    So I just bought a car here and the owner & staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me financing with a low credit score and even worked with me on the down payment and insurance to get me on the road fast! I am very grateful to everyone at Norco Autoland! If you think you can't get financing, give them a call and I guarantee they will do everything in their power to make sure you do, without breaking the bank!

    We felt very welcome. We went to other dealers that were not giving us opportunity to get another car. They didn't hesitate to give us another car. Payments high. went to couple of car dealers and they told us no no and hi Don payments but went to Auto land and we got a good deal. I recommend people to go there.

    Sorry for those negative reviews. I really had a very great time doing business with the Staff. Very knowledgeable and got easily approved. I don't have that good of credit but got approved. I didn't want to gi over $250, but I needed a car. So happy with my 2010 Hobda Civic. Very satisfied. I even got picked up at my house and drove home with my new carGreat warranty!!!! I will definitely recommend Autoland of Norco. Proves that us Norcorians help each other! Thank you Norma S. If u recommend Autoland to family and friends, you get $$

    This is the worst place you can go if I could rate it zero I would first I bought a car and literally on the way home it was over heating one week later The thermostat blew Out After two weeks, the water pump had blew out and I got stranded on the freeway and had to get the car towed home then to Norco just for them towork on the car for eight hours and didn't tell me what they were doing still not fixing the problem after multiple attempted they told me that they wouldn't be working on the car anymore so I took the car to dodge and the engine is blown first they said they would grant the warranty then after finding out I got a new car the owner told the warranty company not to honor the warranty that I got a new car and to repo it even tho the car was not under repo after confiming that to the warranty company they lied and said I abused the car by not having coolant when the car littlerally had a water pump blow dodge is currently holding the vechike fir me until the investigation iv started with the dmv my lawyers and the bbb continues Iitterally starving when I came to this guy in a time of need and he took andvantage of me so think what he will do with you after all of this is did get a great new car from Moreno Valley dodge for no money down unlike these scammers who made me pay 2300 for a car with a broken engine please check their bbb ratings and you'll see they're already being investigated and have scammed multiple people things I didn't know before my purchase they even sent me 500 so I wouldn't sue I will get justice for all the people they have wronged in Jesse name

The vehicle I purchased appeared to have been reconditioned for sale, but shortly after taking ownership, I discovered several issues that raised concerns about the quality of the repairs and overall preparation of the vehicles paint. One of the most noticeable problems was paint chipping on the door edges that became apparent shortly after the purchase. I also noticed PPF edge guards installed in the affected areas. Based on what I observed, it appeared that the edge guards may have concealed or drawn attention away from the paint condition, which left me feeling that the cosmetic issues were not fully apparent at the time of sale. Had I known the extent of the paint chipping beforehand, it would have influenced my purchasing decision. In addition to the paint concerns, the dealer try's to sell you BS aftermarket addons like KARR that are just a money grab and have no real value. When you try to have them remove the BS and stick to the price online, they give you the runaround until you finally get them to remove it. As a customer, I expected a dealership to ensure that a used vehicle met reasonable quality standards before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the thoroughness of the reconditioning process and the level of quality control applied to used inventory. I strongly encourage anyone considering a used vehicle from this dealership to perform a thorough inspection and obtain an independent mechanical and cosmetic evaluation before purchasing. Once they have your money good luck getting any service from them to help fix any problems.

