The repair facility diagnoses? The repair performed in order to correct the concern? Toyota wanted $400+ to clean the fan and change the air filter for the big battery!?! John quoted me $120. First positive is that he showed up on time. Second, he vacuumed the filter, showed me the fan is clean, and put it all back as a courtesy, no charge! Third, he gave me some advice on another issue I was having with mice in the car. I'll be calling Swell Hybrid the next time my Prius needs service. Thank you John!

Tong got me a good engine with 60K miles on it straight from Japan not some off known place. He had it done in less than a week..I've now gone 8,000 miles on new engine and absolutely NO PROBLEMS. He has since fixed my Starter, A/C fan, blower motor, numerous oil changes, temp gauge for my AC as well. He is kind, very very good at what he does and reliable and professional.
