Our salesman was Axel and he was great. Answered all our questions and got through the process quickly@

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first Mazda at Tuttle Click Mazda. Our salesperson, Axel, was patient, kind and perfect for us as he didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. He was soft spoken, polite and professional and negotiated a very good deal for us on our new car. We also appreciated how kind and help the sales manager, David, was. We didn't feel like they were playing the back-and-forth games that dealerships typically try when negotiating price. It makes buying a new car torture and we were actually dreading the process of buying a new car but they made it so easy. Axel and David made our purchase a fairly straight forward and honest deal that was very pleasant. We are looking forward to using the service department in the future. read more

We bought a new Mazda cx30 in 2023 that didn't come with the wheel lugnut key. Since we have been going to this dealer for oil change and tire rotation, we didn't notice the missing key until now. They refuse to give us the lugnut key without charging us the removal service and a new set which amounts to hundreds of dollars. Terrible read more

Thank you Nick and Skylar. If not for you guys I would be spending too much money on a BMW X7 or driving nowhere near as great of a plug-in hybrid like the Kia. It's been awhile since I've owned a Mazda. And I remember why I always liked them. A ton of Bang for the buck. Nick and Skylar helped me narrow down what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my new 2025 cx90 premium sport plug-in hybrid. I honestly believe this is one of the best looking third row plugins you can get. Can't wait to take it up to Big Bear summer and winter. I'm coming from an all-electric truck. And I love the fact I have gas and or battery. First drive home it seemed like my 26 Mile EV range lasted much longer than 26 miles. But combined range being over 400 miles!! Way better than my all electric truck. No more range anxiety. LoL I will definitely send all my friends and family here if anyone's interested in a Mazda and I will definitely be back. read more

Tuttle-Click Mazda - Sales - Charging while at work - Car Dealers Near Me - Irvine, California

After bringing my Mazada in for check engine light, they stated I needed a new battery. I purchased on. Everything worked fine prior to bringing the CX-5 in. After it was returned, the infotainment system started malfunctioning. When I brought it to Mazada's attention they refused to do anything. I went through Arbitration and nothing. Service Manager Robert Khoury was the worst, accusing me of just wanting to get something free and wanting to charge me $1700.00. I finally went to Mazada corporate and the settled for $200. Tustin Maxada was great. Now there is a class action suit against Mazada for the issue that I brought to their attention. This is just an example of local dealerships not wanting to take ownership. I will never go to Tuttle-Click Mazda again. read more

Do not purchase from this dealership. They list the price of cars lower on their website to get you to drive in to find out it's several grand higher. Horrible practice and very sleazy. read more

It was time to upgrade my wheels, and I liked my last Mazda 3 so much that I decided to buy a 2024 Mazda 3 Sedan. Edmunds.com ended up connected me to Tuttle Click Mazda in Irvine, and they did totally right by me! When I first settled on a 2024 Mazda 3 sedan, the vast majority of the dealers I was dialoging with in SoCal simply threw up their hands, stating that the car I wanted was rarer than bipartisan cooperation. Fortunately for me, Axel V. and the team at Tuttle-Click Mazda were willing to put in the time to find the vehicle I wanted. It took them just over a month to locate one. It had been consigned to another dealership, but they worked a swap and got the vehicle for me with a minimum of additional effort on my part. Throughout the time I worked with him, Axel was both responsive and proactive. He and his team worked with me to minimize the time I needed to spend at the dealership; the purchase agreement was executed electronically before I came to pick up the car, and there was no up-selling of maintenance and vehicle extras in the 11th hour. Axel also helped arrange to have the dealership match the purchase quote I'd gotten from CarMax for my old 2018 Mazda 3 and I ended up closing the purchase of the new car and the sale of my old one on the same day in just under an hour - it's hard to be anything but happy with customer service that good! Now I'm a very happy camper driving my new car! Thank you Axel, for going the extra mile :-) read more

Bought a Mazda from them today. They are honest and fair. Would buy from them again and I recommend them.

