They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I don't live nearby but I will absolutely be coming back for all future service. They really take pride and joy in making sure that everything is done well and will provide a solution with the utmost customer service.

The great thing is.... Valentine does!!! That's why I only trust Valentine and his crew to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair my vintage 2007 Toyota Prius. It has 200K miles on it and I am hoping to put another 200K on it with Valentine's help. This time it was a bad fuel pump that was damaged after I ran out of gas and tried to start the car several times. Now, let me ask an engineering & design question. Would you integrate the fuel pump inside of the fuel tank so that when (not if) the fuel pump fails, you have to replace the entire gas tank assembly?? After all... this is not rocket science!!! Who designed this??? Valentine was very accommodating and explained the problem and the solution to me before any work started. This makes any customer confident that he brought his vehicle to the right place. I highly recommend these guys to work on your hybrid vehicle.

The car drove for maybe a week before we had to return (glad we got the warranty) and get the transmission replaced AGAIN. The month long warranty is now expired and of course, the engine light is still on. They suggested I replace the hybrid battery next for a couple grand. I took it to the dealership. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Hi he "fixed" Prius and sold it to me. Basically Prius have been bought from his client. He said he rebuild battery but it died the next day I bought it. I made huge research before buying Prius and asked a few tech questions which should be easy for him such as we're cells swapped, and was the cell balancing done. He didn't understand none of them. So basically I wasn't surprised that battery failed... but it's pitty. went to another shop and they said that previously battery been touched but assembled very bad. ( I also found a lot of "extra bolts" in my trunk.) They also said that new cells are used one and not in the perfect shape. Overall he just made this battery looks like ok, but as soon as car gets into heavy traffic, when battery works most, it fails. I been told that no rotation been made, looks like this gentleman just replaced the total dead cells. I wouldn't go to him, and wish this story to help others not to buy cars and not to give him cars, he will make dramma and buy your car for cheap to make low skilled fix and he also will refuse warranty... He been showing me this account and asked to call the number, and all mached. So he also can try to sell you a car by jumping a title. Tesla repairs, installs, maintenance, etc etc etc. anything but custom, this isn't really a full custom place( call and ask) but if you are looking to keep your tesla on the road without going through tesla center($). This is the next stop. Only down side is that parking is very limited, it is relatively hard to find, and there isn't really a designated waiting area. That being said, all repairs or work is on appointment based only to reduce this problem, there are 3 other shops near by that make it easier to find once you locate the sign. As far as waiting area, there is a american style diner down the street it's good but waiting 2-3 hours can be a bit of a drag so make sure to bring a charger or some entertainment device. (resturant is very understanding, due to lots of mechanic shops down the street to them so they don't kick you out, just buy something and don't disturb the rest of the guests there[common sense]) Overall David and his team are very nice open about their experience, work, and most importantly they are not shy about giving you a quote but keep in mind if there are other problems as they fix things, these are unavoidable adages based off the problem; is not exclusive to this shop. read more

My 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range had a squeaking noise whenever I turned the steering wheel, and the team took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of guessing. They performed a thorough inspection, clearly explained what was worn, provided photos, and walked me through the recommended repairs. I ended up replacing the front suspension components they identified, and the difference is night and day. Highly recommend Electric City. My 2015 Tesla Model S suddenly showed the CHG_u015 alert: "Supercharging / DC Fast Charging Disabled, Try AC Charging." Tesla remotely reviewed the issue and suggested the onboard charging assembly might need replacement, with an estimated cost of over $3,000. I also checked with other EV shops and received mixed responses including $1200 for charging assembly and long wait times. Electric City diagnosed my car the very next day after drop-off, provided a loaner option. They cleared the fault and restored Supercharging with no unnecessary repairs and only charged the diagnosis fee instead of jumping straight to parts replacement. Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They even gave me helpful advice on an unrelated issue with my Lexus. Great experience overall. read more

Even though my particular repair ended up done somewhere else (DIY), they still took the time to inspect my Tesla, explain everything they found, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Or if there were major issues to expect down the road, I could look into getting a new car instead of fixing this one. Ethan V. greeted me on his lunch break but made sure to listen to why I was there and gave me an idea of how long the wait would be and what to expect. Fortunately the car had a nearly clean bill of health. That is to be expected because I kept up with regular maintenance on the car. But they did recommend a few items to address to extend the useful life of the car: (1) Control Arms and Bushings had moderate wear, (2) my second set of tires had 3mm of tread, (3) the cabin air filter was a little worse for wear. My main concern, and why I brought it to this shop, was for hybrid red flags like battery issues. As Ethan explained to me, without taking apart the hybrid battery, it would not be possible to give a comprehensive health check for it. But since there were no error codes that came up that would indicate a problem with the hybrid system, the battery was still in good condition. He mentioned an anecdote of other Niros he's seen that that had 200k with the original battery to allay my concerns. He mentioned that I should also consider replacing the spark plugs probably due the mileage of the car. After giving me an estimate on what the cost would be if I decided to have them work on the issues, he said he could apply the paid inspection cost on the work if I decided to proceed in the next 30 days. Overall I had a great first visit with Electron and would consider returning if I decide to move forward with the recommended upkeep repairs.

Cesar said they skipped the rotation because my car "didn't need it" but tires should be rotated every 5k and I was due. My car still had OEM tires with wheel locks, and the dealership had neglected to give me the key to remove the tires, which I didn't know at the time. Bad on the dealer, bad on Electron, they almost certainly noticed and could've flagged it instead of the brush-off. Months later I had a blowout and couldn't change the tire because of that missing key. Would've saved me from being stranded. Friendly staff, mystery oil change, phantom rotation.

They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I don't live nearby but I will absolutely be coming back for all future service. They really take pride and joy in making sure that everything is done well and will provide a solution with the utmost customer service.

The great thing is.... Valentine does!!! That's why I only trust Valentine and his crew to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair my vintage 2007 Toyota Prius. It has 200K miles on it and I am hoping to put another 200K on it with Valentine's help. This time it was a bad fuel pump that was damaged after I ran out of gas and tried to start the car several times. Now, let me ask an engineering & design question. Would you integrate the fuel pump inside of the fuel tank so that when (not if) the fuel pump fails, you have to replace the entire gas tank assembly?? After all... this is not rocket science!!! Who designed this??? Valentine was very accommodating and explained the problem and the solution to me before any work started. This makes any customer confident that he brought his vehicle to the right place. I highly recommend these guys to work on your hybrid vehicle.

They were beyond reasonable in pricing every step of the way and very well organized. We picked up the car and everything was done exactly as expected, the price was exactly what he had quoted us and what we had approved (unlike other shady shops who tack things on later).
