Sandoval's towing saved the day! My husband works for a car dealership that sells nostalgic race cars. We were en route to a car show with the convertible car attached to his trailer truck. The truck broke down when we got off the freeway. The alternator was done. We called Sandovals and they arrived within the hour. They were able to load our huge trailer truck and car onto their massive tow. The driver took us from Riverside to Irvine. I sat in the back of the truck and it was a bumpy ride, but we couldn't be more grateful. The price was fair and the driver was friendly. We would definitely use them again, but hopefully we will never need to! read more

Sandoval's Towing - Thank you, Sandovals! - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Riverside, California

This company is rude and inconsiderate of the elderly. My mother, her sister and cousin were sitting in their car when a tow truck driver began to load their car while all 3 were sitting in the car. He began to yell at my mother and told her she couldn't park in the handicap parking. My mother is handicap. And has her handicap license. Anything to try to make money. A police report has been filed. Numerous attempts were made to the manager , Joseph and he never called me back. Trying to make fast money only by injuring 3 elderly woman. He didn't even apologize for his actions. This is illegal and elderly abuse. read more

Soooo let me just start by saying that these guys are so on it when it comes to how quickly they respond to service. My first impression was when I clumsily locked myself out of my car and they were THE FASTEST in getting me back in w/o having to be a sitting duck for "about an hour and a half" like everyone else so the not waiting forever to get my door unlocked already had me. Add to that the fact they they took care of how careful and attentive they were to doing their and it's a winner in my book. Fast forward some time to when my battery gave out one late night in San Bernardino... Joseph was so helpful in getting my SUV towed all the way back to Temecula and went above & beyond to make sure I wasn't left stranded. The guys are very professional and take pride in their work! They're on it & really know what they're doing and it shows with the care and how well they do what they do, unlike other companies charging an arm, leg, & eyeball and damaging in the process. So if you're looking for quality without sacrificing customer service or hurting your pockets -- they're it! Sandoval's Towing will always be my go-to!! read more

I was stranded on the freeway after a long graveyard shift. They answered my call at almost 3am and were able to get to me in less than 30 minutes and get me home safe. Sandoval's answered quickly and provided a fair quote for towing a pick-up from Fontana to Hemet. The driver arrived promptly and communicated with us for the remote pick-up, then arrived at the destination and placed the truck where we wanted it. Very pleasant and caring dispatcher and driver. An excellent, professional towing service - very pleased and would recommend. read more

I can't remember the gentleman's name but he saw my car break down and immediately pulled over to offer his help. He was sweet and professional! I'm so grateful he was there to help! read more

I was driving on the highway on Saturday, 8/12/23 around 12pm when my 3 month old daughter started chocking in my back seat. I quickly had to pull off the road where there was almost no room on the shoulder to even pull off and get her out of the car. This very kind man pulled over to the side of the road to check on us and help. I was able to get out the milk she was choking on and the nice man stayed behind our car the entire time to make sure we didn't get hit and could pull back onto the road ok! I'm extremely grateful to this kind man who really helped us in this extremely tariffing situation. Sandoval towing has people who care! read more

This company is so helpful. I emailed them in regards to a business inquiry and they were overly helpful. Very responsive to their emails. Followed up and called me and spoke to me for over 20 minutes explaining the benefits of their company. They make it easy to have your property properly watched and protected. They provide the signage which is very helpful. Also, in the email I sent them had the property address. Within a day their guys were already out at the property seeing what they could do to help unwanted vehicles there. He went over different options on what he believes is best. They are very fast and responsive, unlike other companies where I called and left multiple voicemails and still no call back. They service many different areas and are available 24 hours a day! read more

Dont hesitate call them!! Quick friendly professional fair prices. I have a 26' bobtail and was skeptical at first when two young guys rolled up to tow my truck. Thought to myself great they're going to mess my truck up. I gave them the benifet of doubt and I was blown away I have never met a tow truck driver that introduced themselves with a hand shake( that's what sets them apart from the crowd) . Very impressed by the way they represented there family brand. Awesome work guys I will refer you and use you again. read more

Fast response when I was stuck on the side of a busy road and good quote for towing my car from Fontana to Norco.

The fair rating would be 3.5 overall, the reason for it is that communication lacks and eta was way off. I was told that they would show up at 12 pm for example and the didn't show up until 115 pm. The price is a bit high but they did show up and finished the job. read more

My suggestion to the outfit would be tell the driver not to promise what cannot be honored. Make sure the customers vehicle is secured when at destination. Courteous dispatch staff. Busy operation. Courteous driver at time of pickup. Knew what he was doing with he hookup. He assured me not to worry that for an early morning haul he would stay with the vehicle until the shop opened and got a signature from the mechanic at the shop. I spoke to the driver when he called to report safe arrival and that he was leaving the location. It was then that he offered to show me pictures of car safely on at destination. When I reminded him of his assurances to me on pickup and asked him about keeping his word to stay until he had someone sign for the vehicle, he hung up on me. I went to the shop later that morning following the haul to speak with the mechanic. Arrived before the shop opened and found my vehicle with the door unsecured. I had spoken to the office who reassured me this would be passed on so that other customers would not experience the same. Interested to know what your followup experiences are. read more

Got stuck on the side of the road called Sandoval's towing And Junior came out and hooked me up. Called out AAA first and they arrived and said oh we can't tow your truck it's too heavy. OK I am a property manager that understands all the dots that need to be connected on commercial property for parking lot issue. Two years ago, I had a too many cars in an industrial property in Rialto. You can google maps and look up 735 - 785 W. Rialto Ave Rialto, CA. It was a mess. You could not even get into the parking lot to park. Now it is much more organized and with the help of Sandoval's team who took the time to walk the park a number of times with me to work as a team with the business owners there. It was hard for a few business owners since they had to decrease some of there junk cars that took up parking spaces from everyone. I recommend Sandoval's for personal towing or property manager's PP&I's read more

Great service...my tow truck guy was Joseph friendly and very helpful! Even gave me a good price. Would highly recommend this tow company.

Great towing service. I had to have my car towed 22 miles and they came out cheaper than my roadside which only covered 10 miles and I would have had to pay 9.99 for each mile after the 10 miles. I guess I will be changing my roadside to AAA.I was very worried about leaving my car over night in front of my mechanic's shop, but the driver informed me that they would store my car over night at their yard and take it first thing the next day to my mechanic's shop. Talk about GREAT SERVICE and PEACE OF MIND!!! Thank you Sandoval. Storing this number in my phone for roadside assistance now. read more
