I called them after my truck broke down on the freeway. They told me help was on the way and made me wait three full hours on the side of the road. When the driver finally showed up he brought a tiny truck instead of the flatbed I was promised. Then he tells me his office will call me and they try to hit me with some bullshit charge for AAA towing that I never agreed to. Pure scam artists. Do not use Advanced Towing. They lie, they waste your time, and they try to rip you off. Find someone honest instead. I would give them a zero star if it was possible. read more

Okay so this is legit one of the best tow truck company I came across in town, I called because my electric vehicle was completely dead in the middle of street, can't push or do anything so I was stuck, and I leave about 60 miles away, I had like 20mins left and was looking for charging stations for an hour and all wear broken or the cables wear cut, it was just crazy and radicals waited an hour or so under sun and finally found this amazing company, I called and this lady name Lauren was just an amazing person she gave me the best price you can ever find and said the drive will be there asap, I examples what car it was and they new exactly how to tow it to not damage anything, she even found me a actually working station about 6 miles away, the driver Name Rudy was also just an amazing very professional tow driver, he came and safely put dowels on this electric car and took it straight to the charging station he Evan said don't worry of this charging station doesn't work we will go to a different one, and they charged me exact number they said on the phone with even so much extra work, THANK YOU SO MUCH LARUEN AND RUDY AND THE COMPANY BEST PEOPLE IN THE GAME I RECOMMEND ONLY TO THEM IF YOU NEED HLEP PROMISE YOU!!!!!! read more

So friendly! Their customer service is great. I had a flat tire while in the Corona area and AAA was unable to get my tire off since I lacked the proper tool. We had Advanced Towing come and although it was unfortunate I had to get my car towed, I had the opportunity to meet Jarrod who was so friendly and personable. Easy to talk to and he was really understanding about the situation I was in. He helped me tow my car to a safe location overnight and I got the car towed again the morning after. This time, I had another friendly man named Sal! So nice and friendly. Very considerate. They kept hand sanitizer in their cup holders and they both kept their masks on the whole time too! It shows they care about the safety of their customers. I loved that they allowed me to just chill and relax in their passenger seat of the truck. They left the air conditioning on while they propped my car onto the truck. They even asked me if I wanted to play music of my phone via bluetooth! So nice. It was like a few friends were helping me tow my car. read more

From my Facebook post: Careful of advanced towing drivers. About to get On the 60 to the 15 on ramp and I couldn't speed up as traffic was slow in front of me, their driver carrying a white sedan (middle aged white male) honked for me to speed up so he didn't miss his on ramp and when I didn't immediately rear end the car in front of me so he could get over due to his poor planning he honked and got over anyways nearly crashing into my car and sending me off the road. I already had my windows down and I heard him yelling something like FUCK (couldn't hear) BITCH and he got right on my bumper and almost rear ended me 3 times when I had to slow as traffic slowed. I recognized the towing company from when my ex fiancé drunk drove on his way from work at norcos best and rear ended someone picking me up. Surprised a business in our little town lets their drivers drive so erratically and condones them almost getting into accidents because of their own poor driving and planning. He kept flipping me off and getting in my bumper all the way to the 6th street on ramp where I get off to go home. read more

The visit was terrible. Got my car towed 2 weeks ago and I paid for everything to get my car back and didn't get it back until two weeks later I called and to let them know to schedule an appointment and they sent me back home!! and when I went to call them again they told me I can make my appointment the following day and when I called them saying I was going in, they told me that I didn't make an appointment. I spoke to shawn why about the whole thing who gave me attitude as well and didn't get my car back until two weeks later honestly gave me a hard time. Would not recommend coming here for anything or any help or even calling here read more

