I am so thankful for West Tow! My husband broke down about 100 miles from home, and I honestly had no idea what to do. From the moment I called, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. They went above and beyond to get my husband and his truck safely home, and they even worked with me on the price, which I truly appreciated. After this experience, I will never call another towing company. Thank you so much, West Tow, for taking such great care of us when we really needed the help! read more

Called these clowns a day in advance to lock down an appointment, then double-checked to make sure they could actually stick to it because I had another drop-off scheduled right after. Get a call back from West explicitly swearing it'd be handled right "on the dot." Fast forward to appointment time and I'm suddenly told it's running an hour and a half behind. When I call dispatch out on it, I get fed the classic "that's just the nature of the business, nothing I can do, we don't run things like that" excuse. So which is it, guys? Are you admitting you lied about keeping your word, or is lying and wasting people's time just standard operating procedure over there? Either way, you couldn't pay me to use West Tow again--I'd rather push my car off a cliff. read more

I had a great experience today. My CR-V wouldn't start in the morning, so I called for help. The technician Gabe arrived promptly, checked the car, and was able to get it started. He didn't rush at all -- he patiently waited while I drove the car around and tested starting it multiple times to make sure everything was okay. He only left once I was completely satisfied and confident the issue was resolved. What really stood out was his patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. He didn't even charge me for the visit, which was incredibly kind and unexpected. Truly outstanding service -- highly recommend! read more

I was in a minor fender-bender this evening. GEICO sent West tow to my aid. I must say, Vino went above and beyond as well as their dispatch lady. But let's get back to Vino. You are a real one Vino and your above and beyond service will not be forgotten read more

Had my truck towed last week. During the rain and in the evening, my vinyl bed cover came unloose slapped over the front onto the windshield, busted my windshield, the plastic cowling, the wiper blades, and several support arms of the cover. Steve, Owner, took care of everything in a timely manner. Was very courteous and professional. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you, Steve for your quick resolution to this matter! read more

The driver of West towing, got upset because I was going to ride with him. He nodded his head and cursed. I told him if there was an issue he said yes that he does not wanna ride with nobody. He started getting upset because I told him that that was his job. He was very rude and aggressive. I do not recommend this company. read more

Tesla sent a tow truck out due to my vehicle being unresponsive and their service center being closed after hours. Andrew went above and beyond in his attempts to wake up the battery on my car. He made us aware or what he was going to be doing to my vehicle and gave us worse case scenarios/options. *Gosh I wish the tow truck drives would do reviews on car seeing that they see issues consumes have to deal with daily. read more

First time I reviewed a tow truck service. I guess there really is a 1st time for everything. Needed a tow. What can I say? I have roadside assistance with my car insurance (Geico) and they arranged the tow truck for me. Turns out the tow trucking business is busy. It took them an hour but that was their prediction. Having little choice in the matter I accepted as I had a cracked windshield. Atmosphere: 5 stars. Tow truck was clean. He had a phone recharger and let me charge my phone. Service: 5 stars. West towing arrived within their predicted scheduled pick up time. My service technician was a man named James. I enjoyed his company on the ride home. I consider the service fast, friendly and reliable. Quality: 5 stars. Got my car back home without incident. Value: 5 stars. Paid by credit card. Charge was about $10 a mile, once I'd gone over my free mile limit. Thing is when you really need a tow truck you are already in a jam. Unless you have a friend with one you have to take what you can get or the state will tow it and charge you for it. I have heard of cheaper outside of California but given the circumstances I am grateful I was able to get a tow truck within an hour. Some context: The national cost of a tow averages around $109. Exact rates will vary with miles towed and difficulty of the vehicle (weight, size, make & model, and condition). I believe they have a minimum charge regardless to ensure their costs and profit margin are covered. Driver shared with me a word of warning about scam towing services who pull up, hook up, take you to the nearest exit and dump you for $300. read more

I definitely recommend this Tow service! I had a gentleman by the name of Jesus and he was more than accommodating! Not only was he very respectful, on time, and extremely friendly. But he also helped me push my car when a lot of tow places don't do that. I definitely recommend this Tow Company. They came in a timely manner and they weren't expensive at all. Pretty reasonable. read more

West Tow - My poor car!!! - Towing Near Me - Menifee, California

They were Fast, Reliable, Dependable, Great Customer Service and Great Communication. Best tow experience I have ever had.

Was involved in a motorcycle accident and first spoke to a lady who was very kind and said she would give me a call once the tow yard actually received the vehicle. But, we never got notified until over a week of it being there. Then when we went to pick up the bike we were told, good luck getting it on the truck and couldn't even get any help. Just an overall terrible and very expensive experience while dealing with the fact my husband has been fighting for his life. Would not recommend. read more

Almost ran me and my kids off the road when we were in a merge lane. He was towing a car and speeding fast and it was my turn to get in and he wouldn't let me in but he wouldn't let me and started honking aggressively and almost rammed into my vehicle which had my kids in it. Finally when the lane turned into a two lane he sped past and flicked me off. read more

My tire blew up right in the canyon off of Golan and multiview. I had to find a safe spot to park. My car called my insurance and they were nice enough to have West towing assist me and it was fast and the gentleman that arrived by the name of Gabriel. He was amazing. I was a little shaky, but he did assure me that everything was gonna be OK and he made sure that my spare tire had enough air and for me to drive out of the area safe. Thank you, Gabriel for assisting. read more

I'm 9 months pregnant a and had an accident and was told originally by this company a 30 minute eta for the driver to arrive only to be called 30 minutes after that they have to send someone else cause they sent the first driver somewhere else. I asked her why they couldn't assign someone else if this driver was already headed to me and was told by the lady on the phone "well, if you were in an accident wouldn't you want you want the nearest tow truck to go to you?" Like duh! I was in an accident and wanted the nearest tow truck to go to me. Was given another 30 minute eta only for the driver to never arrive. I waited more than an hour and ended up being helped by strangers in the area and was able to go home. I would have been there all day thanks to this horrible service. I would not recommend this company, find someone else. read more

I had a dentist appointment on Wednesday. It was the hottest day we've had for awhile. It was a standard visit and when I got in my usually very reliable Acura TL it wouldn't start. Seriously?! My driver side window wouldn't go down and the car sounded like it wasn't clicking over. Everything else seemed to work just fine. I called my husband and he suggested calling AAA. We've been members for just over 13 years. After talking with the rep she let me know someone would be there within 20 minutes. I was in a safe location and got out and waited in the shade. I received a phone call about 5 minutes later letting me know a tow truck was en route. Brandon arrived with a friendly disposition and asked what the car was doing. He immediately brought out his battery checker thing and asked that I pop the hood. He quickly checked the battery and then asked that I start my car. The car turned on and it was music to my ears :) Brandon was efficient, friendly and most of all saved the day! I was on my way back home in about 30 minutes. This tow truck company was awesome and I'm grateful for guys like Brandon who lead with kindness and get the job done! read more

I had a blowout in my vehicle and I contacted Geico and they sent out a tow truck driver within 30 to 45 minutes. He picked me up from I-15 and Winchester Road at 2:00 a.m. in the morning.
