Everything went smoothly from the initial contact on Marketplace to meeting at the bank two days later and completing the transaction, with a very, very competitive offer, I might add. Very professional and highly recommended. read more

Excellent team at Unique Autos. Hamza purchased my Tesla Model Y and the whole process was very easy and I received a very competitive offer. Thanks again! read more

I saved a lot of time thanks to Unique Autos. The company owners have the vehicle-buying process down to a T, are very transparent and trustworthy. Within 30 minutes of meeting Mahmood, I was given a competitive appraisal; digital and hard copies of all the necessary paperwork as well as a check while heading out in a complimentary e-taxi. As I felt that I was in good hands at Unique Autos, I chose the family-run business over another car-purchasing company that was offering me $500.00 more. Umair, Mahmood, Ahmed and Pancho could not have been any more professional and were truly there for me throughout the entire process. read more

Abe and Umair made the selling process of my 2021 Lexus GS extremely painless and stress free! They offered me the most amount upfront and after an inspection, stuck to their offer as there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I was given the difference from my loan payoff on the spot and they signed documents(which I got copies of) all under 20 minutes! They kept it easy and professional unlike many other dealerships. No pressure, no games. I look forward to selling them my next lease! read more

I sold Abe and Umair my 2022 Toyota Camry as well as my 2023 Toyota Prius Prime after getting offers from multiple dealerships. They offered the most amount of money and didn't waste any time. They made the experience extremely easy, straightforward, and gave me a check on the spot! I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you Br Abe and Br Umair for this wonderful experience!! read more

I sold my 2021 Porsche Cayenne to Abe and Umair and it was a super easy experience. They bought my car all the way from New York and sent me a wire for the difference owed to me instantly after inspecting the car. They gave me the best offer and valued my time so much that it made sense to sell CROSS-COUNTRY! My auto loan with Porsche Financial Services closed was within 14 days after they picked up the vehicle exactly how I was advised. read more

I sold my 2018 Tesla Model 3 and it was so easy was to sell my car while getting the most amount of money when compared to other dealerships. Umair and Abe were super communicative and were always ensuring I understood every part of the process so there were no surprises. They will meet your needs based on what you want to do with your old car and give you the best service in the process, can't recommend enough! read more

It was too good to be true at first. My husband sold his 2016 2500HD Silverado High Country Duramax. Got a call from Ahmed to check out my truck. He asked me to meet him at his shop the following day to inspect my vehicle and within 15 mins the deal was done. Ahmed is a good guy and very friendly! read more

We just came here today to have our vehicle service and we were so sad to see the Dyer Road facility closed. He was the best mechanic. Our daughter went to CSULB, so far away, she could bring her car in and he immediately dealt with it. (A parents dream) ironically, we just came to pick up a van that we bought for my brother, as he passed away. I brought it here to Santa Ana to have Saad look at it before we drive the desert. I am devastated that he is not here. I am going to try and find him, and if you find him, I promise you, you will not be sorry. Honest, reasonable, and an excellent mechanic not to mention a stellar human being. Sorry we missed him. read more

100% recommend. Now that that's out of the way. I sold a car to them recently and wow. Dealing with dealerships is supposed to be an annoying activity. The guys at Unique made everything so easy and seamless. They texted me about selling my car, but didn't blow up my phone. The appraisal didn't need any haggling, price was fair (higher than most other places I went to actually). What really got me though, is they DROVE TO ME to buy my car. This is supposed to be a dealership, not a 5 star hotel. read more

The lease for my Toyota Highlander was ending, and I knew I could get some money back given the condition of the vehicle and low mileage. Unique Auto's appraisal came in a bit higher than anyone else including Toyota dealerships and Umair was honest about how much it was worth. They knew they were giving me a higher estimate but still wanted to get me the best deal! Ahmed came to do the inspection and cut me a check right then for the difference between the payoff value and what they estimated the vehicle at. A couple of hours later someone came to pick up the car. I loved how easy and straight forward it was and that I didn't even have to leave the house! read more