Oh, and the 90 day warranty they offer was wonderful, and has helped us fix a few minor issues with the truck. It brought us a lot of peace of mind for the purchase. I do, however, wish I'd gone ahead and purchased their MaxCare warranty. It seemed like a good deal. It just wasn't in my budget at the time.     I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model Y at Norco CarMax August 27th, 2025 after being approved for…read morefinancing by American Credit Acceptance Corp (account is already set up by the finance company, see attached). I placed my down payment, received the proper confirmations (insurance, etc) and purchased the vehicle. I received phone calls from the lienholder afterward, American Credit Acceptance Corp, confirming my identity, contract and due date, payment terms, etc. I also received welcome letters via email and US mail from lienholder, and the account is also reported on my credit reports as of alters showing they reported as an active and current account, reporting to the bureaus 8/31/2025. I have had no contact with CarMax since the express checkout purchase August 27th, 2025. 14 days later, outside of the rescission window (10 days), September 9th, 2025, approximately 3:27pm, I miss a phone call from Carmax Norco. A voice message was left, so I listened a minute later, and a Sales Manager "***" left a :51 second message stating that my paperwork was "mixed up" from two different express pickups, she cited paperwork showing two different "dates", nothing related to financing, or failed financing (because that was already secure) & this Sales Manager stated that I needed to "come to the store with the vehicle" & do my financing ALL OVER again. I call the store approximately 3:29pm, September 9th, 2025, and connect to the extension of the Sales Manager (****). What ensued was unclear explanation and reasons as to why I needed to redo financing all over again when I explained I JUST spoke with lienholder the last two days and nothing was a problem with my financing. She could never clearly explain why "paperwork" and "dates" required me to return to the dealership WITH MY VEHICLE. This explanation she provided made NO sense. I was advised that I had to RETURN the vehicle, and to START FINANCING OVER again due to a paperwork error showing dates that did not align. I am openly asking **** the Sales Manager, what this has to do with me as I signed all paperwork and provided all docs necessary. I reluctantly agreed to travel to Norco (California) after work and delay going home to my wife and children so I can clear this up. I drive to Carmax Norco in 2 hour Los Angeles traffic, after work, sign the paperwork (now i realize the error and what i was conned into doing), return the vehicle like they told me to, they resubmit my paperwork and THEN TELL ME I AM DENIED. The closing manager tells me that ACA has a "connection issue", which confused me, I asked why am I applying for a loan I already have?!?! He didn't answer. He instead asks if I "want a ride home", as it is near closing. I sold my daily driver August 27th, 2025 an hour before buying this Tesla at CarMax because I was already approved by ACA, I confirmed with CarMax, ACA multiple times over 10 days, as the last thing I would do is sell my daily driver for a vehicle that is unavailable. I work 40 miles away for government (Los Angeles County) and live in an area where (Eastvale, CA) where public Transporation is remote, I have two children, each age 6 who I transport, one who has regular therapy that has been interfered with by this deception ... and now I do not have a car .. AT ALL .. I don't know the reasons they did it, but I do now know the goal was to get me to the dealer, WITH the vehicle, sign the vehicle back, pretend as if you are sending the application back to the financier (which didn't happen, I see the hits from others on my credit report, so the story told to me of "they have connection issues" was another part of the lie, to pretend they applied with the lienholder simply to undo the deal and keep the vehicle. I have learned in recent days this is common, although I have never experienced it, as it is called a "yo-yo" scam. There is no reason for me to contacting the dealer or redoing the deal, especially AFTER my rescission window was already closed. I realized my rights after I spoke with the lienholder the next morning, as I could not travel to work. The lienholder account is still open as of September 13th, 2025. I have spoken with multiple customer service reps and underwriting for American Credit Acceptance Corp, and there was never a 2nd application submitted on my behalf from Carmax nor a declination letter or Adverse Action notice. My account is open, I was deceived by CarMax through multiple lies to sign over the vehicle, which I had no need to do. (Update 9/16/25): I am receiving responses from their "Home Office" to "explain" .. which is meaningless fluff, attempting to corporate speak as if I am confused as to what happened, lol. Not confused at all. Keep the excuses. You got me, business as usual. Remember these type of reviews matter, as I don't leave comments myself, but reviews that cite ongoing details and warnings can serve as a help to someone else to take their business elsewhere.

    Trying to find a reliable, nice and affordable car for my son…read more This car was advertised at $8,695 so out the door should be about $9,800. When we decided to talk numbers all this sudden it was told to me the car was $9,950.. I said no wait the car is $8695 and I proceeded to show the image of the car on these site. Tony got louder and more intense tone saying something that made no sense and then said "look I'm not going to go back and forth with you on numbers" Still being interested and I don't like to argue I sat silent. Then AFTER running my credit which I NEVER approved of!!! They presented me with numbers. A random KBB page (not official) because we ran the car too and it didn't line up with his page here. Also, being concerned with the random $1,999 fee with no explanation I asked. Turns out it's the "protective tape" Placed along the door edges and behind where the door handle is. This has a "lifetime" warranty and there because those areas get "scratched" more often. For $2k?!? No, no thank you! I bet you it cost them maybe $25. I don't care I don't want to spend $2k on that. Then... once going to my bank and getting all the details knowing we are about to be squeezed for $3k for nothing - Tony calls me and wants to now be put on the phone with my bank to argue the value of the car to be what he states and not what kBB actually shows.
