    What a great experience we had with Raymond!! We purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier today and we are pleased with everything. No Haggle pricing, and a painless experience. I would say the guys greeting u for appointment are not great .. and not very nice or kind in their demeanor . I know they have to get everyone in quickly but the older guy in red shirt was not nice and shaking his head about me at other guy (totally wrong to be like venting to other coworker about me .. terrible and in front of me ) like I was such a problem when he started to tell me what to do and I said wait a minute let me tell u why I'm here . No patience at all . So I talked with the other guy . Who was like "no prob no prob" , Reggie was this way too-almost trying to calm me down instead of looking at root of problem . I wasn't being a crazy female just because I don't like being cut off and I definitely don't appreciate being treated this way . I do get low blood sugar and I might have been a tad off and excitable or moody & if this was part of it my bad ..but I have to say the guy with red shirt was cantankerous. I could really cause a problem for the dealership and speak to a manager but I didn't go there . It did feel a bit sexist with the impatience and such when I just wanted to say why I was there. I don't think I would be treated in abrupt manner if I was a male customer. I get That the guys up front are just trying to get u in but the rudeness from red shirt guy was unacceptable. The other you with glasses and dark hair up front was just brushing me off and not taking my complaint seriously. Reggie said he would talk to The red shirt guy and I apologized about how I came in and some of this was my bad but I don't know b if I'll frequent this auto dealer Much. Seems to be a bro club and not taking women seriously . I didn't appreciate the man spraining of the front entrance guys and actually combative argumentative behavior with red shirt older guy with grey hair in a baseball cap . I asked to speak to someone else since he was so rushed and rude from The start . He wouldn't even let me say one sentence before cutting me off . I joked with Reggie the service advisor that I don't need to say a novel when entering shop but I'm tired of apologizing for being a woman coming into an almost all male establishment. But for anywhere with women and men because women are waiting for their cars too and some women employees .. don't be jerks or aholes please . Or let ppl know what the entrance guys want .. didn't know it was a military type or robotic expectation and to be rushed through. People nicer at and more welcoming at the entrance would be great . I'm not sure if anyone has said this but it's important to have nice and welcoming greeters and not anyone too impatient and being sexist is not great either if u want customers since u will have customers or the male and female variety and even non binary . I may go back to this place .will see , Tustin one closer to me . Just think of talking to ppl at the entrance and telling them to have better attitudes . It's not the end of the world if they can let a woman or man give them a sentence or what's going on. I was joking with the older guy too and he had a piss poor Attitude. His sidekick not a whole lot better with robotic attitude . Just so u know a little nice energy goes a long way ! I basically was trying to say "a guy named Wesley contacted me via text and helped me set up appt -not sure if he was a person or ai " that was supposed to be funny .. the older guy couldn't handle that apparently with red shirt. And he started to tell me directions I said let me finish what I'm saying .. and then he sent other guy over . That was super unprofessional and yes I think he needs to be talked to . In next breath I was going to say "I have an appointment at 1pm " and that's it So the dude didn't need to act like I was taking up an hour of his time . Not cool at all . Because of this surly behavior , I may not make Irvine Toyota nation my number one service spot for my car sorry to say . Service advisors can make up for it but all employees need to be kind to customers and not so impatient . Not good ! Re the waiting area , upgrading of colors and design would be good , coffee maker doesn't always work, more high table seating would be good . Feels miserable sometimes sitting in there with the not warm or friendly decor . Popcorn is a good idea. This is a good choice .

We called every "cash for cars" place in Santa Barbara and surrounding area. Most promised same-day pickup... but each time we'd find out it would be days to actually schedule a truck. Hours were ticking by, and we were concerned, needing to take care of this before the storage yard closed. I called Carstub and got Sergio. He saved the day. Within the hour, he found someone who wanted the car for parts, negotiated a fair price for us, and got a flatbed driver dispatched that same afternoon. The truck showed up exactly when he said it would, paid us cash on the spot, and took the car away, Sergio turned a day that felt hopeless into a huge relief. He didn't have to go this far above and beyond, but he did. If you're stuck with a damaged or totaled car and need it gone FAST, call Carstub, Sergio was great. Thank you again. CarMax offered $11,500, another company offered $13,000, and Kelley Blue Book estimated $12,226--which also resulted in my info being blasted to tons of buyers. One of those texts came from Jay at Car Trackers, and thank goodness it did. I was at my son's jiu-jitsu class when he contacted me, and I stepped outside expecting another lowball offer. Instead, we talked for almost 30 minutes, connected instantly, and he told me confidently that he could beat everyone's offer. I sent him photos the next day, and within 45 minutes he called back saying he could get me exactly what I wanted. I researched the company (they even have a TikTok!) and was impressed, so we moved forward. I met Jay at their Anaheim office, filled out one DMV form, and within 15 minutes, the money was in my account. Smoothest transaction ever. No stress, no games, no back-and-forth. Jay's customer service was outstanding. He understood that I needed to sell my car quickly so I could head straight to the dealership to pick up our new one, and he made it happen without any hassle. If you're in Southern California and need to sell your car, I highly recommend Car Trackers--especially Jay in the Anaheim office. I wish I had found these guys years ago.

I was told that I would be contacted by their staff the next Monday or so for pick up and payment. By Wednesday, there was no contact. I sent text and left phone messages trying to to establish contact. Finally, a week later, I got a message that they couldn't find anyone to pick up my car. I requested that we cancel the contract for non performance. They agreed and the contract was canceled. I won't be utilizing their services in the future.
