This is a late review. I visited Unique about 6 weeks ago. I had an extra car in my garage, and i wanted to sell it. I went the regular route: Carmax and KBB.com. KBB.com suggested many dealerships to buy my vehicle. Unique was one of them. Since they were close to my house, i decided to give them a try. I arrived to a small, packed parking lot. The one thing that I was pleasantly surprised with was how nice everyone was. The service techs and everyone were super friendly. I waited a few minutes, and met one of the owners. He was super nice too. He asked what i wanted for my car. I told him carmax inspected my car, and i wanted him to beat it. He looked my car over, we talked for 3 mins, and boom! We got a deal. Im happy with the agreed amount. It was over carmax. The best part of this entire experience.... No games! The owners were genuinely friendly and caring. No nickel and dimes here.
