Let me just start out by saying the crew at SNB Auto Group is great, they deserve 5 stars. I bought a Lexus GS350 F-Sport from here. All my interactions with Romano, Santiago and Daniel were very energetic, clear, concise and straight to business. They are very transparent and helpful when it came to purchasing and trying to accommodate for problems (more on this later). Santiago was the main guy I was dealing with, he was very helpful and was trying his best. He was able to get me some tires for decent price with labor. 120 a tire for some Lexani LX-Twenty tires, unfortunately they were about the same price if I just went to buy these tires-but with labor did save me about 40$. He also was a man of word and kept the pricing despite getting a wheel alignment and a new lugnut for my passenger side wheel. I was informed the Lexus was sitting for a bit and the battery had died due to an aftermarket airbag suspension running in the background, However, they did replace the battery (not the best quality one but it works) before I even came for a test drive with definitely gives them some points. Don't let what your about to read take away from the people that work here, they were very transparent but sometimes a bit uninformed about the car they were selling. However, my dock of two stars has to come from the car itself. I failed to take pictures of how the car was when I bought it but the car was not professionally detailed. While test driving I found a jar of Play-Doh in the back seat, Fenti Lipstick, what seemed like pet hair on the headliners and a picture of the previous owners wife when I started the car. I know that this part is not necessarily dealers fault but all of the previous owner's information was still in car, his home, work and some other addresses were saved in the navigation system, phone numbers and once again the picture of presumably his wife. The process to wipe this information took less than a minute. On top of that the previous owner was not unregistered with the car, with Lexus's that means they still have access to the car through the Lexus app, giving them information on where the car is, unlock/lock and remote start. Which I then had to go to Lexus Longo to remove access from the previous owner. Finally the two front tires were super bald, but was still sold to me and it became my responsibility to buy new ones. However, I do believe they sell cars "As-is" and not "Road-Ready." Mind you this is after I put a buyers deposit down, showing my intent to buy and even told them when I would be coming back. I do think that if a buyer's deposit is put down, the car should be fully ready, clean and taken care of down to the paint when buying. Despite all of this the car is running very nice and drives smoothly, don't regret my purchase but definitely wish there was a bit more love into the cars before purchase. Update: they reached out to me after my review and tried to make things right. I do appreciate businesses actively trying to make things better and it was very nice to be heard and take feedback! read more

Stay away. It really seems like they don't do anything to their cars when they get them and are not honest. We made an appointment the day before to come see the car and when we got there it was dirty on the inside and out. Letting that go we agreed on numbers for a trade deal and shook on it. I went home to gather the documents for our trade and called to tell them I am bringing a mechanic to inspect the vehicle we were going to buy. My son is in the U.S. military, stationed in SoCal. We were looking for a car for him. We found a nice car at SnB. Rómulo Romano was very helpful, in the beginning. We explained we were on a time crunch due to my son deploying soon, as in 2 days. Rómulo (he goes by Romano) started our process. Once initiated, he left us. He has another man begin helping us while he went to another customer that was pushing back on a sale After 2 hours I was frustrated. I told them we couldn't wait any longer, we had to leave. Rómulo immediate returned and worked with the finance company completing the financing. My son provided about 33 percent down and they financed the rest. We left with the car, all paperwork signed. Happy. Now, here it is 2 days later. My son is on orders, packing preparing to leave. Rómulo calls him and tells him he either needs to return the car or pay them $1000 to put a gps on it. No where in the agreed contract was there anything regarding putting an aftermarket gps on the car. All terms were already agreed, contract signed and paid. Both my son and J explained he's leaving and all of this was not part of the contract. Rómulo then stayed his company would pay $500 of the $1000 fee ( WOW THAT WAS FAST) Considering it shouldn't be installed anyway. Bottom line, Rómulo said he needs to return the car or bring it in to allow the carlot to do a HACK JOB INSTALL on a gps. Sounds like these guys are hacks to me. Definitely don't support our military. I'm retired military myself. Save yourself a headache, stay away from SNB in Newport Beach. Guys name is Rómulo Romano.
