**UPDATE** Thank you to Cameron for the initial call and Paul, the parts manager, for reaching out…read moreafter this experience with the parts department. Paul apologized for the negative experiences I've had there and also got me the information I was looking for in regards to the GM Performance lift for my Silverado. It does illustrate, however, the lack of customer service/effort that the front of shop employees offer considering they could have, too, found this information for me. Moreover, the way Paul went out of his way to resolve this issue illustrates a well experienced and caring Manager. I truly hope he can get the gears turning correctly for the general staff under his leadership. In conclusion: in support of Paul and his true care for customer satisfaction, I will return in the future. However, I will only feel comfortable rating 4 stars for now until a true change of morale is displayed by the front of shop staff during my future visits without having to be spoken to by a Manager. Thank you again Paul! I hate to leave anything less than 5 stars because the Service department is solid. My recent visit today was for a standard oil change on my Silverado and I was assisted by Cameron. He explained all processes and offered extra services without feeling pushy or demanding. On the other hand, and the reason for the 3 stars, is because the Parts department is horrible. These guys must really hate their jobs and/or their lives because of how they ALWAYS treat their customers rudely. Im a very patient and respectful customer as I work specialized retail myself. I have visited this location multiple times for parts pick ups and they always seem standoffish and rushed even though there is nothing going on in there. Today, despite past experiences, I walked over to inquire about the GM Performance lift for my truck since I was already here and I'd expect these parts "experts" to have the ability to help with this. I was wrong. Once I was noticed in the building, an older guy asked if I needed anything. When I explained briefly what I was looking for, he immediately said theres nothing I can do and that I can do the same search on the GM Accessories website that they would do. For the record, I had been doing countless hours of research for this but could not find my solution which is why i figured going directly to the dealer would be the next best option. He didnt falter, he didnt even pause to think about how he may be able to assist me further to potentially bring business to their dealership. Once this happened, i paused, started to walk away, and I stated why are they always so rude here and it was then that he tried to call me back into the building. Im sorry, but no customer wants to initially feel pushed away and then told to come back. Business was lost for them today. Im a manager at my place of business and if my employees treated any of our customers like this, who took the time to be there and present a question, they would no longer be a part of my team. But maybe those are simply my standards. Judging by the consistently rude, careless interactions from these guys, Chevrolet Riverside either doesnt care or they havent been made aware of this poor customer service from the Parts department. It makes you feel real low to be treated this way. In retrospect, this negative interaction also just lost potential profits for the Service department because the install would have been performed at the dealership. I will definitely no longer be visiting this location for anything besides service. And I truly do hope that this negative vibe in that department be rectified for the sake of the dealerships reputation and the sake of the loyal paying customers.

My 2024 Prologue is the first Honda I have owned and I have not been happy at all. Spreen Honda totally corrupted my opinion of dealerships and multiple issues with this vehicle has severely tarnished Honda's image. This vehicle, unbeknownst to me at the time, was really a GMC vehicle that Honda placed their name on. There are two open recalls on the truck. My vehicle has been in and out of the Spreen dealership more than 10 times in less than a year - axle clicking, front bumper coming off, display console blackouts, rear camera blackout, vehicle not updating, HondaLink app not connecting to the car, etc. Spreen service counselors are the worst liars ever. Service have told me that parts were not available for any of the recall and the issues with the axle could not be addressed until Honda authorized the replacement. Spreen needs to be investigated by the State of California!! After the poor service at Spreen multiple times, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Honda. Mr. Brady was my assigned service counselor. Mr. Brady assured me that my vehicle would get a thorough inspection and all issues found will be addressed. As it turned out my concerns of safety were confirmed when the technician discovered that BOTH axles (left & right) were bad, clicking when making turns at low speed, and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is NOT two years old yet and there warranty repairs needed...?!?!? Mr. Brady ordered the axle parts and had them installed under the warranty. He also got the display recall repaired. Mr. Brady kept in contact with me the entire day whenever my vehicle was left in his care. Again, Mr. Brady has saved the face of Honda. However, I certainly believe I got a LEMON from Spreen Honda. If anyone has had the same issues and found a Lemon attorney to handle, please let me know.

Dear Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside Management, I am…read morewriting to express my profound disappointment with both the reliability of our electric vehicle and the level of customer service we have received from your dealership. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we experienced a serious battery-related failure that left the vehicle in your service department for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same issue for a second time. The vehicle has once again required battery-related repairs and has now been out of service for more than two months. What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. We would appreciate a clear explanation of the ongoing problems with the vehicle, a definitive timeline for repair, and a meaningful resolution that reflects the seriousness of this situation. We chose Mercedes-Benz because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and we expect that reputation to be reflected in how this matter is handled. We look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely,

Let me start by telling you that this Nissan dealership in Riverside is the BEST one! I went to…read moreNissan El Monte (NOT recommended). I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers. Not sure about others, but for me, the "HONESTY is the BEST POLICY" was used. What else do you want? And, of course, LOVE my new car! Thank you very much, Riverside Nissan!
