHAUS are the guyS to go too! When I called the dealership and spoke to Sam about a truck that I was interested in and came in a few hours later, he greeted me with kindness and immediately made me feel like he wasn't just trying to make another sale. He asked us questions about myself on the test drive and it felt like I was talking to a genuine friend and not a salesman. He was patient, understanding, and helpful through the whole process of what my end goal was and was very transparent about the whole process/vehicle and again didn't make me feel pressured or like i was just somebody he was trying to get a sale out of and get in and get out and it made me want to sign the papers even more. The main point that sold me was the honesty and transparency of the vehicle. He has told me what maintenancewas done n wasnt done.. other dealership would just say what a customer would wanna hear n lies about how good the car was but they had told me the background n history of the car. It meant so much to me and his words were very heartfelt and genuine. Everything else went extremely smooth and I will recommend him to everyone from now on who is looking to buy a vehicle. I am extremely grateful for all that he did, thank you Sam n team autohaus read more

Sam and Josh helped me today with getting my dream car, similar to one which I previously owned but had sold several years ago. For a car dealership to have 4.5 stars is telling. I purchased a 2021 Tesla Y from OC Autohaus. Bob and Kifah were professionals. It can be super stressful to purchase a car however Kifah did a fantastic job in keeping this process calm with no pressure. I've been in the market for weeks and have been sent to this guy and that guy and have to talk to this finance manager etc. OC Autohaus kept things direct and the same people throughout the whole process. My wife needs a replacement car soon so we will be back for sure. Thank you! read more

Dishonest and a huge waste of time and money. Called on April 2nd and spoke to Bassem about a 2018 C63 convertible they had in stock. I asked questions and asked if vehicle had ever been in an accident and if it had any rim damage or issues with the car, to which he answered no to all. The pictures listed on CarGurus were good looking so I took his word. After filling out all the information to purchase vehicle thru my credit union, I decided to check out their website, and to my surprise, even though CarGurus showed no accidents/damage, carfax showed moderate damage to the whole front of vehicle. I then asked if there was any noticeable paint issues, to which I was also told no. After spending $500 to fly to Orange County to purchase car, the vehicle was no where near the condition I was told. All but 1 rim had MAJOR curb rash damage, the convertible top on the inside was separating on the passenger rear corner, and most importantly vehicle had clearly been in a LARGE ACCIDENT. All the body gaps don't line up on the front, the lettering on the side of the car was missing letters and extremely crooked, the bottom of the front bumper was damaged and had very cracked paint, the drivers headlamp assembly was loose, and to top it off, the paint used when the repairs were performed was a extremely thin coat and didn't match the back half of the car (see pictures) Being upfront and honest about stuff like this is very important in this industry, especially when someone is traveling over 500 miles to purchase the vehicle. The owners were very apologetic and said the sales rep was new, however, at the end of the day, the vehicle just wasn't what I was told it was. I was asked by the owner prior to confirming the purchase, did your salesman answer all your questions, which I answered yes. However, clearly he just gave the answers that anyone wants to hear, not the truth. I had to end up trying to find a last minute flight home which cost another $500. I'm out $1000 and also an entire days of wasted time. The owner was nice enough to provide a $50 uber credit to the airport which was a nice gesture, but what about the $1000 wasted in flights due to the dishonesty of your "new" salesperson who laughed at the condition of the car when we arrived? Extremely disappointed with how the process was handled. Months later, now the salesman who created this mess and unnecessary expenses wants to like my review. So unprofessional read more

Outstanding Service and Truly Professional Experience! This was the first time I felt genuinely well taken care of at a dealership. The salesperson Nessam was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. He never pressured me or rushed my decision in any way. Even after I mentioned I was just looking and planned to check other dealerships, he continued helping me and my family with the same kindness and dedication -- as if I were buying the most expensive car on the lot. The manager Sam was also extremely friendly and professional. I visited other dealerships, and the experience was completely different -- the staff elsewhere made it feel like they were doing me a favor, with little interest in actually helping. I ended up coming back and purchasing the car from Nessam -- and I'm so glad I did! The after-sales support was honestly the best I've ever had. They were fast, efficient, and took care of every small detail with excellence. It was truly impressive. On top of that, the pricing is fair, which gave me even more confidence in my purchase. I'm now a loyal customer and will absolutely recommend this dealership to others! read more

Excellent customer service is all I have to say. Vincent was very good at answering all of my questions. Great dealing with him and his staff. They are willing and are very happy to take you on any test drive you want and explain in details what the car's capability. They are very transparent on their car's details. Price is exactly what they say it is without any dealer mark up. So, when you see the price listed, it will not be any higher. Got there, negotiate some price, trade in my old car, then ride my new Tesla home on the same day. Very happy with that. Also, Sam is great too. read more

