    This dealership truly knows how to take care of its customers. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Zhang in the sales department, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. From our very first phone call to the courtesy delivery of my new vehicle to my home, everything felt like a true white-glove experience.     Was in market for a Lexus UX300H, I reached out to over 5 different Lexus dealerships throughout Southern California & all of them wanted ridiculous down payments to get the payments we were looking for. Luckily i submitted an online request with Lexus of Riverside. I was contacted by sales Rep Gabriel De Leon, I told him exactly what we were looking for and what payments, within 10 minutes he spoke with his manager and said they can make the deal work! We showed up following day car was out front, we test drove signed documents with an amazing finance rep & was on our way! We had one of the best car buying experience dealing with Gabriel and the rest of his Team members at Lexus of Riverside, they listened were not pushy and aggressive! Highly recommend!

    I purchased my third Lexus today at Lexus of Riverside and I couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Hadi, worked tirelessly to find the car we wanted and to get the best deal possible. He never pressured us and was the perfect salesman for us. Hadi stayed with us the whole time, providing refreshments and keeping us informed as to estimated wait to talk to the Finance representative, Raphael, who was also very upbeat and careful to explain every charge and form we were signing. Finally after the purchase was made, Hadi took the time to teach us everything we needed to know with regard to the super advanced technology. The sales manager, Danny, also worked with us to secure a wonderful price. I highly recommend this dealership and the people with whom we worked.

    Hadi was great, my previous experience was horrible. I did try and all online pricing. I stated my offer and they accepted it. I like to shop and I was in and out in 45 minutes. They treated my daughter and I great. Hadi was awesome. A good experience.

    I originally purchased a brand new 2025 Lexus is350 from them earlier in March through the Costco auto program and everything was smooth and they were friendly and helpful. The car was beautiful and in perfect shape, as a brand new car should be . I loved the car so much I wanted to upgrade, So I went for a IS500. I called several Lexus dealerships and there were 3 in stock within a 100 mile radius and they had 1 of them(with the highest markup of $20-30k). I liked both the exterior and interior combo so I went to Lexus Riverside to check it out. Also hoping that I'm a returning customer and going with a trade in, I would get some type of deal. Well no deal and nearly full markup, but I wanted the car so I went through with it anyways. I guess there are no benefits of being a returning customer. Will not be returning for future business. However, being an already pricey car on top of that crazy markup, you would think they would check the car thoroughly. Well the car came with several scuffs/scratches on the hood and front fender, as if it was wiped down dusty. Even the Protective clear coat film in the front has tiny debris underneath. It's also my fault for not checking the car better myself, I just expected better from Lexus. I did contact them right away and brought the car in the next day and they looked at it. They were helpful and offered me to clay bar it on the spot but it was a 2-3 hour project. It being the Holidays, I wasn't able to do it that day or even that week. I will be going Monday the 29th and will be giving an update. However I am nervous of them working on my vehicle at this point . It's all been an inconvenience and disappointment. So far it is not looking like a December to remember.

    I needed to replace my high miled MDX. I fell in I needed to replace my high miled MDX. I fell in love with the new GX 550. Lexus if Riverside had the exact model and color I was looking for a Overtrail+ in Incognito. My only issue was the 10k dealer markup! We ended up negotiating down to 8k but after the purchase which was thankfully less than 2 hours to get out we noticed they did charge the 10k! Not very happy but I needed a reliable car to drive around my special needs son and not break down.

    I recently made the mistake of buying a used car at night, which didn't allow me to see the paint defect that this dealership applied. I don't know who the hell thought it was a great idea to spray paint a chipped section of the bumper is better than just leaving i but that's what they decided to do right before purchasing then proceeded to park it in a manner that made it unnoticeable. In the photos you can see the pictures of the car the salesman sent of it in "detail" and the after of it at the dealership and up close. This isn't acceptable and it's shameful that a business would do that to an otherwise fine car. I don't recommend that anyone does business with these people if they're willing to go to such lengths to cover minor damage. Stay away and don't be like me! Just looked at it in the sunlight, they actually sanded it down and ruined the bumper which only needed some touch up paint.

Ultimately, the short experience I had with this dealership was bad enough. As I shop for a new vehicle, I was able to meet and speak with other salesman from other locations and they were way more helpful.

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.
