Alex picked up the phone when I called, was able to give me a quote based on photos I provided and was on time to complete the repairs. He also picked up the part which was awesome! I had Alex give me a quote for electrical job for some off-road lights on my bumper and he came the following day for that repair. He saw that the lights were installed with speaker wire by a previous mechanic, he went and purchased new wire with all of the connectors and had to rewire this all the way to the switch when this was only supposed to be a simple wiring job at the bumper. 10.17.25 I noticed the temp needle on my car while driving was going higher than it should be, almost reached "H" until I immediately pulled over, turned it off and realized that I had no type of coolant, completely dry. NO message or call was given to let me know that they have a scheduling challenge. Wasted three days of time not looking for other options to get car repaired. Thanks IE Mobile Mechanic Pros, but not really. Yelp does not allow zero or a negative number of stars. That is the true measure of this service. Timeline of events: I send a request to set up an appointment day and time via the Yelp app on 2/25 (Sunday), hear no response like other reviewers received so timely. Monday, 2/26, I call and set up an appointment with the gentleman on the other end of the call. I send my address, list the car's problems and ask that he confirm for Wednesday (2/28) morning which we verbally agreed to (10:30 a.m.). I hear no response, so I follow up on Tuesday Tuesday (2/27) text message to follow-up on confirming the date, time and receipt of my information (address, make/model of car, possible mechanical issues) Wednesday morning (2/28) via text and phone call. Wednesday morning I am told that he has to check with another client about whether they are still on and will receive a call back. UPDATE - March 2: ABSOLUTELY no follow-up for their missed 2/28 appointment. The A/C on my Toyota Camary was not blowing cold air. I texted Alex to see if he was taking appointments on Labor Day, which was only one day notice. He agreed to meet me on Labor Day. I asked for a ball park estimate. He told me the diagnostic is free. Alex diagnosed the problem on Labor Day and the temperature outside was over 100 degrees.
