They did help me out and were willing to work with me, which I appreciated. However, I did feel like I was upsold on certain things, which was a downside. What really concerns me is what happened after I drove the car off the lot. The check engine light came on shortly after, showing a bad O2 sensor. When I got home and took a closer look, I noticed the car had O2 sensor spacers installed. That raised a red flag because those are often used to hide issues with failing catalytic converters. This was never disclosed to me during the purchase, and catalytic converter repairs are not cheap. I feel like that's something that should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could make a fully informed decision. Oh and the A/C didn't work . -_- read more

Definitely recommended! Leo provided the best customer service and was quick to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. We came in unannounced on Friday to check out one of the cars that was listed on their website. Leo was able to quickly get the car unlocked for us to take an initial look at it, but the battery was dead (common for cars sitting on lots or haven't been started in a while), so we set up to visit again on Monday for a test drive. When we came back on Monday, they informed us that they replaced the car battery as well and just needed a driver's license to go for a test drive. We inspected everything and left a comment about the passenger side mirror only being adjustable left/right, and not up/down. They ensured us that they'll have a mechanic take a look and fix it, so we discussed the price and agreed on the payment terms (down payment, financing, etc). I came back the next day and confirmed that the side mirror was fixed. As we started the paper work, they also washed the car for us! Leo was super thorough in explaining where each fee came from (DMV registration, sales tax, price of the car, etc), as well as all the paperwork associated with the car itself (title status, carfax report, details about open recalls). He was also incredibly patient with answering any questions I had about financing (confirmed there was no pre-payment penalty, the loan duration/monthly payment terms). Trash cars, got a 2015 dodge charger within weeks started to overheat. Took it back to Leo and he drove it said " it was normal to overheat and go back to normal". NO CAR HAS TO GO PAST THE MIDDLE MARK, that's NOT normal. Within 1 1/2 months I had to replace my radiator because of high temps the cooling system fails. Replaced the oil cooler because of overheating temps as well. But by then my warranty had expired so I was screwed, should've called a lawyer within the first couple of weeks. I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia...Leo was amazing on the sales process. .. but the car they sold me that I paid cash for has been nothing but problems...within weeks of buying it Leo replaced the window switch on passenger side and fixed the passenger seat that wouldn't move...tried to fix the air conditioner..and even gave me a loaner while they worked on it but in the 8 months I have had it..I have replaced the transmission..the water pump..the radiator..the thermomostat...the car battery..the alternator...the driver side window switch..all 4 tires. I bought a car with quality 1 auto about a year ago, I found the dealers very nice and professional, but when i bought my altima from them, I found out the car was dramatically over priced, had a starting problem and the car had a bad shaking problem while idling. The hazard lights never worked. The car ran perfectly for the first three weeks before these problems started.
