My splashguard was hanging down and ChatGPT suggested I bring the car to Mota based on their customer reviews. It was also important to me that they were open on Saturday. They were quick, professional and informative. I walked out of there for around $50. I was very impressed and will DEFINITELY be going back to them for any future service on my 2015 Honda Accord! read more

I was looking to purchase a vehicle around the area and called them for a last minute pre sale inspection and they were available. I was very satisfied with the detailed inspection, service requested and the fact that they send me the report digitally was great - which included pictures of each description of the items. Appreciate the immediate support, friendliness and professionalism by all the employees. Luis was very helpful. I totally recommend this shop. The cost was matched the prices I got around tithe area. Thank you again. read more

Like any normal person I don't trust any mechanic so I searched for the best one of the best reviews and decided to give these guys a try. I came in with a list of things I needed to fix on my car. He gave me a quote the same day I approved it. He got it done the next day. He got my AC back to subzero temperatures so that alone deserves a five star!!!! read more

Excellent service at Mota Auto Repair! I needed to get my catalytic converter replaced, and they were able to get the job done the same day. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They took care of everything quickly and gave me a great price. It's hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop that offers quality work at a fair price, but Mota Auto Repair definitely delivered. I'm very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. I'll definitely be coming back for any future repairs! read more

Great service ! David is amazing and so is Luis and Alex! They even wiped down the chair for me because I have OCD! I'll be back!!!!

Alex and David were so helpful and caring. Very reasonable pricing for services- and done well. Good people:)

We were traveling and had to pick a repair place in Corona and fortunately we picked Mota Auto Repair and it worked out really great. Our 2016 Honda CRV needed a replacement hose replacement spark plugs and clean the throttlebody and they did it all in the same day with no Advanced Notice and it was a reasonable price. The whole job only cost $900. Also, it is obvious that they have a very high volume of knowledge there and expertise and they do a lot of business because they are fair and helpful and timely. Spent about 3 1/2 hours there and saw many customers come and go and they were all happy. read more

Decided to check places and saw reviews on both , Yelp and Google and came to get an oil change, was in and out and they recommended a couple of future repairs , very nice people. read more

Called about a AC actuator the gentleman on the phone David said bring it inn so we can inspect it. I drove inn he looked at it and told me we will check it out for you at no charge and we will give you a quote. I was shocked because no shop will ever check a vehicle with out charging a fee that tells you a lot about the business. They really care about their customers service. I would 100% recommend their shop very trustworthy and good people. read more

Unfortunately my experience with this shop was great until it wasn't. I came looking for a quick install on some parts I sourced myself. I brought OEM parts that were installed no problem. The service was great, quick, and simple. I came back to pick up my car very excited. Unfortunately there was a pretty nasty scratch on my car that I %100 know was not there beforehand. This just seemed like such a hassle and a nuisance especially on a car that is newer and I care about a lot. At the end of the day the only real solution is a complete repaint for mistake that a little bit more caution could have prevented. read more

Awesome service and can't thank these guys enough! Huge shout out to Alex and David for taking care of me. I stopped by with my 3rd Gen 4Runner which I couldn't open the driver door and was closed shut (couldn't open from the inside or out). Since this car is extremely old, finding parts for it can be a pain. Other car shops suggested replacing the entire inside door handle assembly and were quoting extremely high prices just to take the door panel off. I decided to stop by Mota and was greeted by Alex who was super cool and down to earth. He gave his assessment and quoted an EXTREMELY fair price to remove the door panel. He mentioned that if anything else needed repair, he would disclose it as they found out, which I found completely fair (instead of other shops requiring the customer to purchase parts ahead of time with the idea of not knowing it'll work or not). Anyways, Alex mentioned they were busy since it was a Monday but they'll try to take a look at it the same day if not the following day. I wasn't in any hurry so I didn't mind. So I dropped off my truck and went to work. To my surprise I get a call in the afternoon that same day from Mota saying that they had finished the repair! The best part was the culprit was only a $4 clip that needed replacing! Since I was stuck at work and couldn't sneak out combined with really bad traffic. I couldn't pick up my truck that same day. Mota was extremely accommodating by storing my truck in the garage for the night and I picked it the next morning. I am so happy with their work and they will be my go to shop moving forward. Honest people, amazing work and an extreme pleasure to deal with. Again huge shoutout to Alex and David! Their customer service is top notch! Definitely stop by and they can take care of all your vehicle needs read more

