I found Super Service on yelp and saw that they had a 60 point vehicle inspection. I went to the shop and was greeted by Ben who was very friendly and was able to give a detailed diagnostic of my car. I even received a break down of what my car needed along with cost for each service. Not only were there pictures but also videos of what's wrong with the car explaining how that affects the car. My car needed to remove and replace the serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulley and everything was done by the end of the day. You can tell they really care about the quality of their service by how clean and organized their garage is. There's also drinks and snacks while you wait. Ben also gave me a free shirt!

The 1st time I thought all went well, until when he had the car delivered, on the receipt was stamped 6 mos warranty! Well, after I authorized him to repair the transmission....he said that he would give me a 1 year warranty. WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready!
