Tariq at BKY towing is an amazing employee and a decent human being. He was supposed to come tow my car from my house while I was at work. The company COPART that sub-contracted his company to tow my car did not communicate with him that they'd told me where to put my keys--so Tariq tried to call me while I was at work to find out that same information. Long story short, Tariq came back to get my car after another job because he understood it was a case of poor communication by COPART and wanted to do right by me, the client. My car is not supposed to lock itself with the keys inside I put my ESA cat p in the car with my keys walked around to the drivers door and the car locked itself. I 911, the police department, and the fire department, and all refused to come out to help me. I get it's an animal but it's a life! I put in a request through my insurance tow company which always takes forever and this wonderful gentleman was at my door within 15 minutes of my request to the tow company I don't even know how long it took him to get the request but I've never had Tow service this quick and I am so so grateful.
