Extremely TERRIBLE experience…read more I had a very frustrating experience with Wolf Kings Towing and Recovery through AAA. I was instructed to meet the driver at a Shell gas station in Fullerton, and AAA estimated that the driver would arrive within about an hour. I tracked the tow truck through the AAA app, and it ultimately took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes for him to arrive. The driver, Luis, who told me he was the owner's nephew, was on his phone texting and calling coworkers on his non-work phone. When he arrived he remained inside his truck while talking to me. He was cold, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. I could barely hear or understand what he was saying when he first arrived. Super unprofessional. What made the situation worse was that his tow truck BROKE DOWN. He told me he was going to drop me off despite knowing I was stranded with a vehicle experiencing mechanical problems. He offered no solutions or meaningful assistance, and I was ultimately left to figure things out and venture out on my own to find a solution after waiting nearly two hours for help. Being stranded is already stressful enough. I expected basic professionalism, clear communication, and an actual effort to assist me. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Wolf Kings Towing and Recovery based on how I was treated. When police came he was asked to not leave until the third tow truck with a bed could come unload my car. When the officer spoke to Luis, he scoffed and said " well I can't leave anyway." Luis never apologized or said how this was so inconvenient. He simply never spoke to me or apologized. This companies professionalism is at a ZERO. Their solutions for their own failure to complete a checklist before leaving their lot is at a ZERO.

Not only did they not answer any calls from me but also kept running circles around me and AAA stating that the driver was 30 minutes away and I was next up due to the drivers having a drop off before me. However it seemed as if they accepted the call and just kept avoiding fulfilling towing my vehicle. When it seemed they were coming to pick me up next thing I know they were 40 minutes away from me. I hope more competition arises so their business can crumble or they can do their job and be better decent human beings.