Sam is the man! SAM is VERY PATIENT and he is PROFESSIONAL!!! We were driving in from Riverside County and my husband called to inquire about the 2016 BMW 5-M that was advertised and he still had it. Worked out so well for us because SAM is legit and he is an honest man to work with. I SO appreciate him being so patient with my needs as he found us the perfect car. He's even modifying the seats and upholstery for my wife to be able to get in and out easier. This place is AWESOME as I couldn't believe how fantastic and impressive the INVENTORY is!!! My husband finally found his dream car there! It was worth driving out for. The place is extremely legit and has every kind of sporty car you could EVER want or desire, SAM was more than FAIR on buying our trade -in and made the deal on our NEW PURCHASE Super -Affordable with a 4 year Warranty!! I look forward to coming back and getting my up grades on my seats!! Really enjoyed doing business with SAM. We won't have to go anywhere else for this kind of INVENTORY or INVESTMENT!! I normally don't take the time to do reviews but felt I had to for OC Autohaus. I had a great experience buying my c63s AMG with Bob, Kifah and the team. Kifah was so friendly and made me feel welcome in their shop. He took the time to show me their cars, more features of the car I was buying, and even offered me to have lunch with them while I was waiting for next steps in the buying process. Everything was so transparent and I felt like they actually wanted me to leave there with the right car for my needs. I recommend anyone who's buying to give them a try, as a family owned dealer there is more of a personal connection and better service in my opinion than some other larger dealerships. They have lots of nice cars there in great condition, will definitely be coming back when it's time for a new vehicle. read more

BEWARE this dealership Will manipulate you. They are not transparent on price and truly only care about profit. I was told by the sales manager he owns the vehicle for 52K a month later it sells for 46k. The same price I told them I would make a deal on it. Seems like sleazy salesman get a bad rap for this particular reason. read more

Let me start out by saying that this place took care of me and my family in a pretty turbulent situation. We needed to get out of a vehicle asap and the team really came through for us. Matt was especially helpful in facilitating a deal in which the lot MATCHED our offer voucher value from Carvana. From start to finish, communication was absolutely impeccable, a rarity in these times, let alone the auto sales industry! We were greeted on time as promised from both Matt as well as the owner of OCA, and welcomed in, offered refreshments, etc. The check was literally WAITING for us when we walked in the door--something I truly appreciated, as time is money! The deal was laid out and ready for ink, which was completed I'm less than 20 mins. I was even allowed to check out of few of the exotic vehicles on the lot, an extra perk, considering we weren't there to purchase a vehicle. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience from start to finish and it was evident that this dealership and its staff were/are very aware that the customer comes first. If I'm ever in the market for a lightly used luxury vehicle (and I hope that I am), OCA will be the first place on my list. Thanks a million guys! read more

I just wanted to send a quick thank you the employees at OC Autohaus. I was treated with warm greeting by George and we instantly clicked. We test drove the 2019 Mercedes E 450 coupe I traveled from the Inland Empire to see. The car drove great and I decided to purchase it. @ April , your comment is basically saying I wasn't satisfied with your car because of my opinion. I'm in the car business . 2 tires that needed to be replaced because they were worn out. That's part of safety inspection " recon ". Why the vehicle was on the sales floor beats me. I'm glad I was asked to leave your lot. At least I didn't come home with that car . I hope your team does the right thing . Let's hope whoever bought that Porsche is being careful with those 2 bad tires with this weather . Let me ask you something ? Would you let your mother or family member buy that car ? I don't thinks so. Do the right thing. Just do what the law requires of you. Everyone will be happy. Toodles ... read more

**Response to business. The exchange of information happened on THURSDAY, I texted the sales person twice for updates once I gave my information for the credit check. She told me she would call me "shortly" and never did. And now on SATURDAY, AFTER my review has posted, you attempt to notify me the car has sold. Let's not act like I'm stupid. It's piss poor business practices and nothing else. Found a car on CarGurus and filled out the application online to be contacted and get pre-approval. After face timing and checking out the car, having to give them my information again for the credit check because they said the cargurus application "didn't come through", they ghosted me. I have a second pre approval form my bank that more then cover the car so not sure why they did not contact me back. I guess they don't like business. Seems very shady. read more

Saw a listing of 2016 911 GTS at OC Autohaus the past Friday. Drove to Westminster to see the car, bring with me a 2017 911 base for potential trade in. When I walked in, I was greeted by Hoa and George. Then I see the beauty in the mid of the showroom. BTW, the building is tastefully constructed, and parking lot is full of high-end used cars. The 2016 GTS was in perfect condition. and their asking price is very fair. I made the decision within 5 minutes of sitting into the car without even test driving it. Then I asked about the trade in. They offered me a very fair price. what can I say? hand shake and done. The owner, Vincent, walked in and introduced himself, a honest businessman. He even took me out for lunch after the deal was closed. Then I went for the test drive, and as expected, it is a blast to drive. Lucky me to find this rare found collectable car at reasonable price. I drove home to Bay Area with a smile all the way. After that, I asked VIncent if he can buy the 2018 Cayman S from me. After sending a whole bunch of photos and VIN, he offered a very good price (a narrow range, and final price is decided when he sees the car). He will arrange the transport from Bay Area to his parking lot next week. All is smooth and easy. read more

Be careful purchasing a car here. They force you to purchase paint protection here and say that they already applied it and that they cant take it off. Gives you no choice. My friend bought a Audi R8 here and paid 2k for paint protection and when he went to get a PPF they said nothing was applied just a slap of wax. They also charged me and him registration for a whole year when it was already current for another year. This place seems to scam and collect every corner they can. read more

Purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 S-line from OC Autohaus in March 2019, soon as I drove home realized there was major mechanical issue. OC Autohaus went out of their way to avoid my communication efforts to resolve the issue, so I started an arbitration case shortly after purchase. In mid 2022 (3 years), I won the case, the vehicle's history and condition was misrepresented, the entire process has been highly stressful and financially costly, whilst resulting in not having access a car for 3 years! Although the funds involved had been recovered and car returned to OC Autohaus. This experience has significantly negative impacts my personal life and finances. read more
