I used West Tow Inc through my Geico insurance policy, so I can't comment on the price. The advisor Brandon made it to my house within an hour, so responsiveness was great. My battery died and I needed a tow to the dealership. Brandon got there, realized I wasn't properly connecting my battery tender for the deep cycle battery in my car, and was able to jump start it right away. He took the time to explain quite a bit about my vehicle and some tips & tricks for future reference. He went above and beyond by answering questions about another vehicle, and was extremely knowledgeable and respectful the entire time. I'm particular about the services I use in all areas of my life, so it's with great consideration I say that I'll definitely be choosing West Tow Inc in the future even without Geico paying the towing. I had an accident and Geico contacted West Tow to take my car to the vehicle graveyard (inspection yard) . I was parked in a strip mall and was concerned the car may be picked up by a different tow company if I left it overnight. I don't have the money for that kind of expense. it was originally scheduled to be picked up the next morning. But then I received a text from WestTow stating that they were going to scoop up my car and hold it overnight in their yard and deliver it the next day! I called to confirm and spoke with Bree who confirmed all of this, along with her great attitude and customer service. shortly after that, I received a call from the towtruck driver, Jose. who informed me that he was loading my car up and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Don is a titan of Industry. My self and my colleague Damon found oursleves stuck with a flat and no spare just off the side of Ortega durring midnight hours. We were fortunate enough to be disbatched Don as our designated driver. Never had both my self and my parter experinced such hospitible and diligent service. Don took the intitiative to place a curtisy call out to us to ensure we were in a safe place off to the side of the road as he knew of exactly where we broke down and expressed his familiarity with the tendincies of frequent drivers in our bend of the road that posed as a danger to us. Upon arrival he went above and beyond with handling our vehicle with care and never making us feel like a incomvience to him (a common encounter ive come to expect with tow truck drivers). My car was overheated and I was stuck in the middle of the road during traffic hour. A nice guy stopped to help and drove my car to a side street where my car and I would not be hit. He looked inside my engine and said I would need to have my car towed. I noticed his shirt uniform that he worked at Pedder Nissan. So, thanks Christian for taking the time to help and be a good citizen. I have road side service and West Tow was dispatched to my location. I was so excited to see the tow truck arrive so quickly. I was greeted by Andre who was friendly and professional. He treated me and my car with respect and was very gentle on getting the car onto the flatbed. I was stranded after looking at rental properties in Menifee late on a Sunday afternoon. High anxiety! I was worried that the starter had gone bad. My Geico representative sent Don from West Towing, and within a half hour, he was "Mighty Mouse!" ("Here I am to save the day!!!!") Don's sunny, positive attitude and great work ethic made us smile with relief from the stressful situation. He was just wonderful. He was able to quickly diagnose nothing more than a simple battery problem. Once he achieved a jump start, he gave us great info on where to get a new battery installed close by in Temecula -- Pep Boys! I wouldn't have otherwise known about Pep Boys' Service Dept. being open on a Sunday evening. It would never have occurred to me. My parents and I saw smoke from a fire near by our house and ofcourse being curious we went to check it out. As we drove down Redlands Ave. in Perris, we saw a huge bush caught on fire along the road. We are assuming from fireworks, and here is this guy whom at first we thought was a lone firefighter, turned out to be a Tow truck driver shoveling dirt to defuse it till the Fire trucks got there. Once we were able to turn around, the trucks had just gotten there and took over. We later found out the driver's name is Garrett, and he just got back in his truck and went on with his night. The driver Andrew made my day! Extremely well knowledgeable! He was able to get my Suburban out of the handicap parking spot I was in. The truck wouldn't turn over,Andrew was able to get it started. I originally pulled in there hoping the mechanic shop would had helped! They didn't! It was 107 degrees out! My vehicle had started sputtering when the light turned green and knew I was in trouble! No help from that shop and I left in tears! I am so thankful Andrew showed up, knew what to do to help. Towed my truck to the dealership and was able to drive me back to my house. Adam was the technician who came out to help