I wanted to wait after purchasing my car in October 2025 to provide a review. My experience wasn't the easiest with my credit score suddenly drop in within 24 hours. The only thing I didn't like was my boyfriend came with me for support and while I advised the Agent that It was OK to talk about the car in front of him. The sales person disclosed my credit concerns to include giving my credit score to him without my consent. I didn't appreciate that and found that was unprofessional. I was buying a 2020 BMW 530i for 15,999 (advertised special)the finace manager sent me the purchase aggrement, but there was a charge of 1,999 for paint protection,I also had my own financing,because there financing was 3 percent higher. The staff will go above and beyond to try to get you approved--but not in a good way. The tactics used felt extremely shady and potentially illegal. Once it became clear that I wasn't going along with their process, communication completely stopped. Calls and texts were ignored, and they would not respond further. Another major red flag: when you call, you're told you're speaking with someone named "Ben," but when you arrive, no one seems to know who that is. I really wanted to have a positive experience here but after a week of chasing down the manager Omar, the car we originally came to test drive still has not been located. I should preface that the car shows available and Tom confirmed it was on site when I called and spoke with him. I scheduled a test drive with Tom, I confirmed the day of that we were coming and the time. We drove 45 minutes to get there and arrived on time, Tom was not at work (they did not know where he was) and it turns out neither was the car. Omar stepped in after 20-30 minutes of another gentleman trying to help and locate the car. Omar was kind, apologized, offered us an additional discount and asked if we could return the next day. The next day came and he stated he did not have a status on the car. We offered to come back the following day, he stated that he was not working so we scheduled the next day (now 5 days after first contact with Tom). Again, the car was not on the lot and no offer of a time or date when it would be available; just an "I don't know". Everyone seems pleasant enough which is why I was hopeful that this would be a positive post. The dealership makes great use of AI for customer service, I received confirmation texts and even a follow up text asking me about my test drive that never happened. The kicker to all this is the car was going to be a birthday present for my daughter. In hindsight, we should have moved on sooner or Omar should have simply told us that the vehicle is no longer available and offered to show us something similar. Neither of those things happened. Seems like other people have had a positive experience, I am just sharing ours. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars Terrible experience. Roger has absolutely zero customer service skills. It was raining when we arrived for our appointment to see a truck. Roger walked in shortly after us with an umbrella. When we told him we had an appointment, he said, "I'll give you the keys, but I'm not going outside to get wet," and vaguely pointed in the direction where he thought the truck was. When we found the truck, it was nothing like the listing. The photos and description completely left out major issues -- a large rip in the center of the seat, rust on the hood, damaged paint, and other problems. We came back and placed the keys on the corner of the desk where Roger was sitting, completely focused on his phone. He didn't ask us how we liked the truck, whether we wanted a test drive, or if we had any questions. When I told him he had terrible customer service and no manners, the manager overheard and asked what was going on.
