Long overdue review, but this is absolutely the best towing service I have ever used without question. Haya was super communicative with getting me a quote to have my car towed from a 4-story car garage. His rates were easily the best of the 5 places we checked out and something about his demeanor set him apart. On the day of the tow, Haya's previous appointment ended up taking more time than he anticipated, but he called to let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. Once there, he managed to get my car hooked up to his truck, even though it was in one of the tightest spots imaginable. Additionally, he managed to navigate down to the first floor and through an area with literally no extra space to spare. I almost couldn't believe how easy he made it all look. My car was filthy due to the fact that it had said vacant for 2+ years, but he never complained once. In addition, he drove the car to the repair shop I requested and followed every instruction to a tee, even sending photos to confirm that he had left the car in the designated space and dropped off the keys in the dropbox. This review is long overdue. My parked was hit late at night by another driver on Super Bowl Sunday. After calling insurance and putting in a claim, I needed to get my car towed to the closest body shop in Santa Ana that was approved by my insurance carrier. I called multiple tow services on Yelp and no one picked up. I called I Tow U late at night and thankfully they picked up. I was given a price and an ETA on arrival. Pricing is $125 for the tow and $5 per mile. My invoice totaled $150 for the tow. Imad showed up at 2AM and handled the tow. Weird tow. It was kind of weird that they found it insulting that I expected good communication, on time pick up, and on time delivery. I called the guy 2 hours after the car was due in to my mechanic, and he said they did not go to pick up the car because they don't waste time, until customer calls them looking for where the tow is. Thank you Imad! I bought a car in Irvine and needed it transported to San Jose. I used a shipping company where 3 different drivers committed and then backed out (two on the transport day).