5 Stars - Outstanding Service! We can't say enough good things about Mota Mechanic Shop. After taking our Dodge RAM van to three other mechanic shops with no success, Mota was the only one able to accurately diagnose and repair the issue. Their team was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From start to finish, we felt confident that our vehicle was in good hands. They didn't try to upsell us or push unnecessary repairs just straightforward, quality work at a fair price. It's clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, look no further than Mota. They've earned our business for life! read more

Ran over a tire on highway and was hearing a rattle. Told I had an exhaust leak at another shop that doesn't do exhausts. Brought it in to Mota and they found out it was two small bent metal strips, no leaks. They fixed it and didn't want to charge me due to it being so minor. Great customer service, they offered me free chilled drinks while I waited (a plus in this heat) and were very kind and humble. read more

Amazing service these guys are super kind and very honest. I had an issue with my brake system which they were able to diagnose and they told me straight up how much the estimate would be. Highly Recommend MOTA Auto Repair When my son's 2012 Volkswagen CC Sport wouldn't drive forward, a friend recommended MOTA Auto Repair -- and we're so glad they did. Within an hour of my first call, they had my car towed to their shop. Luis was incredibly kind, took the time to listen, and gave me complete confidence to trust them with the repair. Alex followed up right away, going over the full quote before any work started. The transmission went out and he even sent detailed photos and clear explanations of everything they found -- very impressive communication. When I visited the shop and met Luis and Alex in person, I immediately felt their genuine passion for helping people. There was laughter, real conversation, and an obvious concern for customer safety and satisfaction. The price was fair, the turnaround was fast, and the service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend MOTA -- great work, great communication, and even greater people! read more

On October 21th, 2024, I came into the shop without an appointment for a full synthetic oil change. They had a $49.95 coupon on their website; and they said they would honor it. Veronica works the front desk and it is her family that owns this repair shop. She was so friendly and thoughtful. They got me out right away in less than 45 minutes! People were greeted and taken care of within a few minutes, despite it being a busy shop. Everything was great! Free drinks too! I will be going back today or tomorrow for the same service! read more

loud clicking noise from the driver side front suspension has been bothering me for weeks. I've brought it to multiple repair shops to have it checked out; some of them were Tesla certified. But no one seemed to be able to identify the issue or fix it. They all quoted me different issues such as the axle and tie rod. Then I came to Moto Auto repair, and Luis gook one good look at it, told me it was a simple washer missing from a nut. After about 5 min, the noise was gone, and the repair was completed. This is what "years of experience" gets you. Amazing quality! 100% recommend. read more

Long story short I got an old car back up and running, filled the gas tank all the way to the neck and it was leaking everywhere. I called shops near by and some were busy or some couldn't answer. MOTA picked up the phone right away , they guided me which precautions to take getting the vehicle to their shop. They were able to get me back on the road safely. Thanks again fellas read more

Took my car in to have the rotors and brake pads replaced I supplied the parts was quoted $150 which fair because two years I took my car there and had the same thing done and it was only $100. when they put my car on the rack, all of a sudden he ask oh you want all 4 replaced? Then he said it would be $300. an hour for the front and an hour for the back. The job only took 56 minutes. I asked why charge me for 2 hours and he replied because he put my car first. Talk about trying to make excuses for overcharging me when last time it was only $100 for all four to be replaced. That's OK I was gonna have them do at least $2000 worth of front end work on my car but not now. I lost all faith in their honesty. read more

Mota auto took care of me despite the fact I couldn't make the time they told me to come back when I showed up with no appointment. They were extremely busy at the moment, but still gave me a time to come back the next day, and had me out within 45 minutes. I went in for an AC recharge, reasonable price for quality work mind you, but they were still extremely friendly, even though I felt bad for not making it back the day before. Very great customer service and my AC blows so cold, I need a jacket in the car at all times in case. Alex warned me about how cold it was too and I know now he was not lying.
