    Just got a 2019 Mitsubishi mirage from Raffi. He provided excellent service and all the information I needed to know to get going. I appreciate the service thank you Raffi! I 100% recommend this dealership if you want to get a used car!

    I was looking for newer G wagon and in my search I came across one that I had originally overlooked that was at Deboss. It was the 4th one I looked at and was also searching nationwide for one that met my criteria--including a fair price. When I arrived and pulled up behind it, somehow I knew that it was the one. The actual vehicle was in mint condition for a 2023 with 22k miles. Deboss truly is a family run business. Serge, daughters and son were all lovely people and when I'm back in the market for another vehicle they will be my first call.

    I've been very happy working with DeBoss Motors on multiple occasions and look forward to working with them again and also I recommend them to my friends and family. I bought a 2016 Tesla Model S from them in mint condition that I am so happy with for an amazing price that is the envy of everyone who sees it. I also sold them my 2016 Toyota 86 at a later date. Even though it had a full wrap on it, they still gave me the best price that I was offered on the market when I shopped around and a very fair price off of the Kelly Blue Book price. I look forward to buying my teenage son's first car/truck with them. Again, highly recommended

    After a recent accident, I spent two weeks searching for a car in the Bay Area, but everything was either overpriced or not the right fit. That's when I came across Deboss Motors in Costa Mesa--and I'm so glad I did. From the start, the owner Serge was helpful, genuine, and even had a great sense of humor. We did a FaceTime call so I could see the car before flying down, and it looked exactly like the photos. He arranged for his personal driver and son, Raffi, to pick me up from John Wayne Airport--a great touch. The car drove perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and fast. I got to meet Serge in person, and he even offered to treat me to lunch. Everyone made me feel right at home. Raffi was especially impressive--an excellent salesman with deep knowledge of both cars and financing. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and his professionalism and respect really stood out. Hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Honest people, great service, and a dealership I'd highly recommend. I highly recommend Deboss Motors if you're looking for a quality vehicle and a trustworthy, family-run dealership.

    What I asked about that the son exploded on me because I asked about a tear in the sidewall of the tire close to the rim.

    Very, very terrible customer service from the minute I went in trying to look at cars. The owner wants to argue not let you talk, ask questions or bring your own mechanic to scan the car After cutting through that red tape and his overpowering behavior I let that slide because I don't judge people that's God's job and I decided I did like the car overlooking the bad customer service and decided that we were gonna purchase a car and come back and do the deal. Came back to do the deal. Wanted to test drive the car again they would not allow you to test drive the car again. They said you only get one test drive on top of that after overlooking the first time we seen in the car the tire had a gas in it when the rubber was peeling off so I asked them were they replaced this tire? They said no Gave me an attitude and tell me that's cosmetic. I told them I need to put my newborn in my family in this car, and if that tire blows, I will sue you guys. The sun was very argumentative basically yelling at me talking just like his father talks, and then tells me that we're not selling the car anymore. They have a mechanic that they work with and gave me the address so I stopped by to ask the mechanic questions he wasn't there so I gave him a call. They were very upset when I came back. Questioning why I called the mechanic excuse me. I'm buying a car if I wanna test drive it multiple times I'd like to test drive it multiple times if I wanna call Mechanic that you work with I want to call the mechanic if I want to ask you about a tire that's got the rubber ripping off the side I want to ask you And because customer ask you those questions you want to deny the sale of the car and you will not fix anything wow. If you're gonna buy electric car from this company, do your due diligence have somebody come with you to check everything on the car software mechanical anything on the car because this feels like a big scam maybe that's why they didn't want me to drive the car again maybe that's why they didn't want me to ask certain questions, etc. etc. but I came all the way back From Los Angeles to Costa Mesa to purchase a car and all I wanted to do was test drive the car again look over the car again and make sure it was exactly what I needed for my wife, my elderly mother and my newborn because I cannot have them in a car That is going to have a faulty, suspension faulty tire something blows out and injures them Picture below is what I questioned about the sidewall of the tire like I said I'm putting my family in this car and this is when they got pissed because I said if this tire would blow out while my family is in this car, I will sue you guys and then they deny to sell me the car i've bought mini cars before and dealers would never put that on their lot with a sidewall tire peeling that is a safety hazard on any vehicle do your due diligence. That's all I need to tell you. ******UPDATE so after writing my review this is a text I get picture shown down below.

    They are awesome ! They specialize in Tesla but have a plethora of vehicles! In and out no time wasted ! Thank you so much! EDIT! This was my initial review which I did while there . However 1 day later the vehicle I purchased already has issues that is forecasted to be an arm and a leg to fix! I'm not even wanting to call them because places like these say "we sold as is sorry" DO NOT BUY FROM PLACES LIKE THESE .

    Horrible. sold me a car with non working chargers, the door jams are put back together with tissue and glue, and there's obvious cosmetic damage that was just painted over. Please do not buy a car from here. All of these cars have most likely been in unreported accidents. Please read reviews before buying from this place This review is real, fake name due to safety reasons

    This was my first time ever purchasing a used vehicle, and after weeks of searching, I am glad I stumbled upon Deboss Motors. This family owned dealership was certainly a pleasure to work with. I was able to get my i3 at an amazing price, way below the Carfax value. Everyone I dealt with, from father, son, and daughter, was very kind and direct, which I appreciated, as this was a transaction. Great vehicle at a stellar price and a smooth, stress-free process. Definitely would recommend this place!

Serge, the owner, runs the business with integrity. It's a family-owned operation, and unlike many other places we've dealt with, there were no hidden fees or surprise charges.     I want to be fair with this review, so I'm going to lay out exactly what happened and let you…read moredecide for yourself. The Good: Zed runs a no-nonsense operation. No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.

    I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

My credit is good, and I had a grand to put down-on a 12 year old car, mind you- but I had a slow month at work, so my checks were smaller than usual. Dude starts talking about a cosigner now, and how we could run my credit but there's no point, blah blah. Why didnt you mention any of this on the phone, days before I wasted time and gas to drive out here? I did have a cosigner, but why pull that on me when I get there? Why wasnt the car pulled out of the "showroom" earlier that day, if we were going to test drive it? Rude, wasted my time and gas, and apparently didnt think they'd sell me a car? Got a 2016 jetta a few days later, with the same mileage for much cheaper, and didn't need a cosigner. Skip this place
