The truck broke down when we got off the freeway. The alternator was done. We called Sandovals and they arrived within the hour. They were able to load our huge trailer truck and car onto their massive tow. The driver took us from Riverside to Irvine. I sat in the back of the truck and it was a bumpy ride, but we couldn't be more grateful. The price was fair and the driver was friendly. We would definitely use them again, but hopefully we will never need to!

How i was lucky enough to have Victor and Angel help me (on different days), I'll never know. They both went WAY above and beyond. I honestly still can't believe how helpful they were. They are kind and patient. They were honest about when they were arriving at my home. I spoke with Candice in the office - she is lovely! 1 star I had a very…read moredisappointing experience with this tow company. I spoke with Christina, and she initially sounded very nice and helpful. She told me the tow would be $350. I had called other local tow yards, and they were quoting around $250-$300, but they were taking longer. Even though Christina's quote was a little higher, I agreed because they said they were available right away and I needed the car moved. Looking back, I feel like they took advantage of the fact that we were in a stressful situation and needed help quickly. The tow was only about 11 miles. The vehicle was taken to a storage location that Christina recommended. She told me it would be better to take it there in case the car leaked oil, so it would not get on the concrete. At the time, I trusted what she was saying. The car was only stored for about 2 days, and I was told the storage fee was $125 per day. Even with storage, I was shocked when the total changed from the original $350 quote to $1,362. I asked more than once for an itemized invoice showing the tow fee, mileage, storage days, and any extra charges. Instead, I was told the invoice was inside the vehicle, even though I explained that I could not go in person and asked for a photo or copy by text or email. There was no police impound and no police report. I also asked whether this was being charged as a regular tow or an accident/recovery tow, but I still did not receive a clear written breakdown. Overall, I felt the pricing was not transparent, and I felt taken advantage of during a stressful moment. I would strongly recommend getting the full price, storage fees, mileage, and any additional charges in writing before agreeing to use this company or not using them at all.

The company COPART that sub-contracted his company to tow my car did not communicate with him that they'd told me where to put my keys--so Tariq tried to call me while I was at work to find out that same information. Long story short, Tariq came back to get my car after another job because he understood it was a case of poor communication by COPART and wanted to do right by me, the client. Has this ever happened to you?…read more You rent a car from a big and nationwide company for 4 weeks. It happens to be a new Chevy Equinox ( non electric, conventional) with just 2417 miles on it. Your gas tank is full. On the 19th day of your reservation, you stop to get a hot tea in the pouring rain at 11:30 am, get back to the car and it does not start. After trying for a bit with no success, you call the Roadside Assistance number for the rental company to have the operator text you info on a company that will be there in 60 minutes. The tech shows up and tries to jump start with the small and powerful box but to no avail. He then tries to use his cables with the cars side by side and again - no juice, no bueno not even a click or turn. He leaves stating this new car has mechanical issues. You then call the roadside assistance number back who then assign a tow truck to take the vehicle and you back to the airport. It will be an hour. Luckily, National Towing and Recovery is the Savior who is assigned this job. The awesome, resourceful and proactive Bruce shows up with his massive tow truck with the replacement vehicle - a Nissan Rogue, on it. He is the most professional, soft spoken and sharp person. He proceeds to inform me that it would have taken an extra 75-90 minutes to pick me up, haul me to the airport to get a new car and then come back to get this disabled first car. He cut out steps 4-6 and saved the day by already going to the airport and picking up the replacement car and the new paperwork on the replacement car . Good guy, great company. Life saver. He explained everything and was thorough and precise, very careful with both cars. He recommended two great burrito and seafood places on top of that. Yeah we were hungry by then.
