The engine in my car cut off as I was driving down the road. It was about 90 degrees and luckily I was able to coast the car and park under some shade. I got on my Roadside App and requested a tow truck. 5 minutes later, Brian called me and said that he was on his way. When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile, and started taking pictures. He noticed how low my car was, and got some wedges and placed it under the front tires. He then got some wooden blocks and said that this will make it so my car's exhaust will not scrape when he hooks it up. That was super thoughtful of him! As he was working on the tow, we chatted about cars and golf. We drove about 5 miles to my home. Not only did he unload my car, but he helped me push it in between two others cars so that I can leave it on my parking spot. Car troubles are always the worst. Brian was able to make my day not as bad with the level of service and professionalism he was able to provide. So my battery decided to catch on fire while I was inside the store, I couldn't leave my car in the parking lot so I found this place on google with lots of 5 stars reviews and found out why they had such great reviews, the guy I spoke to on the phone provided great customer service, and told me my tow driver Brian would arrive in 30 minutes and that took less than 10 minutes, would definitely call here again if anything happens in the future read more
