My husband I purchased a car from here a year ago and even before the year the car has been giving us nothing but major expenses. Fuel pump,oil pump, transmission, injectors and now the alternator. If it wasn't for the warranty the fixtures would have been more than the actual car cost. As of now we have paid more than 7k out of our pocket just for these issue with warranty covering the rest. I had such a great experience that I'm trying to figure out where to start. Service- in all my years I've never been to a car dealership where the service resembled a family environment. They were very friendly, patient and accommodating during the process and best of all my-year-old daughter absolutely loved the staff especially Ali. Environment- The environment was great because they had every vehicle readily available to be viewed and test driven. In the lobby they have a pool table and a foosball table which came in handy when my daughter got bored. Process- I understand that everyone has a different process when it comes to buying a vehicle but when I told them exactly what I was looking for in regards to price, vehicle am I overall needs, they did everything they could do until they found the perfect truck for me. Their patience allow me to be patient and hopeful. Financing- The finance processing was just as easy. The finance manager was amazing, thoughtful and most of all hard-working to get the right number. Conclusion- I can tell you for sure is that this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and I couldn't be happier with our truck. We walked in feeling like family and we left feeling like family but that wasn't the best part. I drove off that lot very emotional because of how excited my daughter was to be a part of the process. The overall experience is something she'll never forget and when it's time for me to buy another vehicle I will for sure be returning to Car Castle without a doubt. While in the process of buying a vehicle they let one customer drive it and they were showing it to another customer as if they were selling it to them. I came here because I was staying nearby that place and read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't get the same treatment in regards my vehicle. Got a used 2018 Chevy Equinox from this place. Completely trash of a car. I cannot drive it anywhere without the alarm going off on me. I leave for a few minutes and the alarm goes off again. I can't keep the car with the battery on or the alarm goes off every other hour. And for some reason this happens late at night or when I'm at work. Next issue is One of my tire sensors stopped working (they fixed that) but within a week from that the other tire sensor has lid up. The stability track alert comes out every other day. I have no clue what to do or how to fix this. And All they offered me was a "courtesy inspection" I will definitely be getting a lawyer to help me out with this case. Customer service goes out the door as soon as they let a car out the door Don't follow up with promises or concerns addressed when buying the vehicle. They completely ghost you if you do not follow up with them. They just want a quick sell DONT NOT DEAL WITH ALLEN/ALLEY whatever name he decides to use that day that guy is a fraud. Bought my jeep Willy with them a year ago We agreed they were suppose to fix a fuse so the car usb charger can work properly bcs it does not have proper voltage Also agreed on a new coat for the car bcs I bought it with scratches and made them take off the Willy sticker so the outline of the letters show to this day. Within a week the back speakers stopped working They never followed up with me They never fixed any of the issues Allen/ alley made all these promises just so when the time came I had to talk to Chris (maintenance) and alley together talking to them like they are teenagers trying to figure out where the miscommunication went and seeing who can help No one was helpful and the customer service is so bad after you buy a car from them. I am really disgusted with how shady this used car dealer is. I found a Jeep that I was very interested in at their dealership, listed on their website for $27,995. I drove to their dealership in Fullerton, I took a test drive, and then we started talking about my trade in and such. That's when (45 minutes after I'd arrived) he sprung it on me that there were some add-ons done at the dealership, that came to AN ADDITIONAL $8,000 - $10,000!!! So this $27,995 car was actually being sold for nearly $38,000! I complained and told him that the price on the website should be showing what they're actually selling it for. He mentioned that on the car's page, AT THE BOTTOM, is a disclaimer stating "Custom Or Chrome Wheels, Lift Kits and accessories Are Additional cost To the Price Of The Vehicle". I feel this is a very dirty form of bait-and-switch. Get them in at this lower price, and then spring the REAL price, hoping they've fallen in love with the car. If you go to this car dealer, DO NOT expect to pay what the listed price is for a car. It is going to be more... possibly a LOT more. read more

