The lifters sound a bit loud now after the work he performed. And to top it off my right valve cover leaks on to the downpipes. I gave him more than one chance to stop the leak with no success. I recommend people look elsewhere for repairs. Now i gotta buy the valve cover gasket, tackle this job myself, torque the bolts to spec and pattern.

We took it to the dealership multiple times and spent thousands of dollars, yet they were never able to fix it. After doing some research on Advanced Auto, I suggested to my husband that we take the car there. Sure enough, they quickly found the issue and fixed it for us. More recently, I took my vehicle in to have the shocks replaced. I expected it to be very expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the quote was. They are honest and trustworthy. They don't recommend repairs that aren't needed, which is something I've felt other mechanics have done in the past. With Advanced Auto, that has never been the case. I take my car there regularly, and it's always ready the same day. I truly have nothing bad to say about them. They are kind, caring, and dependable.

I took it to Advanced Auto Care instead. They took the time to test drive the car with me so they could see how bad the alignment was for themselves. They always take good care of my cars.

Paid 2600 with 1 year warranty, only for it to break down not even 3 months later and it's not a daily. I took for its 1st diagnostic after the rebuild and I was told my 2nd gear was burnt or broken. How ? Idk I don't abuse it or daily it.., so he replaced the 2nd gear with warranty no fee.. A month later another problem happens, transmission over heating and once again it's at the shop for a 2nd diagnostic after the ""rebuild" I get a call from him after the transmission is rebuilt and quotes this time the entire transmission was burnt. And all parts have been replace but this time i have to pay 650 out of pocket for parts ?? I didn't want to argue about the 1 year warranty and having to pay because I needed it urgent for work. I thought he was truth worthy.. 3 days later Transmission is giving me nothing but problems and head aches. I honestly don't even know what to do. Can I call him back to diagnose it or will he charge me a leg and arm again just for it to give me problems. This is not an hateful message. I just don't want no body else to get ripped off. Lawyers will be getting involved.

Even though I was super early, they still got me in right away, saved me a bunch of money compared to numerous of auto repair shops in the area, and was able to do more work then I thought or asked for when I 1st called. They knew who to call to get a great deal on parts, even promotions they had, to get even more work done without the extra money. Labor costs for the work done, new brakes front and rear, new rotors in front, turned rotors in rear on my 2011 Jeep, was at a very reasonable fair price I was very happy paying. The mechanic was excellent, Robert I believe was the manager, was awesome with helping me out, very professional and communication was the same, expecially listening to me blab about b.s. and putting up with it with no complaints...lol The are bi-lingual Spanish/ English if needed.. speaking and understanding perfectly so no miscommunication. Only downfall was no waiting area or really place to sit if needing to wait for work to be done. But I was still able to get seating and provided me a chair while I waited. So with that being said, it would probably be more easier to drop off your vehicle unless your a wrenchhead like me or don't mind what so ever about grease/dirt and cars. Reminded me of home at my Dads business so enjoyed it 100%. Not a place for kids to play or be for a long period of time if have to wait and kids like or want to get out of hand or control. They aren't their to babysit and need lil' ones in the way while trying to do their job. Overall, I have no complaints at all and nothing effected me as it might other's. I was treated like a close friend...with the family discount on the first visit. They didn't try to do any work not needed or asked for, no overcharging or get whatever they could from you even if you didn't know anything about auto repair. Trustworthy in my book.. can't beat friendliness, honest, hard working and fast service all together anymore. Very rare & hard to come by. This shop messed up the timing on the motor causing the valves to get bent. They also left multiple vacuum lines cut and disconnected. They also broke interior trim pieces and created multiple wiring issues. Timing covers were also broken and they still charged the full amount to my brother not claiming any fault. They also didn't give the old motor back to us and let the car sit in a field because they gave up on it. Do not trust these guys with your car. I would've given them zero starts if possible.
