Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. Based on that, I brought my Suburban in before a 6,000-mile road trip for my daughter's college move-in. Josiah and Kenni walked me through everything it needed, and the truck runs just like new. Fair prices, honest work, great people. Do yourself a favor and give them your business -- I won't take my cars anywhere else.

My wife's BMW was losing coolant, so I took it to Super Service after reading good reviews. Reviews aside, I'm still always skeptical, but I'm so glad I made the decision. Benjamin was very professional and knowledgeable. they had her car diagnosed within the hour, and my wife was back on the road in less time than it would take most other shops just to get the problem figured out. And not only did she drive away with her shiny new water pump, while we were there, she had joked if Benjamin could fix the side of her driver seat that was falling apart (cheap BMW plastic) When we picked up the car, the seat was fixed! NO CHARGE! It's nice to know I again have a go-to, honest, very reasonably priced, and speedy auto repair shop for those times you need it. Very pleased.

Just…read morerecently, I took my car in January to repair the clutch actuator in my hybrid and they took 4 months to complete the repair after trial and error. They took on a bigger project than they were qualified for, damaging a part after another, eventually replacing the hybrid battery and transmission. They always had an excuse pushing the deadline on every single inbound call. After applying daily pressure on them on a continuous basis , I finally received my car in April, however, the shop still owes me $583 for one of the car rentals they told me to purchase. I kept calling to retrieve the money but they didn't keep their word and denied paying me back. I could have easily placed a lien on the business for $583 with all the proof to retrieve my money but you know my good heart didn't follow through. Instead, writing this review will sting bigger and is the least I can do for the people. Im an easy going guy but after going through this extensive car repair, we decided to pull away from doing any future business for the wrong doing and unprofessionalism of their actions. I believe it's only right for everyone to hear about this and avoid what I went through, therefore, save yourself a headache. The owner is not a man of his word. This will bake in slowly. P.S. Like any mechanic shop it's busy and there is a bit of organized chaos but I can say for J's they keep it all pretty clean and organized. I took my 2011 Honda civic sedan in and I needed a few things covered. An oil leak, my air conditioning, and my speedometer was still on but not showing how fast I've been going. J had it for about 45 min (they were busy) and he was able to run diagnostics, find the oil leak and figure out the pump was out in my car. I don't particularly like sharing number but in my research and at a Honda dealership I would have been in the hole 3k easily and 1k of that would have just been for the diagnostics. Jay was more than fair with his price and Was straight forward with the price, but it did not break the bank and when you know you have a good mechanic you don't have to question your trust in them. Needless to say my car is running perfectly, everything is fixed and not only has J's have my trust and respect they have e a loyal customer. The quality of work matches the integrity of its owner and leader J. He has his family come in and help and honestly just meeting his kids and having passive conversations with them I could say if I knew nothing about J, his kids reflect integrity, hard work, and perspective. I will keep my promise to bring yall lunch ones the school year starts and again thank you for The honest and hard work. There is handicap and standard parking in front. I have been coming to J&A Automotive for over 20 years bringing all my vehicles in for repairs and maintenance and their work remains awesome. On he last job he did for me he told me he thought someone stole my catalytic converter, and I said , I think the muffler just fell off, then he said bring it in early in the morning so he could look at it and get the parts for it, he changed me 320, and did absolutely nothing to it but slip it back on and tighten it back on which takes like 5 minutes, cause when I moved it fell off and I had to put it back on, then I took it to a muffler shop and asked if anything was replaced, they said no, it was all the original part, he is a thief. So I tried to contact him but he just ignored me, so im letting his costumers know what a fake he is and if you do business with him ask for the part boxes and your extra parts when dealing with a crook. I also let the bbb know about his business dealings Oh I caught him before to charging me for parts I didn't need, but I still lived there , and he reversed the charges, lol

He was right, it was the part he thought but instead of a crack it was fully broken in half! Luckily, he is a welder and I didn't need to buy a new piece.
