To start, Bill was an absolute delight to work with! My dad had a pretty beat up 2006 Lexus GS 300 that had smog issues, was registered PNO, and completely out of battery (aka, useless). It had been sitting in our assigned spot in our apartment complex parking garage for about a year, but the management called and said it needed to be removed if not in operation or else they'll give the spot up to others who needed it if we didn't have another working vehicle to park in the spot.
