Made the tow so much easier and very professional. If I don't have the right tow company I apologize. I'll blame AAA since I couldn't get the name clearly of the tow company . This tow driver deserves a shout out ! read more

Skyline Towing - Skyline Towing Truck - Towing Near Me

If I could give 0 stars, I would. AAA dispatched Skyline Towing to where my car broke down, and Fernando was the driver. He was cool over the phone, but once he arrived, his attitude completely changed. I can overlook someone being a little rude--it was late, probably the end of his shift, and I get that people have bad days and I'm fine with that. What I can't overlook is how he handled the job. He showed up to my house at night and immediately started laying on the horn before even calling me, waking up my baby. Then he expected and told my pregnant wife to climb up onto the trailer to drive the car off. That should have never even been suggested. This was heard as I was on the phone with my wife at the time. He ended up unloading the car himself into my driveway. He was specifically told to take it slow over the gate track, but instead he came off the trailer too fast and bent my rim. I have security camera footage from my property, footage from the car itself, and I was on the phone while it happened. I tried calling Fernando afterward, but he never answered. Skyline needs to have a serious conversation with this driver before his attitude and carelessness end up causing even bigger problems for someone else or himself. The company itself seems fine, but this experience with Fernando was completely unprofessional and unacceptable Hopefully Fernando straightens up and fixes his attitude while on the job. read more

We used this service via AAA, unfortunately we left our cellphone and wallet behind. Reached out and their CS was AMAZING very nice. Their driver Roberto also was kind enough to drive back to return them for us. Amazing experience, after having a not so great morning. Thank you so much, Skyline. read more

Literally the worst towing service we have ever experienced. They were used as a 3rd party vendor from AAA to fix a flat tire. Later in the day after "fixing the tire" our tire completely fell off the car. We experienced major damages and when we alerted the company, they claimed they did not even replace our driver rear tire but replaced the passenger rear tire instead with a mirror image and video from the tow truck. Not only did they refuse to take accountability, but proved to be unethical and negligent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

This tow truck driver sucks. I kindly asked him to move up a few feet so I can get out. He then told me to fuck off and go around?!?!?! Extremely rude and stupid of him to act like this Ina. Company tow truck in uniform. Hope he gets fired. read more

If you ever call AAA for a tow service and see Skyline Towing on the truck I would suggest denying their service or if you have no choice at least take videos and pictures of your car prior to them towing it. I had our vehicle damaged by the driver, I witnessed it and so did the employees at the tire shop he took it to. According to Skyline the damage was already there (which it wasn't) they had a video of it showing the incident but for some reason they couldn't share with my insurance or me, if you're not at fault you would think it wouldn't be an issue. People make mistakes I understand that and I wasn't upset with the driver but the lack of accountability, professionalism and respect from Skyline was unnecessary. I had to go through my insurance since AAA and Skyline Towing weren't trying to resolve the issue. My insurance company put me not at fault for the damage but I don't expect them to own up to their mistakes. The damage was significant enough to break the grill and shear of the mounting points on my front bumper that attaches to the rest of the car. He failed to remove the winch cable from underneath the car and snagged the front bumper. Luckily we told the driver to stop on time to prevent another accident that would've torn apart or severely damaged it further, not sure if it was him being nervous after the initial incident or lack of experience. read more
