On March 11th I took my 2019 traverse in for some rattling noise coming from what I thought was the mufflers. I was greeted immediately by Craig, and my vehicle was checked in to be serviced. Craig explained the process and made sure he got my vehicle serviced quickly. On top of this, I had a work meeting to get back to, so they quickly arranged a ride home. I forgot the name of the gentleman who drove me home, but he was very professional and nice to make small talk with. The work was done above and beyond what was needed based on the warranty and ready by noon for pick up. My vehicle is driving great. Dealerships can get a bad rep when it comes to servicing your car, but after my experience at this location, I am very pleased. read more

Do not buy your truck here. I had a horrible mechanical problem with my truck. They took over 23 days to find the problem. I also had a terrible experience getting a hold a human. They have a voice answer machine. Only when you mentioned your going to write a bad review they will answer. Don't try to use GM Chevrolet for help because as you can see on the picture they wash they wash their hands as well. Check for nation wide truck issues and then purchase your vehicle and if you find even the smallest issue. Don't buy it they will drag the issue and will make you pay out of your pocket. "Oh no, what could improve?" EVERYTHING!!!! Chevy (at least this Chevy) is one to avoid altogether! They knowingly sold me a lemon! They sold me a car at 5,000 miles and just so happened to not mention the fact that it already had transmission issues. At 50,000 miles I had to have a whole new transmission which failed as they fried the TCM ( brain of the tranny ) and it still wasn't right, it needs a new transmission still! But I have gotten rid of my pretty paper weight! I bought the extended warranty and what they also managed not to divulge was that it started 9 MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR! So when my transmission issue came up it should have been covered but it was JUST out of warranty and no one would talk to me. They all said I was S.O.L. And I mean EVERYBODY!!!! With 1 exception, a service guy named Craig Davis listened and made sure I was taken care of and he communicated well with me and my brother. I want NOTHING to do with Chevy! Ever again!! But I would love for Craig to get a better job at another car dealer. He needs to abandon ship with Chevy and join a real company who helps their customers and not knowingly screw them over! All I gave was a safety deposit to their next door neighbor rental place, and it was returned after I returned the vehicle. Very understandable situations. I turned in the 2021 Chevy Bolt to the repair shop as it needed a manufacturer warranty repair. The vehicle was repaired and during repairs I was offered to test drive their new Equinox EV; However, I was offered a lease deal, and the mileage wasn't something I wasn't willing to do. I later decided to decline, but it's evident they check your credit if you do decide to choose a loan option. Loan interest rate was offered, but I decided to keep my car. I had to text him for an update and this man named Jason responded. He was so passive aggressive with his responses , I didn't even bother to move forward with any sale. He didn't care to assist/direct me to something that may be better fit. He had nothing but flat responses. He claimed to be a manager, I can't imagine a person like that as a manager, he ran me out. Multiple calls from the salesman pressuring me to complete a survey and leave a good review before month's end felt less like a request and more like manipulation for a free tank of gas. What crossed the line: I was texted directly and told that answering the survey "completely satisfied" was required otherwise I "can't get this free tank of gas." I was also texted that coming in to recieve it would be impossible until the survey was completed. This is in writing. As a customer, I have every right to leave an honest review and that's exactly what this is. Tying a promised incentive to a specific rating isn't just pushy, it's manipulative and likely a violation of review platform policies. To other customers: I'd strongly encourage you to question the credibility of the reviews here. When a dealership pressures customers into leaving positive ratings in exchange for incentives, you have no way of knowing which reviews are genuine and which were manipulated. Brought my car for a check engine light and oil change. I described the codes and issues and Craig was very knowledgeable. He told me right away what he thought the problem was. I was worried about getting swindled at the dealership and having to pay for even more "problems". A few days later Craig called and confirmed the simple fix was all that was needed and that I didn't need an oil change yet. Grateful for his honesty! He was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend going here. However, be aware there is a diagnosis fee of $275, which I think is pretty standard these days. Hi, I was trying to leave a review but my screen froze. Anyways, in my personal experience and after getting my car back from this dealership everything that was supposedly fixed isn't functioning correctly. As for the shaking while on a stop sign/light is and has been there even after a tech looked at it. According to Maria Jimenez, the tech said it's from the car itself. My car has about 53k miles. The shaking shouldn't exist on a car with these miles. I've had cars with 3 times the mileage and have NEVER shared like mine has. Also according to an email I received from this dealership is it says they're experts. Obviously not because Maria Jimenez wanted me to go elsewhere for a second opinion, really? I think your techs needs a refresher course on how to troubleshoot vehicles, fix them correctly or they simply don't care and want to get the cars out fixed half way enough for the customer to be happy and just get a paycheck. I paid my deductible for the repairs and I was hoping they would've been able the issue with the shaking so I would've paid my deductible once but it seems that I may have to pay for my deductible twice since Maria Jimenez recommended for my to get a second opinion. I was told to be able to drive the car off the lot that I needed to be approved for financing through their in-house loan company GM financial. They told me my loan would not go to them as they would forward all my paperwork to my credit union immediately. 