Had a simple under 3 mile tow request on a sedan with good tires. No flatbed request, super easy yes? Tried to keep business local in Riverside because we need to support our own. The dispatch gave a great ETA of 30 minutes. Everything was going good and we were quoted $120 over the phone - not my favorite price but I'll take it. Well we are looking at their website and it says they give military discounts (see attached image) do then I get excited and we ask the driver when he gets there. Well big surprise the business when asked about it, and have our active military CAC card as proof, refused to give the discount. At this point the driver has the vehicle hooked but boy do I wish I would have just cancelled. I absolutely hate the lack of integrity. I hate when businesses act like they are pro-military but in fact our not. Please don't use my profession as a gimmick to try and present your business as something it is not and advertise falsely. One of your drivers in a white pickup truck in Corona on Magnolia/North Promenade by Costco on May 11th, Mothers Day, blocked a lane and threw a visible tantrum in the middle of the street because my wife and I didn't switch lanes and go around him right away. We slowly approached his truck and waited to go around, and he threw his hands up in the air and tried to be intimidating with his tattoos lol. He then caught up to us further down the road and sped around us like an idiot. We did what we could to give him space and patiently waited to go around him. What a horrible representation of your company. This dude probably would've fought me on the side of the street if I returned the same energy he was giving. Whenever I call AAA I always get Angelo's Towing. They're always super quick and friendly. This time I needed a tow from my driveway to the body shop, but I was unable to be physically present. Luis (Louis?) was the driver that came out and was able to get the job done with only my daughter home. It was quick and easy, and I really appreciated not having to come home from work to get this taken care of. The driver was not only fast, but kept communication with me. I have had a horrific time with this company. They came and put the spare tire on the rear outside tire on my dually truck. The service person didn't secure the lug nuts properly, and after an hour drive home it did damage to the rims and lugs. At first the were ready to take care of it, then I was completely ghosted. I contacted AAA to help me, to no avail. Then just add I'm about to file a lawsuit, I was contacted out of the blue and told they wanted to make this right. Then I got ghosted again. Filed lawsuit and they didn't show. Just so you know, Angelos enterprises inc resolved a couple years back and are apparently judgement proof. So you have to put in a little extra work to get paid. Be careful with this company, as they will lie directly to your face and not bat an eye. read more

First off I want to say I have a friend that works in a tow company and they are able to knock off a service they don't want to do and if they don't want to pick up the service they won't. I was waiting with my mom for 2 hours I called prior and the tow existed by AAA. I called to check on an ETA and the dispatcher that answered stated she remembered talking to me and seen the order the last time I called the truck was getting prepared to drive out to us I hung up and waited but as time went no phone call and it was getting late so I called back to see an update but now it wasn't there no longer she said it looks like it was not created. I hung up nicely. This company poor and bad communication, bad service. No consideration about people. Didn't care about customers waiting and waiting and waiting. Just cancelled it. I'll make sure if Angelos tows name comes up again to refuse their service and I will make a comment to AAA about this with their update note they want to know about. If you want to sit and wait as if you have nothing to do and don't mind it being cold out then this is your place to call or if AAA states Angelos Towing is scheduled. If you want to take a chance to waste your time this is the place to roll the dice on to see where their service lands. All I can say is is good luck. Hopefully family isn't with you in hopes to depend on this company looking forward to their arrival only to sit and wait to waste time. If I could give this place a 0 I would. First of all, I assume all responsibility of the reason why I got towed - I was distracted and didn't realize I had parked in a fire lane in front of a friend's house. I also have never had my car towed and don't know what the process is like - not excusing my ignorance but just want to mention it. These people were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. First of all, after hours it's "appointment only" to pick up your car, and I called around 6:30pm. The woman who answered said I had to come back the next day at 10am (I don't live in this area as I was visiting), and only said the next appointment was 10pm same day after I begged the her to let me have my car because I had to work the next day. Also jumped immediately to accusing me of lying when I misspoke and said I was the owner of the car when I meant I was insured of the car. It's a stressful situation and calling someone a liar is just unbelievably unacceptable to me. Get there at 9:45pm and there are flies, the office isn't even open and we beat them there - not sure why they acted like they were so fully booked on the phone. Everyone just wants to move on with their lives so I don't understand why these companies have to make things even more inconvenient than they already are. Also looked up Riverside penal codes beforehand to make sure I wasn't getting overcharged and knew what I was able to ask for, just in case as many reviews have said their prices are unreasonable. Eric ended up being the person processing the transaction and he was so incredibly rude - I can't even write into words but it was nearing verbal harassment. These people don't tolerate you asserting yourself to just get proof of what you're allowed to ask for - he literally screamed at me "get out of my building." He probably felt he could say whatever he wanted to me behind the one-way glass. From the reviews here with other peoples' experience with this company, these people need to learn basic manners. The most infuriating, disrespectful, trash of the earth people I've ever encountered. I get that you're doing your job and probably deal with idiots like me all day who made an honest mistake but it doesn't mean you have to be so rude about it. read more

Not a trust worthy company. My friend and I had the same experience. The tow drivers are all disrespectful and hang up on you when you are checking the status of your vehicle pick up information . The tow company representatives themselves are unethical. If you call them they are not helpful either and pretend they are aware of what's going on. My apologies to the tow drivers who are friendly and respectful to customers during a difficult time attempting to help customers with their vehicles. But over all I wouldn't choose this company as a first choice. I would lean towards maybe interstate towing or ocean shark, Pepe's towing. read more

Taking the time to post a review for exceptional service and a wonderful employee who went above and beyond to help me. My electric car battery died, and I was with my 9 month old son. I called AAA for roadside assistance and Albert from Angelo's arrived very quickly. Albert did not have the equipment needed and another driver was sent. Albert stayed with us until his next call and gave me his cell number and let me know if I ran into issues I could reach out to him. Turns out we did run into quite a few issues. Even though Albert was no longer responsible for us at all, He drove back to our location in between 2 other calls to check on my son and I. When garage clearance didn't allow tow vehicles to enter, he got a solution in place to get us out even coordinating with other drivers. Albert stayed with me for the tow and when Luis got there, they tag teamed to get us loaded as quickly as possible, showing so much compassion to my baby. I work at a local prison and a couple days ago I came out to my car got in turned the key...and nothin!!! I noticed that the light swirch was still in the on position. I called AAA and Isaiah from Angelo's Towing'/Riverside was at my car within 10 minures Isaiah hooked up the charger for the battery, it was so drained did not even turn over. Isaiah walked over to his truck stating" I am going to give you a NEW Battery -your old battery that you purchased from AAis out of warranty in 1 month so there will be NO CHARGE.