me. He wasn't playing around - the estimated time of arrival was an hour from the time I made the claim. He was there within 20 minutes and it only took him (maybe) 3 minutes to jack up my car, take the tire that I shredded off, put on the new tire, and lower my car. He was super nice, shook my hand and was genuine about the service he provided. He also put air in the new tire to make sure it was good to go amd drive on. Seriously, Adam was incredible. I couldn't be more grateful that someone who actually knows how to do their job and has a genuine concern for the livelyhood of people came to my rescue. Thank you, Adam!!!! Earlier tonight, my car began to overheat so I pulled off the street in Menifee and called GEICO. They sent out WEST TOW INC to tow me into Lake Elsinore but the place was closed by this time. Andre, my driver, called Steve his dispatch guy and between the two of them, they got me to a repair place near my home in Murrieta and Andre even offered to drop me off at the corner restaurant to ensure my safety since it was now 645 pm. That was such an awesome over and above gesture! As sad as I was to see my little car towed away; Adam with West Towing was great! My day started by requesting a tow to my local repair shop from my insurance company; I hadn't heard of West Towing so I didn't know what to expect! Well, I was pleasantly surprised when a polite and efficient young woman called to confirm my service call and my contact info. She gave me an ETA and Adam was right on time. He showed up in the flatbed tow truck I requested, was clean, polite and professional. And he has a great smile! He loaded my car on to his truck in no time flat and was on his way. No one likes the feeling of being stuck on the side of the road, especially on the freeway. I called west tow and they quoted me 40 mins, which is not long at all. My experience was made better when my tow man showed up in about 25 mins. He hooked my car up so fast and we were back on the road. Everyone's next fear is having to sit a whole car ride with a weird tow man. Not in this case, we had genuine conversations. He told me the safe steps I needed to take to decrease my chances of being in this situation. For example to always have a spare tire, and also recommended a place where I can find a reliable one. USE THESE GUYS!!!! Total ROCK STARS!!! My fifty year old VW bus broke down back in the dirt. Called the usual guys that I've used for 20 years, never even saw them, apparently the road was not safe for towing. Bull! The West driver came out, walked the road, then drove back and hauled her out, no problem!!!!! You will have my business and recommendation from here on out! After hours of trying to get my husbands car running that broke down on the side of the rode, we gave up and decided to have it towed home. Called a few places that wanted an abundant amount of money or had too long of a wait time. Ended up calling West Towing and their prices were pretty good and the wait time was quoted at 30 minutes. It ended up being less than that. They guy was super friendly, chatted the whole time and just made you feel comfortable. Also very knowledgeable about classic cars (which was what my husbands car was, an old classic), suggested some parts dealers and ideas on how to fix the potential problem. I had never in life has someone arrive so quickly. Not only that, Brandon also got into the vehicle with the speed reminiscent of Gone In 60 Seconds. I'm not gonna speculate, but if he ever wanted to pursue a life of crime, I'd have to give him an additional 5 stars with the assumption he would agree to just leave my car alone....unless I locked the keys in it, and asked for help getting them out. On one hand, it is unfortunate for me to be so familiar with West Towing, as both of my vehicles has had to have a "joyride " on the back of the lifts... but at the same time, they get all thumbs up on each interaction. They are the go to towing company through my insurance, but I called them out again, even though it wasn't covered by my insurance for a second call. Fast response, courteous, friendly, are the words you look for right? All that and and they all seem to enjoy the job. Within 24 hours, I've had two drivers, Adam ( I believe) and Brandon. Sean was amazing!! There was a previous tow company called out to assist me who could not change my tire. I had to dismiss them and call and ask AAA to send another tow company. They dispatched West Towing. The other company also suggested that I actually waste one of my tows for the year and even inccurately said that my lug nuts were locking lug nuts and that I needed to give him the key. Anyways, so West Towing got there and just after 10 mins he (Sean) got the tire off, no problem! There aren't many people who would describe breaking down on a road in the middle of nowhere, as a "good" experience. But when Daimon arrived on the scene yesterday, that's exactly what it turned into! He was so personable and professional.
