So I had to tow the car back to my place and take off for 3 weeks and come back. So pretty much my car was stuck at my apartment's parking lot. When I came back, I called places but they said I would need to tow the car and do a diagnostic test and then they can tell me what's up. I just came back from my trip and I was still recovering from Jetlag so I decided to try mobile service and I found Raul on yelp and oh boy, did he come fast to the rescue! Don't be fool by the cover people, Raul is polite and respectful and I am glad that I was able to get help from him. So he looked at the under hood and said it was an alternator problem. So we bought the alternator from local AutoZone and he was able to replaced it like within 2 second. lol... Also, the cool part was, he bought his home boy aka his cousin or nephew (sorry it's been awhile) and was teaching him.. man I wish I had a cousin like Raul. Anyway, after 8 months, car is running like a new, so far so good with no big issue. But lately, being hot summer in Riverside, I do notice when I try to break with AC on full blast or when I try to turn the wheel while engine is in idle mode, car starts to shake which was not there before. As someone who doesn't know too much about wheel mechanics and tires, Brain made everything really simple, easy to understand, and was transparent about everyone. Fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place for any tire, pressure sensor, and wheel needs. Thank you so much again! My daughter had two new tires installed two weeks ago. She was working late in Temecula and came…read moreout at 11 PM to a tire that was flat. She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.
