I called my Chase reserve roadside assistance to get my car towed for $20 after benefits and they told me in about an hour.. hour goes by and they are still not here with some more BS excuse and to wait another 45min-1hr. At that point, i looked up yelp and found Carillo's towing. He answered the phone promptly and said he will be there in 10-15 minutes and he was ! If i knew it was gonna take 1-2 hours with Chase, i wouldve just paid out of pocket and get my TIME back!! If time is important to you, its worth to fork over the extra $. My boyfriend was stuck on the side of a busy major street from a shot alternator. He was in a "no stopping anytime" zone that trucks use to turn into industrial lots. But AAA made him wait 3 hours before telling him they can't get anyone out who could tow a lowered car. They recommended finding our own tow company and applying for reimbursement. I found Carrillos on Yelp and called him. After sending Carlos pics of the front and back of the car, Carlos noted that the car is pretty low but that he thinks he can do it and that he could be there in about 30 minutes. He got there at the given ETA and carefully got the car onto his flatbed without a single scrape and sent us an invoice so we could get our reimbursement. My car broke down on Monday at a Shopping Center in Huntington Beach. I called State Farm as I have towing services and to say the least they completely failed me. I had to call numerous towing services and no luck they were all a few hours out or provided services to Triple A customers only. I was hesitant to reach out to Carrillo's as like most people I go based off of reviews. I have to say that not only were they efficient they were also very nice! All the other places that I had called were so cut throat and rude. I'm not sure if I dealt with the Owner himself or an employee but they did wonderful. They were there within the time frame given.
