    I went from Acura to Ford and returned to Spreen Acura for their customer service. I always brag about their service but I can't this time. 1. Car has had the same ongoing issue and still can't be resolved - Apple Car Play won't connect. I was told to buy a new iPhone and I did and issue still not resolved. That was an expensive fix on my end for it not to work and resolve the issue. Still not fixed! 2. I've been on a loaner/courtesy car list for over 3 -5 months meanwhile my warranty etc. has time passing and now I'm worried it's not going to be covered - sold a lemon?? Idk but I'm worried for sure! 3. Today I walked in as usual expecting to stay while my car was serviced for B service (oil change) and was rudely asked if I had an appointment to which I replied I did not (I've never needed one on weekends since 2008) now I have to call around 12:30 to see if they can fit me in... just for an oil change??? 4. My car has a recall and I still can't get a courtesy car... but yet they had another recall on different vehicle model this is why I was told I couldn't get a loaner/courtesy car for the past 3-5 months So disappointed as I used to tell Frits Ford across the way that they needed to get customer service tips from Spreen Acura and now I feel bad! Maybe I should have kept my Flex instead of expecting excellent service from Spreen Acura... Not sure what's going on... not enough workers? Not enough courtesy cars? Why is this happening? So disappointed I had to rate my experience as negative. I hope I can rate my next encounter better!!

    If this place can get a negative star it totally deserve it. I placed an internet quote request. Michael wasted my time by sending me emails after emails but refuses to provide me a quote. Insist in me stopping by the dealer and they can provide me a price. The whole point of internet quote is to avoid wasting time going to dealerships who has a bunch of add-ons and markups. I've had bad experience with Spreen Honda, which is a MAIN reason why I don't even want to go in to this place. However, this just proves my point all Spreen dealerships are very shady. When telling Micheal, that Yelp reviews are right. He said just like Disneyland they get bad reviews but everyone still love them! I don't think so buddy. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! TAKE TOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

    This is a window sticker sent to me. Can't even read it... These guys at Spreen Acura are a complete joke.

Come to find out it was for only three and I didn't even know it was for three until after my third oil change. On my contact, it says maintenance. It doesn't say how many it just says 36,000 miles or three years.. There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! They don't care only out to make money once they make the deal they don't care !!

It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. I am beyond Appreciative for Antonio taking the time explain everything to me and my wife and for having the patience to deal with us. I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers. They gave me a bill for $10,000 on a 2012 nissan rogue that had 100k mileage on it. The bill was for repairs other than what i went for such leakage and stuff. They are seriously on some drugs here to do that with a straight face. Of course this has nothing to do with all of the staff members. I have never returned and will never return.
