I had dropped my son off at school and this is one of the first shops I found that had just opened, so it was perfect timing. They're located next to the corner gas station just off of Katella and Dale so it was easy to find. As soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted by Tim. He asked me what I needed and told him I needed some tires for my staggered set of wheels. He was surprised by what I needed after being surprised that o was going to slap some 19 inch wheels on a 05' Honda odyssey lol. But after hearing what I needed he got to thinking and was able to get me what I needed at a good price. Told him that I had plans on having it lowered as well and asked if they were able to do it which he confirmed they could and to come back when I was ready. I was in and out with my wheels and tires mounted and balanced all within less than 45 min. I got my lowering springs a couple days later and showed up to the shop right after they opened. Tim was there again to greet me and asked if I was ready to lower it and as soon as I said yes, they got to work. As they started on the car, they noticed one of my rear shocks leaking and recommending I get new ones. The price they quoted me on it was cheaper than I expected based off previous experiences and told them to go ahead and do it. They were able to lower the car and change out both rear shocks for a killer deal. Took them about 3 1/2 hours to finish. Both experiences went better than I could ever expect. I've been to other shops for tires and suspension needs and nowhere has been as fast, well priced, and done with quality work as much as Tim and his guys. My wife was just es impressed and agreed that this is going to be the place to go for any similar future needs on any of our vehicles. Tim and his guys are amazing and honest with great quality work! Don't waste your time looking at other shops when this is the only place you need to go to!

They have a customer lounge area that has a tv as well as complementary wifi, coffee, and water. The staff was honest and friendly. They performed a free brake inspection and gave me honest feedback on the brake pad level as well as the brake fluid change interval. The price for the full synthetic oil change was also great.

I reached out to several shops and couldn't get an estimate of the cost of a replacement. I called Hip at EV Tires and told him what was going on. He gave me a quote for replacing the alternator over the phone. I took my truck in, and he was able to replace the alternator that day. This was my second experience with EV Tires and Hip and I was very pleased.

Today we needed to have service to the 2006 Pontiac GTO because the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We could not feel cold air coming out from the vents. We explained that this was something that needs fixing because we need to be comfortable in the car. The cost of the repairs was reasonable and they could complete the repairs in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. The value of great service can't be denied and Darin and Fred always go out their way to accommodate us and it does not go unnoticed! The owner or management for American Tire Depot should applaud these men and the other staff because they definitely have that extra measure of respect and care and should be applauded for outstanding customer service! I've been coming to this America's Tire location for years to have multiple flat tires repaired (lol), and I'm so grateful they offer this service at no cost. It's one of the many reasons I keep coming back. This visit was another great experience. Huge thanks to Luis and Jesus for their outstanding customer service. They checked all of my tire pressures, topped them off with air where needed, and even helped me get a price match on a pair of TRICO Apex Si silicon ceramic windshield wipers that I've been needing for my car. Luis even helped install them for me on the spot after I purchased them. As someone who isn't especially knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated how patient they were with all of my questions. They explained everything clearly, never made me feel rushed or talked down to, and made the whole experience approachable and stress-free. It's not easy walking into an auto shop by yourself (especially as a woman). Having a team that genuinely takes the time to educate rather than upsell me made such a lasting impression. I also have to mention how efficient they were. This location has air conditioning, complimentary coffee and water, and Wi-Fi in the waiting area. Even then, I barely had enough time to set up my work laptop before my car was ready. Having an appointment probably helped, so I'd definitely recommend scheduling one ahead of time if you can. I've trusted this location for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I'll continue coming back. Haven't been to this location since 2023. I had 3 new tires placed on my vehicle in 2022 and had…read moreissues since. I attempted to get to the bottom of the problem but after basically being told they didn't know and couldn't help me here I stopped going. It was suggested by an outside mechanic that the issue was being caused by the 1 tire being a different brand with my car being a 4 wheel drive. I knew eventually I'd need to go back as I waited for the 1 tire I didn't change to wear down. Went in today hoping that the issue would be fixed because I'd finally have a set of matching tires again. Was greeted and helped by Keith, the manager, and was blown away by the friendliness and just happiness he had. You don't often see people at work in such cheerful moods. It was so nice to see him interact with his staff, all of them smiling and interacting well with one another. He took two seconds to look at the tire that was different and immediately went I know exactly what the problem is. I needed an alignment. How had it taken him a split second to notice my problem - what took this location in 2023 three visits, replacements of the brand new tires I originally bought (in which I had to pay again to warranty the second set of new tires) and a problem that lasted me almost 3 years. I ended up needing to replace two tires and fix a third that had a nail in it. With no appointment we were taken care of so quick. And although they couldn't complete the alignment there he quickly found us the closest Americas Tire location (in Cerritos) to our house and we were on our way. We went straight to the next location and paid a flat rate for an alignment with excellent customer service as well. I can't thank Keith and all the team at both this garden grove location and Cerritos for finally figuring out the problem and getting it taken care of so fast. I finally felt heard about my issue and felt genuine care from the team as they worked to properly correct this issue for me. Keith totally changed how I felt about the garden grove Location and turned a dreaded appointment into relief.

About a week later, I came back for service and needed to replace a sensor. The price was fair. The service was good. Tony was friendly and helpful. The shop is clean, service was very fast, and parking is easy.