Excellent customer service! I was referred to them under the most unusual circumstances. I met this company thru American Auto Body (Al - Owner) in Norco California. Please DO NOT USE American Auto Body for Restoration! Dishonest....Al is very rude when presented with questions about costs etc. Does NOT offer written estimates and is offended when you request! Enter Advanced Towing! 1. American Auto Body had taken on our restoration project and arranged for towing thru Advanced Towing (stated it was his friend) to his shop. I provided detailed pics of both classic autos prior to autos being towed by Advanced Towing. 2. When the autos arrived at his location Al had yet to provide a written estimate for restoration despite my request and seeing FULL photos of both classic cars. A. Upon perfect delivery from Advanced Towing I again requested a written estimate and references for his work. B. Within 10 minutes of my request I received a text from Al stating, "It does not appear we can work together!" This is code for, "I'm offended and I'll bill you as much as I want!" C. Immediately, I arranged for towing from Advanced Towing to another location from his shop! Advanced Towing: Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!! 1. Lauren - very professional in scheduling our tow. Respect toward me the client. Super easy to work with. 2. Towing very reasonably priced for two autos. A. Paid with CC over phone with her. 2. Driver named Albert phoned 45 minutes prior to arrival to state arrival time and confirm location. Again, very professional. A. Two BEAUTIFUL tow trucks in excellent condition arrived carrying our vintage autos just as stated they would be. B. Cars arrived in perfect condition. No damage. C. Drivers were VERY helpful and assisted my husband in placing them perfectly as requested in garage. Were NOT in a rush.....took their time in unloading of autos and placement in garage. Very professional company. Would recommend! Top notch! read more

Shot out to Clayton for helping me at an ungodly hour. I was hit by a huge R.V which in turn popped my tire and I was left for dead on the side of the road. Thanks to Clayton coming to the rescue. Medic, I'm spelling his name incorrectly.. sorry.... My Yukon broke down, fuel pump, towing service was there within 15 minutes, it was 105 outside, Metic offered us to sit in the truck while we waited for him to load the car. The challenge was, we had our two bikes on the bike rack. He got it done and then home, from there unloaded the bikes and took the car to GMC dealership. All of this on a Saturday.. outstanding customer service , would hire them and hope if we ever call AAA in our area we get Metic again. read more

Advanced Towing is awesome. I had a serious tire issue. They dispatched and were at my location in short order. Daniel, the tow truck operator, was extremely competent and empathetic. The dispatcher was a complete jerk. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I guess when you get a contract from triple AAA, you don't need customers anymore and you can treat people in distress horribly. read more

AAA is the company I used to tow my husband's vehicle from the auto shop. Advanced Towing refused to Tow because we were not present and or the registered owner was not using his membership to Tow. I was using my membership. I explained to the guy that was towing, over the phone, that my husband has a membership and we can use his card simply by contacting AAA to make the change. All of 5 minutes. He refused to Tow. Upon checking, there could have been a policy exception for the auto shop to release the vehicle. When I followed up with dispatch, the lady took no accountability for her lack of customer service. She could have asked if the registered owner was a member. She did nothing to decrease any inconvenience for her customer. In fact, She is the one that instructed the person towing the vehicle not to Tow. This company has a contract with AAA, therefore a policy exception should have been something she is aware of. She was very nonchalant and did not apologize for any inconvenience.Horrible customer service. AAA sent another company out to pick up my vehicle to include a policy exception. read more

Richard was great! Extremely kind and professional. I will be giving him a call next time I have car trouble. Thank you!!

I mean we clearly know where this review is going, RICHARD IS AMAZING! My car broke down on my way to work with my kid in it. After looking around and getting ridiculous prices, I finally got a hold of Richard at advanced towing. Under a very stressful situation he managed to take all the stress away. He loaded the car promptly and securely onto his flatbed, And one arriving to the destinations, Like a professional he is he unloaded with no hesitation or help. I walked away with a huge smile. My son would say he's kid friendly to thank you advance towing for helping this mama! read more

This review is for the tow truck driver, Richard. I can't really vouch for the company as Richard is the only one we dealt with....so I would recommend requesting him! We called AAA to have one of the kids cars towed from the house to the tire store. It's a 4-wheel drive classic Bronco (it's her baby!) and needed a flatbed. Communication was great, he called when on the way and came to the door when he arrived. He was super friendly and very careful and efficient in getting the truck up onto the flatbed. We followed him to the tire store and same care was taken in unloading the truck there. We will be requesting him anytime we need a tow. read more