After almost 4 hrs of him going back and forth on my excellent credit score, all was settled and ready to make this happen for our son, he walks back in his office with us and says the price $36k he lied basically and wastes our time ! Completely unprofessional. The ratings are not accurate whatsoever. The sales manager is an absolute joke and the people who handle online communication lie and say whatever they can to get you to go there in person where they try and swindle you into paying way more than a car is worth. This is the short version. The full story will be below: I contacted car castle about a vehicle I saw on auto trader. They responded quickly and I gave them numbers I was looking to achieve on the vehicle. Since it is an hour away with no traffic, I tried to get as much communication done online and over the phone as possible. They assured me they could get me to the price I was looking to achieve. I asked to speak with a manager to confirm, but they said he was busy but he knew of the agreement and said it wouldn't be a problem. They also assured me I'd meet with him upon arrival and he'd handle the sale. Upon my arrival, I met with the sales manager. We went back to an office after I reviewed the carfax. He told me he'd be back with the best price they can offer. He came back with an offer over $6,000 more than what I spoke to multiple employees about over texting, phone calls, and emails. I showed him the messages and he simply stated, "there must be some mistake on their end." I thanked him for his time and attempted to leave and he asked to try one more time and asked if there was any "wiggle room" and he would try to at least get me to 1k over what I asked for originally. He left and returned with an offer over $4,000 more than the original price I was seeking. I once again thanked him and left. I was upset because I had driven an hour and a half with 2 kids to get there and had to drive the same amount of time to get home. Nonetheless, I remained polite and left. Approximately one hour later I got a call from a "finance manager" stating he just now saw my paperwork and offered the car for $1500 more than what I originally asked for in the first place. I told him no, and how frustrating it was that they'd let me get half way home before even attempting to resolve anything. He called back again 5 minutes after and offered a deal of $1,000 more than what I originally was seeking. I told him I was almost home and I'd take time to think about it. Ultimately, I decided this dealership was willing to waste a lot of my time and they didn't deserve my business. Even though I really liked the car, I would much rather give my business to a a dealership that values it's customers time and treats customers like human beings. They have a lot to learn in the sales industry if they want to produce more customers. No amount of cheap lifts and leveling they do to their trucks/SUV's will overshadow their terrible customer service. Hopefully I can save at least one person from throwing away an extra $5000 to $15000. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I stopped by the dealership, I requested the cost break down for a car, as I paying all cash. I asked for a discount considering I was paying all cash. Within the cost breakdown their was a $3,000 misc fee. I presumed that fee was correlated to an extended warranty, so I asked for clarity. The salesman noted that the $3,000 was for processing paperwork. When buying a house Escrow will charge between $300 and $1,000, I didn't know buying a car was far more invasive than buying a car. SCAMMERS I purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator in November 2020 from Car Castle in Fullerton. I've never left a Yelp review before however I felt compelled to share this to save anyone thinking about even going here the head ache and financial burden you will incur. At first glance the truck looks good... Eddie & Daniel at Car Castle kept telling me how they use all american made parts and there " technicians" are top notch. Well I've had my Jeep 3 months. I noticed that my truck seemed to pull to the right so I brought it back to have their technicians correct it and they sent me to a different shop claiming that they would take care of it. Took it to this other tire shop and that was a complete joke! I ended up taking it to a OffRoad shop that specializes in Jeep's and that was jaw dropping. *Front Springs installed completely incorrectly *Left all " stock " steering components rather that doing the job correctly which led to steering wheel violently agitating back-and-forth also known as Wheel of death. Which I should add could have potentially caused a serious accident. *used stock upper control arms which caused to wheel base to be off completely. However they used ready lift lower control arms. * The drive shaft was not installed correctly so there's that... The list goes on and on and on. In short after taking my truck to a reputable establishment to correct everything that Car Castle did incorrectly or just didn't do it's now costing me an additional 15k for parts and labor to do what should have been done in the first place . $8500 I was charged for the "Suspension" from Car Castle. The lift they put on is in the photo I posted is what they used. Ready Lift -total cost Retail is $1650 This is such a disappointment and I hope if you're reading this you'll learn from my MISTAKE and stay as far away from this place as possible. I'm glad my significant other has a massive following on social media and my next step will be to spread the word on those platforms as well. Please read the fine print on their website, as they raise the price in the sticker for a few thousand dollars for upgrades that aren't really that costly if you did them on your own. Don't come here for trades, I have brought 3 vehicles here and was told they were paying top dollar when I got a better price at STG auto in bellflower. They seem to be in line with carmax appraisals without the carmax brand. Most of their cars are rental purchases which they slap on a lift and rims then sell it for thousands more. Rentals can be the worse cars to buy...when was the last time you minded a rental? If I can persuade 1 person from coming here, with this review, ive done my job.