I had a problem with my brand new CX90 PHEV that took 15 days to fix. The service team tried to take care of me as a customer but failed. The sales team wasn't much help after the sale was done. Robert the service manager took over after a bunch of miscues and eventually worked it out. I've tried to contact the general manager on numerous occasions to discuss sales, service, etc. and I was told he would call me (twice) but at this point I don't think he exists. He's listed on the website but can't take time out of his day to contact customers that have major issues with the dealership. I don't see the point of listing him on the website if he's never able to work. I probably won't be a returning customer because of this once my lease is up. A simple phone call would make a bad experience into a much better one. I'll try another Mazda next time even if it's 20 minutes further. read more

Catherine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jeremy handled our contract to finish the process and it couldn't have been smoother. No upsells, no hidden fees, just straight business. I came here a while back to get a few things fixed, including my window regulator. They quoted me $900 for it which i declined obviously, and when i got the far back the airbag light was left on. They told me they saw the light when i showed up but for some reason didnt tell me? Makes no sense. I ended up fixing the window myself, the part was $25 and took me about 30 minutes to do. Not only that, the airbag light was suddenly fixed! Now supposedly i had worked this out with the service manager, which he told me "it wasnt $900 to fix the window" and attached is a screenshot of the quote from my mazda service rep at the time, now for all this inconvenience he promised me a few free oil changes. Have they honored it? Absolutely not. 5 years ive been coming here for service. What an absolute joke. read more

Matthew is wonderful!!! I was shopping around different locations for a car and this location was the most stress free! Thank you Matthew and the Tuttle-Click Mazda team!!!!! read more

Gotta hand it to the team at Tuttle Click. We contacted 10 area dealers and TC was one of the 3 most responsive. We went in for a test drive and to compare models. Matthew Smith showed us exactly what we wanted to see, was knowledgeable, had the answers to our questions, and never pressured or rushed us. We asked for specific terms re: our deal, and he structured it exactly as requested. (Out of the 10 dealers most did NOT respond as requested and the lack of clarity from others was alarming.) It can be stressful buying a car, and I let Matthew know multiple times that we were wary of "surprises" ending up in our contract, and he reassured me that there would be no such surprises. He even procured a car from another dealer for us, personally going to retrieve it. When we went to the dealership to pick up the car (after a completely painless email negotiation) we were met by another great salesperson (Skyler) as well as Jeremy Wang who handled our contract. Everyone was direct, transparent, efficient, chill, knowledgeable, helpful, and effective in their respective positions. We couldn't be happier with our new car! If you're looking to buy a Mazda in Orange County or Near Los Angeles or San Diego, we wholeheartedly recommend Tuttle Click. Through this process, we communicated with at least 10 other dealers, and have extensive experience with another dealer in the area. And I would trust Matthew and the team at TUTTLE CLICK Mazda above all. Last, it's not atypical for women to receive a different reception than men when buying a car. Women sometimes feel bullied or pressured--something i personally won't tolerate. I went in having done a ton of research and knowing exactly what I wanted. And couldn't have had a better experience, thanks to starting things off on the right foot with Matthew. Give this guy a promotion! read more

An honest dealership with friendly staff and great service. My family is a Mazda family, and I recently moved to South County and figured it was time for a new car. I had a less than ideal experience buying my previous car, so I was hesitant. My family had had sorted experiences at the Mazda dealerships up in North OC, so I saw Tuttle Click online and thought I'd see what they have. I was looking for a used car, and inquired online -- within minutes, Skylar contacted me and set up an appointment to see the car in question the next day. When arriving, Skylar had the car ready for me to see, and answered all of my questions promptly. His patience was also appreciated -- I had a friend join me after my appointment, and I was on the phone with insurance for a good 30 minutes at one point. I ended up leasing a newer vehicle (for affectively the same cost). When it came to financing, I was greeted by Jeremy, who assisted in the financing. He had a warm demeanor and answered all of my financing questions with ease, and I was in and out of the financing office in less than 20 minutes (unlike my first car buying experience). Overall, I was impressed by Skylar and Jeremy, both of which were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly -- HONEST! They made it easy to know how much I'd be paying monthly, warranties, etc., and they made sure I knew to reach out if I had any issues with the car. It's been a DREAM, and I can't thank Tuttle Click Mazda enough for this painless experience! read more

Back in 2022, they're my first auto purchase without stepping into the dealership and I have to say, they made me believe that it was the way to go. The whole experience was easy and clear to every detail. We handled paperwork through a notary that they sent over and the car arrived in NorCal via car truck. And I thought all dealerships worked like this, but stupid me, no not at all. There's other dealerships I have worked with that were nothing like them, and if only I had known better. Anyway, thanks Genesis who assisted my purchase with Tuttle Click and for making me believe in there's hope for not needing to walk into a dealership for a car purchase. read more

Recently leased my 2nd car from here. Amazing staff, effortless process. Very happy with my cars and the dealership.

