Ok let me start off with how happy we are with this company, Towing Solutions. If you are ever in a jam, these guys will be there ready to help and exceed your expectations. My son who is sixteen has his own car, we are very blessed to say the least. He has daily football practice, but the one last night was later and colder than usual, so you can imagine he's tired and cold at this point. So he unlocks the trunk, but not the actual car. My son's car broke down in Moreno Valley. Our insurance company called to tow my son's car. He waited over two hours and no one showed up. My husband called and asked what was going on. Awesome service .. I called Frank about a month ago before the pick up to get a quote from Long Beach to Colton for our 57 Chevy. The price was really good and I told him as it got closer to when we were going to pick it up I would touch base with him. Called him three ( Thursday night ) days prior to pick up and let him know it was " a go " for that up coming Sunday. I confirm with him over text Friday all was still good and he said yes. Pick up was at 10:30 am and his driver called me at 10:25am to let me know he was 5 mins out which was awesome !!!! This company is super professional and we will most definitely use them again . Today I used this service for the second time. I was driving to my son's soccer game in Perris when my transmission gave out on me in the middle of the street. I gave Towing Solutions a call, Frank came out within 25 minutes and still as a courtesy he gave me a ride to the park so I will not miss the game.. Meanwhile, while I was at the game he dropped my truck off at my house in Moreno Valley, I had giving him instructions on where to park my truck. Not only did he park it exactly where I've asked him too, he went out of his way to put blocks behind the tires to secure it from rolling back. It's good to know there are still honest and trustworthy companies out there. I will continue to use Frank's services. I had the best experience with Saul at Towing Solutions. Another company had told me it would take two hours to pick up my car, so I called Towing Solutions and they said it would only take one hour. However, they showed up in 10 minutes! Saul was very efficient, kind, and accommodating. Towing Solutions was also 40% cheaper than the other company (and my mechanic was 20 miles from the pickup site too). Hands down the best and most helpful tow truck service out there. My friends and I got a flat tire in an area as well as had some unknown liquid leaking from the car. We were not familiar with the area and were scared. After about an hour of waiting for road side assistance from personal insurance I decided to call Decker Towing. It was near my location and it was extremely quick. They got there in a timely fashion, were extremely helpful and not to pricey. Broke down in Riverside on Monday night. Fortunately, the vehicle made it to a parking lot where it could be left overnight. I'm from a different city about 30 miles Northeast, so I didn't know where to get it towed or what towing company to use. Tuesday morning I went to McNair's auto repair, thanks to all of the great reviews here on Yelp. Called a couple of towing companies that had cards in the shop, since I didn't have roadside assistance coverage, I was told it would be about an hour and a half by one place and then three hours by another. Last, but far from least, I called Towing Solutions. Told the gentelman that answered all the details and he told me he could come out in about a half an hour. I went back to where the vehicle was parked and Eric showed up in about 15 mins. This was a very difficult parking lot to manuver in just driving a regular car much less a flatbed tow truck, very narrow lanes, but Eric pulled it off "like a boss." Oh, bonus, it was the least expensive quote of the three as well. They service quite a few cities also.
