Ok let me start off with how happy we are with this company, Towing Solutions. If you are ever in a jam, these guys will be there ready to help and exceed your expectations. My son who is sixteen has his own car, we are very blessed to say the least. He has daily football practice, but the one last night was later and colder than usual, so you can imagine he's tired and cold at this point. So he unlocks the trunk, but not the actual car. So here we are, keys locked in the trunk and no spare set. This is a newer vehicle, so it's was a major pain in the you know what to get open. My husband called and they were at the high school within minutes. They got my son in his vehicle in no time. Which means a lot, our boys are our everything. Thank you Towing Solutions for helping our family when we were in need, definitely a comfort in knowing you got our backs!! Thank you, The Petrick Family read more

We used Towing solutions to tow our boat and truck from Perris to Chula Vista. When we arrived we noticed a small amount of damage to the truck. Hey accidents happen. They were very professional and took care of it immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. read more

Hassle free towing. Punctual, reliable, professional. Would use their services again.

We couldn't be happier with this company! They actually charged the exact rate they quoted us, they showed up with the type of truck we needed for our situation, they came when they said they would, and completed the job in no time! Keep on doing what you're doing, Towing Solutions! read more

My son's car broke down in Moreno Valley. Our insurance company called to tow my son's car. He waited over two hours and no one showed up. My husband called and asked what was going on. The lady said "We got busy and can't do it. We should never accepted it." They never even called us or our insurance company that they couldn't tow our son's car. Just left a teenager boy for two hours alone. Outside is 100 degrees!!! I am way beyond furious. read more

This company came through when I was most desperate, they are fantastic and have great customer service record. They were on point with communication and also called and texted their estimated time of arrival. They will make you feel at ease through the whole process. Thank you so much for being reliable and on time!!! read more

Not only responsive but fair in price and on time!!! Frank was very nice and professional. I will def keep this number on hand.

They give you an estimated time but arrive a little faster thank that. Great service! We've used them multiple times

Awesome service .. I called Frank about a month ago before the pick up to get a quote from Long Beach to Colton for our 57 Chevy. The price was really good and I told him as it got closer to when we were going to pick it up I would touch base with him. Called him three ( Thursday night ) days prior to pick up and let him know it was " a go " for that up coming Sunday. I confirm with him over text Friday all was still good and he said yes. Pick up was at 10:30 am and his driver called me at 10:25am to let me know he was 5 mins out which was awesome !!!! This company is super professional and we will most definitely use them again . I worked in the car hauling business for many years ... I never had to have one of our own personal cars picked up before but I will say Towing Solutions hands down was the smoothest tow co to work with awesome job !!!! read more

Towing Solutions - Awesome job !!! - Towing Near Me - Perris, California

See all

DO NOT use this towing company !! They backed into my car with their tow truck and left a huge scratch on my car. The owner refuses to take responsibility and claims the scratch was already there. I had NO SCRATCHES on my car before I used their services. He's very dishonest ! read more

I used Towing Solutions today! I believe it was the owner of the company (Frank I think) who picked me up! Great service! He arrived quickly, was very personable and extremely helpful when my car broke down! Great to see an owner so involved in the customer service aspect! I'd recommend them to anybody! read more

Towing Solutions - Towing Near Me - Perris, California

Today I used this service for the second time. I was driving to my son's soccer game in Perris when my transmission gave out on me in the middle of the street. I gave Towing Solutions a call, Frank came out within 25 minutes and still as a courtesy he gave me a ride to the park so I will not miss the game.. Meanwhile, while I was at the game he dropped my truck off at my house in Moreno Valley, I had giving him instructions on where to park my truck. Not only did he park it exactly where I've asked him too, he went out of his way to put blocks behind the tires to secure it from rolling back. It's good to know there are still honest and trustworthy companies out there. I will continue to use Frank's services. His prices are fair, reasonable and very competitive, most important I didn't have cash on me, it didn't matter as he takes credit cards. Thanks again. read more

If I could give this towing company zero stars I would, brother got stranded tonite Called they said they'd be out in 45 minutes okay cool, an hr later no response from the driver called dispatch they said he got caught up in something else said they would send someone else guy was a no show waited 2 hours for nothing fuck this towing service. read more

This company has the best customer service! Frank always goes above and beyond to help customers. Have referred him to friends, family and customers and all have been satisfied by his work. read more

I had the best experience with Saul at Towing Solutions. Another company had told me it would take two hours to pick up my car, so I called Towing Solutions and they said it would only take one hour. However, they showed up in 10 minutes! Saul was very efficient, kind, and accommodating. Towing Solutions was also 40% cheaper than the other company (and my mechanic was 20 miles from the pickup site too). Obviously I hope to not need a tow truck again, but if I do, I would definitely choose towing solutions again! read more

I got a flat tire on my way home today. I went online checked for a local tow truck, and found towing solutions. Frank gave me a quote, the price was cheap. I said yes, he came fast and I was back on my way. Thanks frank! read more

Hands down the best and most helpful tow truck service out there. My friends and I got a flat tire in an area as well as had some unknown liquid leaking from the car. We were not familiar with the area and were scared. Towing Solutions saw we needed help and stopped and reassured us that everything was going to be okay, the young man who helped us out was very kind and genuinely a helpful person. He told us the liquid leaking was just from the AC nothing to worry about and changed our tire super quick. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance on the road. Thank you! read more

Excellent service! I needed my car towed right away and these guys didn't stand me up. I had been getting the run around with some other big name local trucking companies. But Towing Solutions kept in contact with me and were courteous throughout the whole process, Definitely will use them in the future! Our driver was Eric and he was awesome! read more

let me start off saying i always have a hard time believing all the good reviews, but after calling so many tow trucks we finally found this company and the fees were very affordable the service was good. he was patient after we had him go to the wrong location he others might have charged us more but he didnt he got the job done. he helped moved the bike since my hand was messed and couldnt help much, i will def. keep them in mind for next time. perfect way to get customers to return is by giving us good service and not trying to take advantage of people when there in need of help. thank you so much. these are real 5 star reviews. read more

After about an hour of waiting for road side assistance from personal insurance I decided to call Decker Towing. It was near my location and it was extremely quick. They got there in a timely fashion, were extremely helpful and not to pricey. It was my first time ever needing to be towed out of circumstance and I was a bit shaken up but they were understanding and Frank helped keep my stress levels low. Very personable place. Will definitely be calling again if I'm ever in need of some help! read more

Broke down in Riverside on Monday night. Fortunately, the vehicle made it to a parking lot where it could be left overnight. I'm from a different city about 30 miles Northeast, so I didn't know where to get it towed or what towing company to use. Tuesday morning I went to McNair's auto repair, thanks to all of the great reviews here on Yelp. Called a couple of towing companies that had cards in the shop, since I didn't have roadside assistance coverage, I was told it would be about an hour and a half by one place and then three hours by another. Last, but far from least, I called Towing Solutions. Told the gentelman that answered all the details and he told me he could come out in about a half an hour. I went back to where the vehicle was parked and Eric showed up in about 15 mins. This was a very difficult parking lot to manuver in just driving a regular car much less a flatbed tow truck, very narrow lanes, but Eric pulled it off "like a boss." Oh, bonus, it was the least expensive quote of the three as well. They service quite a few cities also. So if you need a tow, call Towing Solutions first, don't even bother or waste time with the others. Thank you Towing Solutions and Eric. read more