I had a test drive appointment but the representative was busy with another customer. Another representative did help me. Huge mistake for the staff is to be selling an electric vehicle that has no battery life. The electric plug-in vehicle I made the appointment for had no battery left. Very frustrating and a waste of time. The gas side of the drive was underpowered and disqualified the vehicle. It showcased the underpowered engine. Not sure if the electric would have changed the outcome. read more

Wow. Well ok. Being from the car industry I was awe struck with the level of transparency of this dealership and their team. Marta was straight forward, honest, and provided a quote $600 lower than every other dealer in Orange County. I was skeptical when I went in but no games were pulled. Finance manager was chill - straight forward and honest as well. I was in and out within an hour or two. Marta went through all the settings and made me an expert on the vehicle after previously owning 6 Honda's. 10/10 experience. Give these two a bonus. Ha! read more

The most confusing and frustrating experience I've ever had buying a car and I've bought a few. The guy that showed us the car was really nice and knew everything needed about the car and that's about all that was good about this place. The manager that this guy called on to complete the sale was probably the worst salesman I've ever come across. Combine that with the fact that he went back on a price he quoted is just flabbergasting to say the least. At one point he was just borderline rude. I would honestly deal with the back alley Craigslist dealers than go back to this dealership. read more

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They will tell you lies just to get you to buy. This review was long overdue but I'm just now getting the time. In February I bought a used Mazda (2022) with about 12k miles on it. I was so excited because my family loves Mazdas and it was finally my time to make the switch. Unfortunately there have been too many things to ignore and i hope this saves the next buyer. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET THR CAR SOLD. 1) i was told my registration was up to date until next year. Unfortunately i had to wait for my plates to come in the mail so i didn't have the sticker to know for sure, but i recently got a letter from the dmv saying i needed to register by June... $600. 2) they even said i had seriesXM radio for the year, it was just a 2 month trial. 3) i was told an employee was the previous owner. When i asked about the car fax i saw that the most recent one was prior to her owning it. They refused to give me a current one saying that's all they had to show bc nothings happened with the car. 4) my radio is already going in and out. 5) i bought my car at night and was told to come back in the morning so that it could be cleaned and detailed. I got there in the morning just to see it was absolutely still the same despite the worker saying it was done. My sales guy essentially just ran it through their wash and i went elsewhere for a detail. I know it's not a brand new car but i was told a detail was included and i wish they kept their word. 6) 2 days later after driving off the lot my tire pressure light came on. There was a nail in the tire that i had to get patched. For all i know they just filled the tire with air. Overall, this place is unethical, dishonest and shady in their work. I bought a newer car with less miles with hopes of having something reliable and no surprise costs. But so far it is costing me. Maybe they got away with it because I'm a women. Or maybe it's just my luck. Either way. Be vigilant in what they say and most importantly do. read more

After leaving a review about my previous experience, I wanted to clarify a few items due to an off-putting response. First of all, not only did our sales associate, who I would prefer not to name but will if I receive a similar response, have AirPod headphones in during the entire transaction, but he spent time taking photos and inspecting my vehicle for a full quote which is currently being denied. Also, when asking about similar, comparable cars in the same class, we were met with the response of, "well, we like to compare ourselves more to a Lexus or Mercedes vs a Toyota or Honda." Which clearly did not answer the specific question we were hoping for a helpful response on to make a decision. When probing for more helpful information on what we could compare the car to, we were met with a similar very vague and standoff-ish answer. In regards to the quote for my existing vehicle, as I mentioned above, full photos, mileage, VIN, and notes were captured in order to provide a trade-in price. What was upsetting to me was that the quote came in several thousand dollars lower than a quote I'd received hours earlier from a competitive Mazda dealership. It's also hard for me to imagine a lack of recollection in what new vehicle I might be interested in when we had test driven the exact model I asked for a quote on. It was the same, specific vehicle I had been looking for, which I mentioned to the salesman. I apologize that you felt as if I did not want to speak with your team and abruptly left, but after receiving the above treatment, it became clear customer service was not top of mind. Which, I must say, has unfortunately been confirmed with the response of trying to put me, as the customer, down and lift up your staff instead of trying to find some understanding. read more

I've been on the hunt for a Mazda 3 hatchback and have been to many dealerships in the span of a short amount of time. This was one of the many that I decided to come to. Cris was the helpful salesmen that helped me out during my experience here. He was super knowledgeable about the brand which surprised me knowing he was one month into the company. I had a specific budget that I needed to stick to. The car I was looking at was very low mileage along with the make and color that I wanted. It was more on the higher end because it was such low mileage. I told him about my price range and he told me he'd ask his sales manager to see what he could do for me. The sales manager's name is Nick and him and Cris were honestly so kind. They didn't use any pressure tactics which made the whole process less stressful. They ended up reducing the prices to fit around my price range. I was highly considering buying the 2018 hatchback but ended up finding a 2020 hatchback for a little bit less than the price they gave me. I really did appreciate all the help they both gave me!
