We ordered the vehicle we bought from Carvana online but I am putting in this review at this location as this one is the one nearest to our home address. I am finally putting this in to share we're happy and appreciate our experience with Carvana, most especially the follow-ups with us to ensure we get timely and appropriate after-service after we ordered a vehicle from them online. We've had some issues after we finalized the purchase, and the scheduled delivery was cancelled on the day it was supposed to happen and we were informed they had to do some minor fixes on the slightly-used car we ordered. We were surprised when they called on the delivery day and got informed of the delivery reschedule in 2 weeks because of some issues they could not share with us the details of. We got the car eventually but there were loud noises coming from under the vehicle which I reported to them. I would say though that Carvana was very helpful in facilitating getting to noise checked and getting the car fixed. Then after that everything else went well and smoothly from then. The care is not making those noises anymore, the car is running and works well and we're getting regular followups and check-ins from Carvana regarding maintenance and service. What went well? EVERYTHING. I can't imagine an easier way to sell a car. I got online gave them the details of the car, decided to have the car picked up rather than driving it to their location and having to Uber back home. Their driver was right on time confirmed my information. Gave me a check, loaded the car up, and left. The last time I sold a car I've got an appraisal from one of Carvana's competitors which I thought was slightly low. A neighbor had expressed interest, I sold it to her for that price. To my chagrin, after the sale she continued to nickel and dime me and I wasn't the only one. My mechanic told me that when she took the car to him for the first time she tried to nickel and dime him, too. He said "I hope you don't mind but I don't want ever to do business with her again." my response was "Neither do I." as luck would have it, she recently called me out of the blue just as I was getting ready to sell this car and asked if I were going to be selling anything else anytime soon. Bought a car from Carvana. Only had car for 5 months. Had major issues with it. It was non-operational, and could not drive it whatsoever. Carvana referred us their bogus 3rd party warranty company for assistance. The warranty company was a joke. The name of the warranty company is Silver Rock. The warranty company had their Mickey Mouse of a car shop diagnose the vehicle. They said it was the EV battery, which would have costed approx $10k to replace and they don't even manufacture the battery any longer. Plus, finding an EV battery would have been like finding a needle in a haystack...and they were back ordered. Carvana and their warranty company said there was nothing they could do for me. The kicker is that if I was able to find an EV battery replacement for $10k...it would have costed half the total cost of the whole car. I endured a month of pure hell! After a month of spinning my wheels...I ended up getting the car towed to a dealership. It turned out that the car was mis-diagnosed and the dealership fixed it in several days. The issue was covered by the car maker's manufacturer warranty. Basically, Carvana said that the issues were out of their hands...and was going to stick me with a lemon of a car. What a nightmare! Easy online financing and down payment process. Decent variety of vehicles available. They sell warranties from $36 a month to $50 plus a month for 3 years- this adds $3600 or more to your note. On the pick up day it was simple to get the car, as I made an appointment and was helped quickly. A few discrepancies were that the mileage on the documents was 26,000 more miles than was actually on the odometer. I caught this and it took 15 minutes to get the paperwork corrected. Second, the passenger front door was misaligned from the frame. Not sure how this happened or was it an accident. The carfax said no accidents, but those aren't 100 % accurate. They said that I had to do a claim through SilverRock to get the repair work. A miscommunication, as this should have been done during the inspection process before the car was sold to me. Now I have to get a rental car and possibly miss work getting the repairs. We shall see how it goes, I will see if they will cover the work - it takes 48 hours to hear something. read more

If you accept the offer, you'll make an appointment to either bring your car to them, or have them come to you. We decided to bring our car to them. Keep in mind that it's appointment only but they had lots of times available (even same day). We actually didn't know this and tried to walk-in a few days prior and was told we had to start online first. Once we brought our car in, they double checked our ID, paperwork, and inspected the car. However, the car that "passed inspection" still needed additional mechanical work when inspected by a 3rd party mechanic. These fixes took a long time. Dear Carvana, I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS350 from your Westminster location and picked it up yesterday, despite it being over a two-hour drive for me. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that the vehicle had not been washed or properly cleaned prior to pick up. While I understand that a used vehicle may have cosmetic imperfections, the condition I received it in was unacceptable. More concerning are the significant safety issues I discovered: The windshield is cracked. The tires are severely worn; the two rear tires are split, and the tread is dangerously low with wires visibly showing. As you are aware, it is illegal in California to sell a vehicle with unsafe tires. This poses a serious safety hazard, and I am requesting that these issues be addressed immediately. Please let me know how and when you intend to resolve these problems. I expect that the necessary repairs and replacements will be handled promptly and at no additional cost to me.