4 days go by, THEY DID NOT FORWARD ANYTHING TO MY CREDIT UNION, no one contacted my credit union, I called and emailed the dealership countless times, no response. Until 6 days after my purchase they finally call me back and tell me that we are now past the 3 day time frame and that I now have to deal with GM financial and have my credit union do a refinance it them. I'm extremely disappointed, I feel like I was deceived all so that the dealership would receive a kick-back from their in house financing. Little did I know that someone working there cleared the codes on the morning of me buying it and did not fix the problems. They sold me a troubled truck and sent me on my way. Last Monday I took my truck in for service and it turns out the truck has over $18,000.00 in repairs needed. . 10 months I've had this truck $18,000,00 is ridiculous. there solution to me was they give me $16,400,00 for my truck that they knowingly knew had issues and I buy another truck? so knock off $15,000 in value and I'm suppose to pay them another $15,000.00 plus so I can get a different truck? At that cost I could have bought a brand new truck instead of someone else's problem. I can't believe someone actually cleared the codes on the truck when they knew I was coming and didn't fix the multiple codes which has led to this nightmare and thousands of dollars in repairs needed. My two twenty plus year old cars run better then this truck and have never needed $18,000.00 in repairs. My Trax needed its 7500 mile service, but the in car computer said it would be fine a while longer and fave us the option to delay servicing the car. When I inquired about a vehicle a couple years later, they wanted several thousand dollars extra to order from the factory. I went across the street to Dutton GMC, and I have been doing business with him ever since (for new vehicles in eight years, all special order and never an extra penny.) I made the mistake about three years ago of taking my truck in for brake service because Dutton GMC was backed up with service jobs. Julia did everything correctly--she followed procedure, stayed calm, explained things clearly, and never once escalated or matched his attitude. She handled the situation exactly how a professional should. It's important to be clear: this was not Julia's fault, nor the dealership's. Some people just come in looking for a fight. Absolutely the WORST experience ever buying a vehicle and I buy a new car nearly every 2 years. I worked with this dealership for 2 weeks to negotiate a deal on a suburban. We finally come to numbers we both agree on. I went to my bank and got a loan approval on my own and brought a bank printed check and my contract from the bank to purchase the vehicle. The men doing my deal who represented themselves as the sales manager and finance manager, tell me that I needed to fill out a credit application so that they could run my credit and that it would be a hard inquire which negatively affects a credit score. After much discussion of trying to understand why they would need to run my credit when I already had an approved loan thru my bank and had a check in hand. There was no reason for them to need to run my credit. They said it was their policy that all customers must complete a credit app regardless of how they buy the vehicle. They proceeded to tell me that if the bank check would bounce then by having my signed credit app would still be able to get paid. Then they actually asked me "How do we know that your bank check isn't a fraudulent check?" Beyond how appalling it was to be told this when I am about to purchase a $70,000 vehicle from these people, I explained that they had my driver's license, insurance verification, vehicle registration, my loan documents and I even carry a check book for my business which has my name and address on it. Everything I had would verify who I am. They also said that if my check from the bank was a fraud, that having a signed credit app from me would make it so that they can open a loan in my name (even without my signature on loan docs) and get their money. So again, if everything I'm presenting matches my ID and who I say I am then the info on the credit app, which also matches my identity wouldn't do them any good if I was a fraud. I have NEVER been treated this way by anyone ever. When I asked them who is requiring for this from me, they said it was company policy. I asked if this company policy was in writing, both the Sales Mgr and Finance Mgr said that it was NOT in writing. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Talk about fraud!!! It made me wonder what their true intentions were having me sign that credit app. If they think they can open a loan in my name without my signature, which they said that they would, what keeps them from doing so even after getting paid by my bank? Then I can't help but wonder if there's an even darker side to this. This was the most shady deal I've ever experienced with a car dealership and at 55 years old, I literally buy a car nearly every two years. That's a lot of dealership experiences. I will be reporting this to Chevy and to the Better Business Bureau and anywhere that my review will save another buyer from this experience.