Disclaimer: this rating is for the truck used to tow my vehicle and NOT for the amazing driver of truck #4. We had an interesting experience with truck #4. The headlights on the vehicle were so dim that we couldn't really see in front of us. In addition to this, when it started raining, only 1 of 2 windshield wipers worked. We were concerned for not only our safety, but the safety of the driver who drives this vehicle for many other customers, under many different weather conditions, and during all hours of the day. Furthermore, it is not safe for other drivers on the road, as they couldn't see us as well when we had to change lanes. This vehicle exudes too many risks for both people in the vehicle as well as others on the road for it to be an acceptable service vehicle. read more

Superb customer service. Waited 10 min. Friendly and helpful staff. I didn't need a town home, the tech showed me how to get the gear into position again to drive hoMe. Thank you to the great help last night and this morning when you towed it in to the dealer. Thanks a million! read more

I'd like to thank the lady at the front desk at Advanced Towing for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to help us get the release form needed to get our car out of impound. If it wasn't for her help, we probably still wouldn't have our car back. I am also impressed with their reasonable pricing. Now I know who to go to for any future towing needs. Thank you so much. Keep up the excellent customer service. Thank you to the lady at the front desk for also always keeping a smile on her face and for being super nice. Treated us with respect. Brandon was amazing! came pretty quick and got me towed home safely. customer service is a++ with this one! Thanks Brandon!

I have to say that there are no words to describe how horrific this company is. Unprofessional, rude, CARELESS with your vehicle. The driver carelessly hooked up my car and when they dropped it off at the shop destination they damaged the front end of my car by releasing the car when the tow truck lift was at its steeps angle. When the driver was approached on his carelessness he just shrugged his shoulder. This company has no business touching anyone's vehicle let alone operating under these conditions. read more

My car started making funny noises on the way to work today; ended up calling AAA. They gave me a really long ETA. I was freezing (it was cold out) and frustrated, so I called dispatch directly and explained my situation. Literally 15 mins later Sal, one of the tow techs, called me and told me he was 8 minutes away. When he arrived, he took over everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I appreciate Advanced Towing, and I appreciate Sal's helpfulness and friendliness. It means a lot because I was so stressed out - cold morning with a broken down car on the way to work. Thank you, Advanced Towing. Made my day better. read more

Advanced towing went above and beyond to help me yesterday. AAA kept dispatching the wrong service and first it was 25 minute wait, called AAA back then it was another 1/2 hour, called the 3rd time and it was over 2 hours to get a battery jump. After waiting in the heat for 2 hours, I called Advanced Towing, spoke to the dispatcher, who was awesome. Requested a tow and William was out within 10 minutes, towed me to Moss where I had a new battery put in. Thank you Advanced Towing. read more

So AAA dispatched Advanced Towing to my stranded auto. They responded within 45 minutes on a busy Friday evening and the driver was kind enough to escort my wife and I into the cab since we were stranded on the left shoulder of the fast pass lane on the 91 freeway with cars buzzing all around. He was also nice enough to place the car where I asked. The less than ideal experience happened when he told me I had to pay cash--mind you we were already aboard and the AAA dispatch had already given me rates and that their company would accept all forms of payment. I suggested that they call me tomorrow when their dispatch gets back in, but they insisted that they had to have cash at midnight and that I would have to go to an ATM. Luckily I had sufficient funds, but the experience was already stressful to have extra surprises thrown at us. Maybe a minor complaint, but in this day and age of charge fobs where I can charge at a food truck, there isn't really an excuse. F read more

There's no words to describe how horrific this company is. Unprofessional, rude, careless... everything you can imagine that would make you NOT want to do business with someone. Tow driver (Richard) wasn't wearing a mask and when asked to put it on he said "Really? You're uncomfortable?" As if that's EVER a question to ask your customer during a pandemic. He put it on but later had taken it off again. If that doesn't show how little this guy cares about his customers safety idk what does. Hugely unprofessional and absolutely insane that he had to be ASKED to wear his mask during a worldwide pandemic. We were forced to use this tow service through AAA. read more

The Worst tow yard I have ever experienced, charging $230 for tow from down the street, legal highway robbery, in total I paid $1800 to get a vehicle out and I was treated with total disrespect with their staff, the two old women who work there are the most rudest people in town. If I'm paying $1800 to get a vehicle out I should treated with some decency, These two old women should be in there nursing homes then working with the public.
