Very easy place to buy a used vehicle from. Greg was super mellow and easy to work with and talk with. Not pushy at all. I live in San Diego County and had a small O2 sensor issue pop up while driving home from buying my truck. We bought the car 2 weeks back and they did not sign documents or verify the car untill i paid the amount. Later they said they have to replace the tyre. Then there was a cap missing and the engine light was on , was worried had to leave for repair. they took 5 days to return after repeated calling. We did not have a good experience overall. Sales men were courteous but the owner never talks and no communication. The key is not working as mentioned but no ownership. They need to work on the customer service. read more

NOT here, Greg went above and beyond for me and my wife. Explained and answered all of our questions, the millions of questions from my wife she is picky. The car had something that she wanted to change, Greg didn't hesitate, told her they could be done. He stayed late to get us the car after he was already closed. My Son and I went into this business yesterday with a trade-in and to make a long story shorter, negotiated a sale of a 2007 Ford XLT with the BMW as trade with the salesman. Paperwork, Bill of sale were completed and as we were on the phone with our credit union, the salesman came in and said the deal was off since their computer girl punched in the wrong numbers and they would not make a profit. Ugh. Caveat Emptor. Saw an ad for a vehicle on Craigslist for sale at Riverside Car Store. Completed a "Request A Quote" on the seller's website. No reply. Waited a few more days and finally contacted them. Strike 1. Asked about said vehicle, and was informed that it was sold. When I pressed the issue and said that the website indicates that it's available, he admitted that he thought a Titan was a Chevy (it's a Nissan) and that is indeed in stock. Strike 2. In trying to negotiate a reasonable price on the phone (before I made the 80 mile drive from LA), Ron told me several times when I questioned his math "if you listen to me, I'm trying to explain....oh wait, no, you're right, I made a mistake." Strike 4. Finaly, after a bunch of back and forth, we settled on what seemed like a reasonable agreement (trade in value, car price, etc) and I embarked on the journey out there. I have to admit, he was very willing to run around and try to strike a deal. I explicitly asked Ron to confirm that there were no surprises with the car, he assured me that it was mint. After 2 hours of LA/Riverside traffic, I finally arrived. Here's where it really starts to go downhill. Ron grabbed the key and asked if I wanted to take it for a spin. I asked where the keyless entry thing was. He said there wasn't one (which was wrong) and that it only has a key (not even a spare). Keep in mind that this was a 2007 top-of-the-line truck - it has keyless entry. Strike 4. Inspecting the exterior of the vehicle, the seams were not aligned and it had signs of damage. I got in the truck only to immediately find that the sunroof was binding, the power-seat was broken, the armrest was rickety. I immediately showed my displeasure and Ron's exclaimed "that's the problem with driving to dealerships so far away." Strike 5. Since I made the hike, I figured I may as well drive the thing. Just as disappointing as the rest of the experience. More signs of poor workmanship and an abused vehicle...shaky steering and really clunky suspension. Strike 6 I told Ron "thanks but no thanks" and explained why. He said "Yeah, I don't blame you." Strike 7 Thanks for letting me waste a valuable weekend day, Ron. read more

Was out and about looking for a car we stopped in here to check out what they had and saw a car i liked and told the guy how much I had to put down and what I wanted my payments at and he said we can do that for you. We sat there for 2 hrs while they messed around and then said oh we can't do anything for you tonight. That was a wasted night. Got a call back the next day and they wanted almost 400 dollors a month for a Hyundai. The people that work at this place lie to you just to get you in there. There cars are over priced and they don't work with you. Don't waste your time with this place. I ended up getting a car the next day with no issues. read more

I'd give this dealership a negative -5 if possible and a BIG FU. I went here with a 1998 chevy s10 back in 2004. I had planned on buying a 2003 Ford Ranger that had a pre runner lift on it. I traded my chevy s10 and left the dealership with this new Ford Ranger. A month went by and still in possession of the FORD. I ended up moving to Sacramento prior to me leaving for the military in 2005. One day I went outside and the Ford Ranger was gone. Later that afternoon after I called CHP, I found out my Ranger was reposessed by this dealership. During this time I called Riverside Car Store to find out what happened. I was informed I was not qualified for the 2003 Ford Ranger and that my 1998 Chevy s10 was SOLD..So, needless to say I was without any vehicle.I should of taken this dealership to court and battle it out, however, I'm over it and moved on. Lesson learned, STAY AWAY from small time crooked dealerships and dealerships that charge over 15% interest...Do yourselves a favor get a loan from a bank or if possible shop at major dealerships.