First time selling my lease car. Simply quick and easy, and they are very nice to deal with. They also beat the offer that was offered to me by other dealers. They pay off my lease company and cut me a check for the rest. Super easy and quick. They were also nice enough to give me a ride home after. Thank you, Mahmood and Unique Autos! You guys are the best! Check this place before returning your lease, they will give you a great offer for it. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Super smooth transaction + I got a MUCH better price than I would've at Bidlane. Big fan of Ahmed and Umair - great guys. Got a new work truck, they bought my old personal truck, handled paying off the loan, even paid for my Uber back to Beverly Hills from Westminster. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Seriously the bedtmost convenient vehicle selling experience I've ever had! I got quotes through the usual suspects, but Unique was able to best it and made the choice simple. Abid was knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly and was patient in answering any questions I had (not to mention very personable). Highly recommend them and hope to work with them in the future for any related needs. read more

Easy, seamless, convenient, quick. These are not the words you would use to describe the car selling process. However, Unique Autos have found the formula to do this! We had a great experience working with Unique Autos. They came to my house, processed all the paperwork, and provided receipts and documentation that everything was taken care of. Furthermore, Umair was just straight nice to work with. Never pushy, always friendly, and extremely fair. We shopped around and Unique Autos offered the highest price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! read more

If you are selling your car this company is the only way to go. Ahmed was very professional at all times, gave me a fair value for my car (which of course was above Carmax or my local new car dealership offer), was prompt and an effective communicator which is very rare when you go to sell your car instead of trading it in. Ahmed also went over the top and used his industry connections to get me a better deal on the new car that I was purchasing on my own. Five stars is not enough for this operation!!! read more

It has been my pleasure to work directly with Umair who helped me repurchase the Ford Fusion 2019 for a decent price! I am impressed with their teamwork, professionalism and surprised that he is on time and meet me at the bank to give the check of the total price to m'y SchoolsFirst FCU. I hope that the business will continue to help others with their cars. High recommended the services!! read more

If you are looking for a fast and easy way to sell your vehicle, look no further, you have found the perfect solution. Ahmed is responsive, honest, and trustworthy. There is no game playing or false promises here. I called Ahmed on Tuesday and he purchased our car on Wednesday. He traveled to La Jolla and even drove my 92 year old father to his bank to deposit the cashier's check that he gave him. He did not have to go anywhere or invite random strangers to his home. Ahmed paid more than Mercedes-Benz offered my dad and with no inconvenience. You cannot go wrong with Unique Autos, give them a call for your car buying/selling needs, you won't regret it! Let's just say service trumps all. Umair and family. Top notch. Can't be any happier. Can I have gotten more selling the vehicle myself? Yes. Was it much more? In comparison, not as much due to the time and energy you don't have to put into it. Highly highly recommend giving Umair a call. You won't be dissapointed on how easy he makes it. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. Trust me. I was that "skeptical guy" and threw the kitchen sink at him. 5 min phone conversation, 15 min to inspect the vehicle and offer is made. He does all the paper work for you. You just sit back and enjoy the show. I will definitely refer everyone to give him a call. He won't dissapoint. read more

It was fast and no nonsense deal, came around to check out my car with his brother Ahmed and they made me feel at home. They are respectful and kind, and listens to you and not feel pressured at all. Wanted to sell my end of lease vehicle to take advantage of the equity. Nobody will consider a lease end 3rd party buyout from Kia Financial (due to ridiculous fees 3rd party buyout quote that is way higher than residual). So I paid cash and waited for the title to show up. Wasted a lot of time going round with around with Carmax, Carvana, Cargurus (none of which will accept the signed paper title and Bill of Sale from Kia). Didn't want to waste time as I have to sell the car within 10 days to request a refund of the sales tax paid on buyout. Found Unique Autos via KBB instant offer. Extremely pleasant and responsive. Came to my house, verified the vehicle, didn't low-ball, gave me a check and drove it away within 30 minutes. My wife was thrilled! Will highly recommend to anyone selling in the future. If you have equity and can afford to buyout the lease, then turn it around to these guys and keep the equity (instead of forfeiting it to the lease company). read more

Despite my initial skepticism about dealing with a used-car dealer, I was pleasantly surprised at how positive an experience it was working with Unique Autos. Dealing with brothers Amir and Umair was a pleasure. They made every effort to ease the sale process and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Unique Autos if you are looking for a fast, stress-free sale of your car. read more

Selling my car to Unique Autos was such an easy and fast process. I was checking offers around at CarMax, KBB, and other dealerships, but had to sell to Unique Autos.
