This review is long overdue. My parked was hit late at night by another driver on Super Bowl Sunday. After calling insurance and putting in a claim, I needed to get my car towed to the closest body shop in Santa Ana that was approved by my insurance carrier. Haya was super communicative with getting me a quote to have my car towed from a 4-story car garage. His rates were easily the best of the 5 places we checked out and something about his demeanor set him apart. On the day of the tow, Haya's previous appointment ended up taking more time than he anticipated, but he called to let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. Once there, he managed to get my car hooked up to his truck, even though it was in one of the tightest spots imaginable. Additionally, he managed to navigate down to the first floor and through an area with literally no extra space to spare. I almost couldn't believe how easy he made it all look. My car was filthy due to the fact that it had said vacant for 2+ years, but he never complained once.
