1/6/2026: Frank from Fullerton Hadley came over early this morning for my AAA request for a tow. The ETA was a reasonable 55 minutes but Frank came by within 35 min and gave me a friendly heads up call. We were happily surprised at the fast arrival. Frank was SUPER nice and professional. Due to a vehicle battery issue, a professional technician arrived through AAA. Although the ETA was given as 1 hour, he arrived in about 20 minutes. After inspecting the battery, he determined that it had reached the end of its lifespan and recommended replacement. Since it was already late, the battery was replaced on the spot. I drive a 20+ year old vehicle and was having issues with my key fob/starter and he helped me solve the issue in a matter of seconds. On Wednesday night 12/7/2022 at approximately 1730 I called AAA requesting for a flatbed. They sent me Hadley tow with a regular tow truck ridiculing my car saying why does a Honda need a flatbed it's a Honda that's what their female dispatcher said over the phone and the tow driver said he was supposedly was informed of an old Honda. It shouldn't matter what kind of car it is. If a client requested a flatbed you bring a flatbed. So this guy takes a pic of my car to send to his boss or dispatch and tells me I have to sign a waiver if the car gets damaged by them. And asked to take a photo of the car, but declined the tow for being lowered anyway. My car is the same height as a stock Porsche 911 . Hadley claimed to AAA that my car was too low. Mind you my car didn't have the front bumper on and it's been towed by other tow companies with no problem assigned by AAA. I called AAA again apparently AAA requested for a picture of my car from Hadley. But Hadley told AAA they had no pictures of my car when I witnessed their driver taking pictures of my car. Which leaves me very puzzled and kind of contemplating on if theft might be happening in front me. Why would you take a picture of my car and not send it to your supervisor or bosses when asked. Most of car theft happens by tow. But what I don't get is they're quick to send me a Hadley scout to scout my car. AAA requested Hadley again so they started delaying the tow request by 4 hrs and then claim to be so busy that they cannot come down because of COVID all of a sudden. Which doesn't add up at all. So I wonder how many cars that are the same height as a Porsche, race cars like Lambo or Ferraris did they decline? I've been a member of AAA for 7 or more yrs now this the first. I also have other cars that are similar in height that were towed by other tow companies with no issues. Hadley Tow why even be under contract with AAA if you're not gonna fulfill the calls and request of clients but instead belittle their cars because of the requests for a flatbed. So my friend also had AAA he called it in also to see if he'll get a different result. The new Hadley tow truck driver called my car a Miata saying that he thought it was a different car. Apparently their dispatched black balled my car so none of their drivers would tow it. The new tow driver instead of taking pictures of the car from the side he took a picture of the car from the top of the car with camera pointing down so the car looks much lowered than it is and kept saying the car is modified and AAA will not cover my car. Mind you I've been a member of AAA for sometime now. My car has been towed by other companies with no problem. So I took my own picture. As you can see there's wheel gap between frame and tires and how high it is from the ground with no front bumper. read more

Why do you hire terrible employees? Especially creepy ones. They took three hours to get to my car, despite the fact their place of service was only 5 minutes away. They even passed my car twice when I had called them. They took and hour and a half to get to my dad. I warned him not to call Hadley but he wouldn't listen. Also, there have been several times where the Hadley trucks and cars wait in my neighborhood. This company is the epitome of shit and absolute weirdos in the most negative sense. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Hadley is a AAA area contractor. My vehicle broke down and the first driver came with a truck that was too small. He asked the Fullerton dispatch to send a flatbed at 7:45PM. Driver Chris called and gave an ETA of 45 mins which would put me at around 8:30PM. I called Whittier dispatch back at 11:00 and the Whittier dispatch saw the elapsed time and made calls looking for the driver Chris. I called again and the Fullerton night dispatch picked up said she couldn't find the driver but she would send someone and hung up (I wish I knew her name). In the mean time, Nicole at the Whittier dispatch called back and said she found driver Chris and he said he went home early. Nicole called and found another driver named Brian and dispatched to my location. It's 11:30PM now, Brian showed up. Apologized for the Hadley company and loaded the truck on the flatbed. I thank Nicole and Brian based in Whittier for being responsive. The Fullerton dispatcher and Chris the driver are the worst. They make the Hadley tow service look bad. read more

So I called the Hadley station and the guy told us they won't pick us up until 12:30am or later but not guaranteed. They were rude. If I could leave them less stars, I would. I work in the area I needed service. I've worked/lived (past tense) and have been serviced by this company a handful of times. For different reasons. This time was the last straw ---- AAA is quick to send alerts and etas. I requested service at about 8am. AAA texted this place would be in touch. At about 8:50a they called to say they were running 30-40mins behind. I said 'that was fine'. Now, I work IT for a manufacturer of surveillance systems. Our lot is 24/7 surveilled and I have full access to the system. I had a camera pointing at my vehicle (just in case I missed their call). It's 10:30am and still nothing. I checked phone and saw the number wasn't blocked so I dialed back (same number as this record on yelp). Woman picks up. I give them the info and she goes off to check. Comes back claiming "the person showed up and waited." "That's not true. I have cameras to show that's not true." "Ma'am, they called you several times and no one answered." "They called? That's also not true. No missed calls" and I don't work underground. I have great service. "Ma'am they called you and it went straight to VM. You wouldn't see missed calls." ..NICE TRY. "Well, did they leave VM to at least show me that they tried me?" "No ma'am." Well then. I can tolerate late shows. I could have been patient. I'm at work. My car is just sitting in our lot. But LIARS. Never. I've exported the 3hr window of our surveillance and will be filing a report. I have zero desire to keep working with this company. This companies driver destroyed the grill on my Toyota. They left the hood semi open to charge battery with their portable battery to take it down the driveway to take to mechanic. The alternator was replaced. But Hadleys Fullerton destroyed the frill and from Michelle the dispatcher hanging up on me and referring me to their manager Lucas7147174953.
