Worse, the dealership attempted to charge $5,500 for paint protection, theft deterrents, tint, and other add-ons that were never discussed beforehand, despite claiming "no hidden fees." Their fine print later revealed these were pre-installed and not part of the advertised price. I waited more than 20 minutes to speak with a manager after raising concerns but willing to negotiate, but no one followed up, so I walked out. This place banks on uninformed buyers accepting inflated prices and vague add-ons. If you're a serious buyer, read the fine print, ask hard questions, and be ready to walk. UPDATE 6/28/25: After buying the same make and model at a different dealership -- one with FAR better integrity -- I want to reflect back at my experience at this dealership and their practices. First, salesman wanted me to negotiate on the final price, not the vehicle price. That's a classic dealership tactic as it protects the sticker price for their metrics, have an easier time hiding add-on profits, and it creates a false impression of flexibility. Ultimately, this is bad for the buyer because transparency is lost, it protects their margin and limits one's leverage. I knew that's what they were aiming at, so I held the line on only negotiating on the sticker price. Again, LOOK AT THE PICTURES AS TO WHY!! In spite of what I just said, he proceeded with the oldest trick dealerships do: "cool-down" or "sweat-you-out" tactic. This is done to make one feel uncomfortable or impatient with the ultimate goal of getting one emotionally invested in staying and "finishing the deal". By doing so, they wear you down so that you're more likely to agree to their numbers just to be done. There are other reasons too but this is a big one. ~20 minutes of waiting, I told one of the salesmen that I've been waiting a while for the manager and will leave in 5 minutes if he doesn't arrive. True to my word, I left. I never heard from them after that (they had my contact info) which tells me they would rather wait for a less informed, emotional buyer to foolishly agree to the unfair price of this car AND overpriced mandatory add-ons. Here's my take away from this dealership: 1) High-pressure, low-integrity dealership model: They prioritize margins over relationships with a focus on flipping cars at inflated prices. They also rely on delays, confusion, and "manager invisibility" to outlast smart buyers. 2) Poor reconditioning = Cut costs: The car's condition (damaged trim, mismatched tires, rusted rotors, broken screen and so on) says they're not investing in inventory. They're pushing it out as-is and hoping no one notices. 3) The "Fool Tax" strategy: the biggest one for this dealership. They keep cars on the lot long enough to find someone unaware or emotionally invested. I was never their ideal buyer. I was informed, direct, and clear. PLEASE TAKE MY EXPERIENCE AS A WARNING. But what they don't make clear upfront is how aggressively they inflate the final price with mandatory add-ons. Yes, there's a small sticker on the window mentioning "possible dealer add-ons," but the real conversation doesn't happen until after you've already invested time test driving and getting interested in the vehicle. That's when the numbers change--dramatically. Example: * 3M door edge protection - something a vehicle owner can buy themselves for about $20-$50 and install in minutes, yet they charge $999 * Paint and fabric protection - comparable DIY or professional products typically run $100-$300 total, depending on quality * Theft deterrent system - often already factory-installed, or available aftermarket for roughly $100-$300 Total package? I'm going to be brutally honest about my experience purchasing a car from here with my girlfriend. We are an interracial couple and I had an appointment scheduled to come check out a vehicle and we were treated less than other couples that showed up the same time we did to purchase a car. First off we really weren't treated right let alone questioned as to what vehicle we were interested in they just sat us at a desk and disappeared. I noticed other customers were treated first come first serve and even talked to. I went in with $8,000 cash towards an older muscle car that was selling for a little over $23 grand. I took 6 months worth of disability pay stubs and a years worth of banking statements that shows $15,000 in my account and I also took utility bills in my name and I still couldn't qualify for the car yet they put my car in my girls name after they asked for a co signer tricking her into buying the car and not me and she has poor credit. Go figure. Plus she's white in appearance but 100% arabic. The salesman wasn't interested in selling us the vehicle despite having all documents in order and $8,000 cash. I complained to the general manager Steve and informed him of our mistreatment. And even after getting him involved we were treated no better and the reason for this mistreatment is because the majority of salesman there are Hispanic with the exception of a few whites here and there. At the end of the day I found this car dealership to be racist towards people of color and that's that. I can't be more honest with regards to our experience there. We eventually purchased the car with a high monthly payment and terms even after I dropped $8,000 cash and that's a fact so you tell me? Was this a deal or did they just take my money and charge it to the game? So don't come here. They all are snakes looking to take your money. They would not sell me the vehicle at that advertised price. The salesman, Diego said that there are dealer add ons that I have to purchase for $5700 additional. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Elder was the first one to reach out on the phone and he was professional and responsive. Upon arriving Harold Lopez assisted me, and he seemed to hate his job. I didn't want to prolong the process or otherwise I would have waited for another salesperson. Harold claimed that once the cars hit the lot, they have already gone through their inspection and vehicles are ready to be sold. This wasn't the case since the dash had the "maintenance required" light and I checked the oil and it hadn't been changed. One of the tires was bald and the alignment was really bad. The steering wheel had to be turned to the left for the vehicle to go straight. They do not inspect vehicles as they claim. On their listings they advertise that accessories CAN be purchased but once you are ready to buy the vehicle, they say accessories MUST be purchased. I ended up agreeing on 2 of the accessories including the GPS tracker and the ceramic coating, but in the paperwork they gave me the 3M door edge guard instead of the ceramic coating. I didn't catch it and they charged over $800 for this when this tape is less than $20 online. I purchased the vehicle and they kept it for an extra week to replace the tire, do the inspection/maintenance and fix the alignment. I picked up the vehicle a week later just to realize they didn't do the alignment and they couldn't show me the printout to prove they had done it. They also didn't install the 3M door edge guard. I live 1.5 hours away so I ended up taking the vehicle since the General Manager Zaid Haroon assured me that he would contact their other branch(that is closer to me) so that they would take care of the alignment and that they would follow up with me. I never heard from the GM, nor Harold despite me following up through text and emails. They went from being responsive to ignoring text messages and emails. Sergio finally reached out and set things up with the other dealership. I dropped off the vehicle and they did an alignment which did help with the alignment issue but not entirely. Apparently, they ran out of material so they couldn't do the 3M door edge guard again. That had to be set up separately again. To-date none of them have followed up to ensure that the issues were addressed. Prices might seem to be cheaper than other dealerships, but you truly don't know what you are getting from this dealership. Best to go to another dealership where vehicles are actually inspected and dealership takes accountability. read more

My experience with this Dealership is they advertised a car with false pricing (for which they were not willing to honor the price advertised). By every aspect of the law, this is illegal. Between today and yesterday I asked them to provide an OTD price for a car advertised at $32,995. Hamza (the sales Mgr) priced the car OTD at well over $43,000. The price with tax, lic. and registration, should have been no more than $37,000. They wasted over two hours of my time. I will be reporting my experience with them. Just a brief summary of the law. The actually penalties, fines and legal consequences under various consumer protection laws are very clear and substantial. My stepdaughter has been looking for a specific model car for a couple of months, probably over a year... It has sentimental inspiration and she was STOKED when she finally found it online at Pacific Auto Center. We didn't want to drive all the way to Costa Mesa but she has been working hard and saving for so long that we couldn't pass it up. Saturday evening she made an appointment for a test drive Sunday at 2:00. At 11:45 Sunday morning, before we drive to Orange County, my stepdaughter confirms that the car is there and ready to be purchased. We are excited that it is finally new car day! We get to the dealership around 1:30, beaming with anticipation, only to be told that the car sold that morning. No courtesy call... Nothing... The used car salesman apologized and said that the confirmation was with a bot and that the dealership didn't know anything about it. Garbage! The used car salesman quickly jumped into used care salesman mode and started telling me about other cars that they had for sale. Cars that are not the car we made an appointment for. So after taking the advice of the horrible " sales person" Chris I decided to call this location about the vehicle I am looking for. So when I ask for an pricing before driving an hour and a half to get here, he told me that they're not allowed to do that and then he put me on a brief hole to go.
